• Yasirskhan (3/5): - The location, no doubt, is awesome. You can find everything just few meters in distance. That is the only positive thing I found about this hotel. 1. Unlike other hotels where we stayed earlier, we requested an early checkin. Though the entire hotel was empty, but they asked to pay half day rent, qnd we had to pay. 2. It was strange that many people have master keys, they just open your room door and walk in without seeing you or your stuff. This happened on day 1 and day 2 as well. 3. They didnt  clean our room despite asking on second day. However cleaning was provided on 3rd day. 3. since the hotel is located on a busy road, high traffic noise is expected till 3 in the morning. 4. No elevator in the building, so you have to carry your luggage by yourself to the dirst floor. 5. Upon checkout, we requested for extension in time, however they asked to pay half day rent for a couple of hours. We end up leaving the room at exact 12 PM. No store room to keep guests luggage, so they kept our luggage in the passage way.

Pan na recepcji konkretny i pomocny. Jakość do ceny adekwatna. Zdecydowanie dbałość o szczegóły czystości I wykończenia wnętrz. Czasami naprawdę nie chodzi o wiele a czyste łazienki bez grzyba to podstawa. Oświetlenie wnętrz bez okien także ma znaczenie. W pokojach w których mieszkaliśmy okna były na wew. dziedziniec I całoś sprawiała ponure wrażenie właśnie przez słabe oświetlenie wysokich pokoi.

От отчаяния срочно начали проверять свободные варианты и нашли La Casa Чтобы не повторять ошибку пошли удостовериться что она существует.Персонал был очень любезен и после бронирования мы смогли оставить чемоданы у них до получения номера. номер был чист и комфортен.Уборка каждый день , смена полотенец и бутылка воды. Завтраки хорошие и разные. Место расположение отличное центр города и метро. все было хорошо
• Aisha (4/5): It was tolerable for two days, but honestly, I wouldn’t stay there again. - Location, breakfast, and a complementary cake. There was a super lovely woman during the breakfast, she was so caring and friendly. Thank you for her. Breakfast was nice. The water in the toilet, bathroom, and shower didn’t drain properly — the drain was completely clogged. It was really uncomfortable to take a shower because we were constantly worried the water would overflow. We told the hotel staff about this issue several times, but they never reacted or fixed it. Also, the main door to our room didn’t even close properly — is that normal? During our two-day stay, no one came to clean the room even once. We had to ask for slippers, fresh towels, and water ourselves. There were also no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or other basic amenities provided.

When we went to the market and returned, our door did not open. We met the receptionist who greeted us at the door. The room was clean The spoons and forks at breakfast were dirty and stained. They hadn't been washed properly. I looked at a few forks but couldn't find any that were clean. The breakfast staff was calling loudly from the restaurant to the staff downstairs. This was disturbing to those eating there and those sleeping in the room. Через дорогу есть большой супермаркет, вокруг много кафе/ресторанов и станция метро. Бесплатно продлили checkout на 1 час. 1. При бронировании у отеля было указана 4 звезды, но после бронирования почему-то оказалась одна. Считаю, что этот отель действительно заслуживает не более 1 звезды, он ужасен! 2. Ковер на полу весь в больших пятнах, на стенах паутина, в ванной плесень, обои отклеиваются. Постельное белье, полотенца - все в пятнах. В электрическом чайнике нас ждал сюрприз - 2 чайных пакетика с плесенью! Все ужасно грязное! 3. Шумоизоляция ужасная! Слышно все, что происходит вокруг в других номерах и общем коридоре. Когда кто-то из гостей идет по коридору, в номере трясется пол, скрипят шкафы, дверца сейфа бьется и стучит. Когда гости заселились в номер этажом выше, то от их обычных шагов начала трястись люстра и звенеть своими стеклышками. 4. Персонал клининга постоянно шумно разговаривал по видеосвязи за дверью, что мешало отдыхать в номере. Будьте готовы за ночь просыпаться по 10-20 раз, если вы не крепко спите. 5. В номере холодно, окно продувает, а под входной дверью щель 3 см, что создает сильный сквозняк. Также возникает чувство небезопасности, т.к. с такой щелью под входную дверь снаружи легко просунуть проволоку, чтобы открыть дверь изнутри. 6. Постоянные перебои с горячей водой. Если рано утром не успеть сходить в душ, то далее вода уже будет не горячей, а еле теплой. 7. В номер иногда попадал сигаретный дым, т.к. изоляции никакой. 8. На завтраке ждал неприятный сюрприз - заплесневелый хлеб. Сам завтрак очень скромный, иногда некуда присесть, т.к. в буфете только 3 стола на двоих и 1 стол на четверых. 9. Дверь в ванную настолько разбухла от влаги, то даже не закрывается. 10. Номер настолько маленький, что входная дверь упирается в кровать. 11. Вход в отель неприметный с длинной узкой лестницей, по которой надо тащить чемодан, стараясь не сбить вазы цветочного магазина. Проверяйте отзывы на этот отель на разных сайтах и бегите от него подальше!

