Guest Reviews
- Gary Cooper (8/5): A rose in thorns. - A nice stylish apartment with a location close to amenities and a short walk from the sea front, pubs, take aways, super market and train station. A good base to travel out from that is set in a typical UK seaside town. Communication, support and customer service was very good. Social deprivation of the surrounding environment and some street culture, but nothing the vendor can do about it, but a true common representative of so much of the UK seaside these days.
Train and harbour noise needs to be managed, fabric blinds or curtains would help.
Aircon would be good to facilitate closing of windows for reduction of noise from trains and the harbour.
- Gail (8/5): - Beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there. The small balcony had not been cleaned. The floor and glass screen were dirty.
Also the photos on the advertisement appeared to show a sea/ estuary view !! Actually the view was of industrial buildings and a small slither of estuary view.
- Guest (7/5): Overall enjoyed the location and the flat was luxurious but just very warm. - It was well presented and looked great with a good location It was very hot 26c on the first night with no fans when it was only 22c outside. This meant we had to open the bi fold doors and then the trains are very loud. My mistake for not looking at the map before booking.
- Stephen (8/5): Enjoyed it and would stay again. - N/A We stayed at a time when the weather was very warm. Because of the large window the lounge/kitchen area was very hot and airless. The patio doors helped when left open but leaving the doors open when we were out wasn't an option. Some sort of air conditioning or a couple of fans would have been very helpful, hence the lower score on "comfort".
- Amy (10/5): Excellent - All done to a very high standard, with everything you need. Long mirror would be good
- Steph (10/5): Lovely property - No parking available at the property. Someone else was parked in the space.
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - View
Clean accommodation Nothing
- Tony (7/5): Good - Beautiful apartment. Very modern and spacious. The balcony size and constantly passing trains let it down .
