• Peter (8/5): Fantastisch uitzicht, goede conditie nodig. - Het uitzicht is geweldig, mooie zonsondergangen op ruim terras. Het appartement ligt op de vierde verdieping (geen lift). Het gebouw ligt hoog tegen de berg aan. Voor fitte mensen geen probleem, maar om rekening mee te houden. Douche heeft regelmatig zeer weinig waterdruk en putje stroomt niet goed door. Plastic wasrek op terras valt uit elkaar van ouderdom. Een spijl was afgebroken, waarvoor verhuurder schade in rekening wilde brengen.
• Evita (9/5): - Ļoti tīrs dzīvoklis, liela lodžija, jaunas mēbeles, vienreizējs skats. Bija patīkami uzturēties. Tuvu veikali un pludmale. Autostāvvieta blakus dzīvoklim, bet praktiski nav iespējams atrast vietu.
• dirk (5/5): Is zeker geen aanrader - Het appartement binnen was zeker ok Behalve terras Kussens waren smerig om op te zitten geen zonneluifel en in de middag niet te houden in de zon Een ramp om tot aan het appartement te komen vanaf het strand het was enorm klimmen + zeker 150 trappen plus nog eens trappen om naar de 3 verdieping te gaan geen lift Ook een auto huren is geen optie de enkele plaatsen die er zijn waren altijd door de plaatselijke bevolking bezet

• Ramune (8/5): If thouse problems would be solved I can think of staying in the apartment again. It’s maybe more comfortable for two no - The view is amazing and size is ok, quite clean except sofa. It’s way too many stairs and very loud neighbors… you can hear everything what’s happening in next few floors in the night time if you want to have open window in the sleeping room. Sofa is pretty dirty like someone had pee in it . Furnitures are very poor same with the kitchen equipment, really you can’t cook anything with that. Would be nice to have drinking water included at least like few liters a day because it is problematic with parking space and you can’t have a car.
• Linda (8/5): Very good - Apartment,fabulous and extremely comfortable. Anybody with mobility issues should not book this apartment. 60 internal steps to the front door. Parking is horrendous, and the walk up to the property is an absolute killer. Please, anybody with even slight mobility issues, think hard before booking this otherwise beautiful apartment.

• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the view. Facilities were perfect. Nice quiet street. The location was perfect for us, but for anyone with mobility issues, there were a lot of hills and steps to climb.

• Stephanie (8/5): Very good - Central to Los Christianos & Las Americas. THE STAIRS !! The apartment is only accessible by stairs & it’s on the 3rd floor. The route to the shops, bars, restaurants & beach if walking is all steep stairs !!

• Karl (7/5): Honestly the flat is overpriced!! - cosy little flat with nice view over the beach The weekly rent (at the beginning of october, approx. 700 € p.w.) is far too high for what's being offered! We knew the building had no lift and the flat no airco, The flat was supposed to be on the 3rd floor, and this would have been enough climbing. In reality one has to climb 4,5 flights of stairs to reach the flat. Only for people with no heart problems! Unbearable, especially when having to bring upstairs some daily heavy shopping like several bottles of water. The balcony was south-west oriented and therefore under the scorching sun during the whole afternoon/early evening. Neither awning nor shutter or some kind of Jalousie are provided, the balcony heats up like an oven and practically can be used only in the morning, since there's no shelter. We spent in Los Cristianos the first two weeks in October. Temperatures always remained around 32-34 degrees Celsius during the day and the entire period. Some shadow on the balcony would have been more than appreciated. Moreover, not a single cotton dishcloth was provided to dry up the dishes. We ask the administration and their reply was that everything was stored in one of the cuboards. In short, we had to use two microfiber normal towels, most probably left there by a previous guest and "recycled" for further uses by the property.

• Miguel (8/5): For the price it is not bad, but there are some details to take into account. - The communication with the host was easy and direct. The terrace was perfect for having brunch. Fast access to the beach. Mercadona and good restaurants (avoid those directly at the beach) not far away. Any rest of food (even just a crumb of bread) will get ants, even in the living room. There was too much light on the bedroom, no shades or "persianas". The coffee machine could only use some special pods.
• Raluca (10/5): Excellent vacation, really good place to stay - The property was very clean and with a modern look. Great view from the balcony, close to shops and all kind of places to go out, easy access to the beach. In the morning there it gets a little bit noisy, somehow from the bedroom window you can hear people talking downstairs in the building ( a strange open space in the center of the building). This was a bit disturbing in the morning, when it become noisy from around 8 am.