Talking to uber drivers s - I enjoyed the location and easy excess to metro station I wish there was a lift in the hotel. The Shavarma guys outside the hotel, over charged us. We paid 59 Manat for 2 shawarma and a doner. That’s nearly USD 35. Nothing to do with the hotel but be careful with these guys since they on the same building downstairs.

• Вoris (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. The hallway is good. Looks like the owner invested in remodeling. Overall, rooms are not bad, but small. Pretty clean. I know Azerbaijan and Baku for hospitality. However, these guys have unusual ideas about service: 1) Was a real quest to find the place, took us at least 30 min with all the luggage - Booking says it's house #18, reality is #26, fortunately, the Google maps pointer and our taxi driver were correct, but there's no sign on the door!!! It's just an old residential building entrance. Had to ask quite a few people until we made it. Tried calling the hotel a few times - no response. 2) Both receptionists I saw spoke neither Russian, nor English. Communication was a mix of body-language with a few English words for numbers. 3) We were leaving early for our flight, definitely missing the breakfast. I asked about the options, maybe a discount - the place is not that cheap. Was no way to communicate my request. Asking about the payment, the receptionist managed to explain they don't accept payments via Booking. Ok, let's go for a credit card, but their terminal ran out of paper:) The good news is that he managed to get a new roll a few hours later. 3) Tried staying away from the bathroom - it had a strong smell. 4) Trying to find the receptionist, while away was a challenge on its own. The sink plug got stuck and water wouldn't exit. A cleaning lady came and took it out with a big screwdriver, revealing the grill inside was physically broken (!). 5) The hotel is located on the 1st floor with no elevator, and we came with our grandmother. 6) There was a regular hotel safe box, but didn't work. Asked the receptionist. The answer was: yes, we know. Ok, do you have another one? No, they all don't work:) 7) Cherry on top - room key-cards. They would stop working after using them for a few times, so that you would have to run to the reception to reprogram them all the time.

• Alina (8/5): Very good - We stayed at La Casa Sahil with my sister, and while it had its advantages, there were also some notable downsides. The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, which was a major plus. Although the building and interior are not new and the renovation is somewhat dated, everything was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was included, and it was quite tasty, prepared in a homemade style, which added a nice touch. However, there were significant issues with the service. Communication with some of the staff members was challenging, and it felt like they weren’t very accommodating. For example, we arrived at 6 AM, and although we had previously requested early check-in on Booking and it was confirmed, we were not allowed to check in until the official time at 2 PM—even though there were clean and available rooms. This left us waiting for hours unnecessarily. Additionally, when we asked for a late check-out, they refused unless we paid extra, even though the hotel had no apparent need for the room immediately after. This approach didn’t feel guest-oriented. Having been in a similar business for over 10 years, I believe that being more flexible with guests—especially when there’s no direct inconvenience to the hotel—makes for much better service. Overall, while the hotel itself was fine and well-located, the service could use significant improvement to create a more welcoming experience for guests.

