Guest Reviews
- RUSSELL (10/5): - Lovely place very clean and everything you require for your stay 💕 The weather 😂
- Joanne (10/5): -
- Andrew (10/5): Nice home for the family with everything we needed. - Clean tidy house. It was nice and warm. Earlier check in with cost. .
- Lucy (1/5): Stinks - Modern We had a very disappointing experience with this property. From the moment we arrived, the entire place smelled strongly of cannabis. This was raised with the host and even acknowledged, yet there was no meaningful support offered to resolve the situation.
What made matters worse was the complete lack of assistance from Jo. Despite the issue being clearly communicated, there was no effort to provide alternative accommodation or a practical solution for my family. Being left in that situation late in the evening, with nowhere else to go, was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
Overall, the property condition and the lack of support from Jo made this a very poor experience. I would not recommend staying here based on how this issue was handled.
- Katy (9/5): Lovely, clean and comfortable - Very comfortable and clean! The heating rule was abit concerning, we have our heating at 18.5 through the night, but it’s on 20-21 before then! I refuse to be cold
- Jason (10/5): - Lovely and clean house 10 min walk to the beach
- Kieran (10/5): -
- Mrs gent 84 (8/5): Birthday get away - Spacious and homely Close to everything you need in town convenient the bed we used was comfy the host left us some snacks which was kind Carpets could do with cleaning as stained, sofa had stains all over dusty in places and lots of cobwebs bathroom slight mould on ceiling broken shower casing kept falling off and a big crack in side of the bath
- Edith (10/5): Absolute gem this property!! - Absolutely clean and just perfect for us nice deco all round. Perfect location for nice beaches. Nothing

- Demsi (10/5): Exceptional - Location was very good. 5 min walk to the aldi and town. Street was quiet. Easy to access property. Very cosy. You felt very secure and safe. Rooms was big. Spacious living room and kitchen It was rather cold. Tried turning the heating up but wouldn’t go past 16 degrees. That they asked us to strip the beds and put the washing in a certain area. And Empty bins. Bedrooms was upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs
- Skangster (10/5): Bridlington weekender - Everything about it, perfect There wasn't anything not to like
- Kay (10/5): Little gem, home from home. The owners certainly know attention to detail. With lots of lovely little extras like a welc - The property was very well maintained, spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Nothing
- Evelin (10/5): Great holiday home and excellent value for money. - 15 to 20 minutes level walk to town centre and north beach. Excellent terraced house. Clean and warm (could be too warm at times). Turned some radiators down. Really nice lounge and great kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money. Thermostat in the hall was set to 21 degrees on arrival. Not all radiators were accessable to turn down.
- Jayne (10/5): I would definitely stay here again 100% - The house is perfectly situated with a 15 minute walk from the town centre four minute walk from Aldi. The street is nice and quiet with on street parking the house itself has a lot of love in it. It’s homely and comfortable clean fresh and modern with comfortable beds. The only downside was the bathroom downstairs, but it would not stop me staying here again x
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional Stay! ✨️ - EVERYTHING! Honestly, the house has been decorated so beautifully, and it felt like a home from home 🥰 the little touches of decoration, and the personalised items in the home were brilliant. The thought when people stay was considered throughout, such as the games, takeaway menus ...
The beds were super comfy, and you could smell the freshness as soon as you got in. We loved the little hamper of goodies. After the long drive, the biscuits with a brew were needed. NOTHING!
- Ann (9/5): Everything we could have wanted. - We were self catering Nothing to dislike
- Amanda (9/5): Beautiful house, lovely and spacious, very homily and spotlessly clean. - House was very clean, beautifully decorated and nice and spacious. Wonderful welcome basket and lovely toiletries in bathroom. Jo is an excellent host. Spoke to her on the phone and she was so lovely, we ended up having a 30 minute conversation. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Bridlington. Only down side was the bathroom was on the ground floor but of course nothing can be done about this and it wouldn't stop me from staying there again as everything else was perfect.
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fletcher (8/5): Enjoyable -
- Lloyd (10/5): Everything was great, and the hamper was an excellant addition - This accommodation had every thing necessary, it was immaculate and very well presented. Lots of (good quality) towels provided and crisp bed linen.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tina (10/5): Lovely clean cosy accommodation, good location and free on street parking. - Clean, comfortable, cosy, homely touches, kitchen very well equipped, free parking outside accommodation, good quiet location.
- Theresa (10/5): A perfect home from home - What a lovely house. Everything we needed for our stay was provided including a lovely welcome basket of treats. Beds were super comfortable, we slept really well. The courtyard was lovely for sitting in with a glass of wine. Flat screen TV in every room for the TV addicts. Would highly recommend this holiday home. There was nothing at all we didn’t like.
- Timothy (9/5): Superb - Very nice accommodation Location of toilet
- Kirk (8/5): Lovely comfortable house, good clean facilities, free on street parking - Self catering, everything you could wish for Location a little far from town and beach (15-20 Minutes walk)
- Michael (10/5): Very comfortable - Well located for local shops and fast food ect
- Paul (10/5): A real home from home. - Loved everything, the location was really close to everything, yet very quiet. The house was a real home from home. Especially loved the comfy sofa, big t.v and the kitchen that had everything you need.jo the owner was very attentive and helpful when called upon. Cant ask for more than that. Nothing at all. Fab house, great holiday.
- Serhii (10/5): Easter family holidays - A gorgeous house, really fascinating decor. All is perfect! We had a great time.It is just home from home. Many little touches and a nice welcome hamper.Great communication with Jo! All was great!
- Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Durham (10/5): House in Brid - Our stay was for 3 nights. We only used it on a night after work. It was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. It had everything you'd need for a longer stay. The only negative for me was the downstairs bathroom. It's not a negative really it's just not pleasant at 2/3 in the morning if you need the toilet.
- Philip (10/5): Lovely time, very clean, would stay here again if in the area. - Stunning, home from home. Not entirely infant friendly. Lots of ornaments.
- Eden (10/5): It was absolutely lovely! - The entire house was so clean and just absolutely lovely! I couldn’t fault it at all, we even got a small hamper on arrival which was a nice touch. I loves the board games that were provided too! It was such a hidden gem! We couldn’t find a bath mat for the shower, so the floor was wet for quite a while. The pillows were also very thick, it would’ve been nice to have a choice of super thick or smaller pillow.