Extremely, extremely overpriced during the climate conference COP29. The staff didn’t want to take payment by card for some reason, probably to avoid fees or taxes, so they kept asking for online payment which was a hassle. The first room had a severe mold smell in the bathroom, but luckily I got upgraded (thanks). The breakfast area was mediocre although the staff working there was very sweet. Nowhere to sit and work in the hotel, no restaurant, no bar - nothing except rooms and the tiny breakfast area. Some rooms are towards a very loud street. The entrance to the hotel is a small door by the street and then a steep narrow and worn-down staircase to second floor. The transfer service was not a taxi driver but a normal guy with a wreck of a car.
• Aswathy (8/5): Overall, my stay was decent, with clean rooms and friendly staff, but noise issues, overpriced transfers, and a scam att - I had a decent experience at this hotel during my stay in Baku. The room was well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of options to start the day off right. While my stay at the hotel in Baku was largely positive, there were a few things that left me disappointed. The hotel offered a free airport pick-up, which was appreciated, but after staying for 9 nights, I was surprised to find that they did not offer a complimentary drop-off. In fact, the price they quoted for the airport transfer was more than twice the usual rate, which felt quite unfair. The standard room I was initially given didn’t have a window or balcony, which made the space feel a bit claustrophobic. Even when I did manage to get an upgrade on the last day, the room with a window had its own issues. There was a lot of noise from nearby bathrooms, and the constant honking from traffic on the road outside was very disturbing. It was tough to get a peaceful rest with all that noise. Additionally, one of the taxi drivers from the hotel tried to scam me by claiming that there was no good Wi-Fi or internet in the city and insisted that I buy a local SIM card. This felt very unprofessional and dishonest, and it left a negative impression on my experience. Hotel Wi-Fi and international roaming were more than sufficient. Be cautious and don’t fall for these types of scams.

• Artem (1/5): Dirt, inappropriate hygiene, uncooperative staff, good but noisy location - Location is good, but the street is busy and noisy - it's not comfortable to sleep even with earplugs. The hotel and the room were dirty and smelly - strains on the carpet, curtains and furniture. The hygiene was inappropriate - dirty linen with ballpoint marks left on it. The pictures attached to this review show it. We are not very demanding, but when I found that pillowcases were dirty I decided it was too much and moved to different hotel. I asked the management of the hotel to make at least a partial refund, but they refused. Anyway it's better to lose some money than put yourself and your loved ones to such a hazard in such anti-sanitary conditions.
• Lcm (3/5): Hostel stay not hotel standards - The location was OK but very noisy near the metro station which was easy to access and an 8-minute walk to Nizami Street the large pedestrian and shopping street in downtown Baku, The entrance of the building was scary and no lifts. The room was dusty, the door of the wardrobes was old and made a lot of noise to open and close. The tissue on the toilet was a problem none on my last day. The breakfast was poor tasteless or hot dogs with bad taste, and no more choices to choose from- no fruits?

• Munzir (8/5): Best affordable clean hotel close proximity to all attraction in Baku - Hotel Staff was cooperative, rooms were clean, good breakfast with limited options, affordable room rate I wish if they have more options in breakfast such as preparing omelet, more fruits and nuts, stairs were bit uncomfortable and not suitable for elderly people, no elevators

Com needs to contact me for further detail as my account was blocked and I am unable to log - This hotel did not help us to use toilet prior to check in They did not get the room ready until 3:30 pm We arrived in the hotel at 12:30 pm Hotel has no elevator and entrance is very ugly Breakfast was okay in small kitchen but serving lady was very kind Hotel Manger was not there and did not response to customer email for on time check in Front desk person was unable to allow us to use washroom or toilet stating there is no toilet except in the room You better need to do your arrangement or hold your pee until you are checked in your room Location is good and hotel price was okay Poor check in support We did not face any other problem at hotel

• Shabbir (8/5): Comfortable & Never to be forgotten.. - The Ambience was Amazing nice and aromatic lobby, very comfortable and good value for Money Nizami street, Bulvar park is at walking distance near by eateries and lot more, Staffs were very courteous and very very helpful they also helped us in celebrating our kid Birthday (Special Thanks) Nothing to highlight…
