• Elena Isabela (9/5): - Mic dejun excepțional, cafea super si proseco. Locația, la fel, marea si plaja curate, fara alge, fara pietre, superb. Au o plaja situata intr-un golfulet în care nu se formează valuri si cred ca e pt prima data când îmi pot vedea picioarele în apa în Marea Neagra. Daca avea o culoare mai verzuie o confundam. Se vede ca hotelul a fost ceva vârf la viata lui, mobila de calitate, insa totul trebuie menținut cu investiții. Mizerie rău, si personal neprofesionist, de la recepție la cameriste. Putem închide ochii pentru plaja minunata, insa preturile nu sunt justificate.

• Alina Manuela (10/5): Minunat! Cu siguranta vom reveni! - Locatia foarte buna, pe malul marii, mic dejun variat si foarte gustos, iar piscina fantastica. Locul de parcare a fost binevenit, totul la superlativ. Restaurantul hotelului nu mai zic, am servit cina dar si pranzul zilnic acolo si nu pot sa spun decat “ mancarea a fost fantastic de buna”. Barul de pe plaja nu avea foarte multe produse, insa avand in vedere ca a fost final de sezon estival a fost de inteles. O varietate de produse( sucuri, inghetata etc) ar fi binevenita.
• Mihaela (4/5): Dezamagitor!!! - Dezinteres total, pentru un hotel de 5 stele! Nu au personal, terasa restaurantului, neîngrijită, ferte de masa patate, mototolite,umede! Plajă neîngrijită, lipsa masute, scrumiere, mucuri de tigara peste tot, saltelele foarte murdare! Acest hotel nu merita 5 stele, nu ofera nimic… calitate/pret… 👎

• Andronica (8/5): Se poate MULT mai bine! - -locația foarte bună -personalul de deservire (cameriste, ospătari) foarte amabil -respectarea orelor de odihnă (muzica de la terase destul de suportabila ca intensitate) Hotelul nu cred că-și merită stelele, pentru că: - salteaua era destul de "obosită ", -lenjeria de pat nu a fost schimbată deloc în cele 7 nopți, -nu s-a dat cu aspiratorul deloc (personal de curățenie foarte amabil dar insuficient numeric), -în hol nu era niciun cuier, agățătoare, ceva pe care să-ți pui sepcuța, geanta, etc. În rest, toate destul de bune, dar nu cum te-ai aștepta la 5 stele. Am fost la 3 stele în Mamaia în iulie și a fost mult mai confortabil. Stațiunea este foarte murdară, gunoaie pe trotuare, acolo unde sunt trotuare, pentru că totul pare că e într-o reconstrucție abandonată , dar asta nu ține de administrarea hotelului, ci dă doar o notă negativă generală.

If you choose the suite, it is located very close to the sea, and you can make aerosols from the balcony. The room was very, very confortable and very clean also. The staff's attitude at the restaurant was disappointing. The head of the waiters "mr. George, I believe " was not at all accommodating regarding the needs of a single mother with a child. He refused to provide us the food, in the room. The child (4 years old) bearly tauched the food, and they refused to give the left overs, as take-away. Therefore, in the remaining 6 days, I ate at the hotel nearby (Afrodita, i think), where the service was exceptional and the food was the same. However the reception staff was exceptional, as well as the gentleman at the bar. There were no water dispensers in the hallway. This is a big minus.

The room is very comfortable, and very clean. The beacj children playground was changed/ improved, very child friendly. The staff's attitude at the restaurant was disappointing. The child (4 years old) bearly tauched the food, and they refused to give the remaining food as take away. Somebody should tell them that In the hospitality industry, you must be hospitable. Therefore, in the remaining 6 days, I ate at the hotel nearby, (Afrodita) where the service was very fast and good and the food was the same. However the reception staff was exceptional, as well as the gentleman at the bar(the bartender).

• Gheorghe (8/5): Very good - The room and the staff, only. The hotel is not at 5-star level, that's for sure. The only chapter that would fit would be the room, which is spacious. The beach is ok, but unkempt. 5-star hotels without jacuzzis, I don't really think they exist. The breakfast was ok, but to be at the 5-star level, it should be diversified. The pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. Otherwise, everything was ok.

• Constantin-gheorghe (6/5): An expensive location for what it appears to be - The only thing I can say I liked about this location is that the hotel is on the beach. Everything looks perfect on the Booking website, but when you get to check in, everything falls apart. Rather, it is not a 5-star hotel. For those who haven't really been to a 5 star hotel, they may think this hotel is 5 star. In my opinion this hotel is at most 3 stars.
• Horia (4/5): Fun on the beach, better to eat in hotel, 5km up and down is a disaster on the shoreline. - Beach was great, if the fat lifeguard would not wake everybody to let you swim. Room was ok, hard to connect gadgets but we came prepared, worst was the staff to cover when sleeping, well under 5 stars. Food, they say is a chef, I doubt.

• Iustin (9/5): Superb - rocks in the water in 80% of the entrances, but one entrance close to the big rocks was very ok. Water was warm in middle-end of June. Facilities for the beach provided by the hotel were very good. Umbrela + beach chair were confortable. I would go back again for sure! Swimming pool was great, breakfast was delicious!

There was a misunderstanding related to the type of room I booked and the one that I received initially, but after discussions they sorted out and offered me what I booked. Nice that they offer sunbeds and umbrellas on a private beach. The room is a bit small but the view and the facilities are ok.

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Becali Hotel provides great views and incredible food 24/7. The hotel facilitates you with a high level of services ranging from Ciprian the waiter, Horia the singer who provided the entertainment every night and the impeccable bartender Victor. I also have to mention the cleaners who were very professional. Highly recommend coming here, it was an experience that me and my family will remember for years to come!

• Mihai-gavril (2/5): Don't chose these 1 star - Pool have been very clean , downstairs were Becali owner have been renovated is good, nice, 5 stars. Some of the staff have been suffering from a change what they are confronted since Becali owner have solgt to other people, witch obvious is declined the standard of the hotel . For them I wish all the best, but not with the new owner! The room has very bad carpet, bad wardrobe with a mirror door broken. Carpet it's damaged on the hol area and it is having a bed smell. Staff from the bar in running shoes, and sports clothes, hilarious. And cleaning from the terasse and entry areas are made from some people from Nepal, very good , but dresset like the barman . What's the standard from the new owner across the road with 3 stars , have succed in short time to destroy what the owners before have built with focus on quality of services and good looking. Food , I asked a beef simple made with salt and pepper, nothing to look like 15 euro.almost every day I heard about thy don't have something in menu ! Really? 15 kinds of meal and they are even don't have it all? 5 stars? Not even 1 Cleaning in the room, this time a Roumanien lady , have been made without any sense of cleaning, we asked for cleaning and we received new horrible parfum in the room , not cleaning the tiles , not using vaakum . We asked again in the next day saying that the room and bathroom has to bee cleaned . We got again in the room and she just push all the dirt under the shower. Parking mens, 2 alcoholic people are asking for money to find a place , or reserve a place. This have been the most annoying part of the holiday, to park the car . I never will pay extra for something what I payed once.

• Alexandru (5/5): At least disappointing, if not terrible. - The Location was good, as it was right next to the sea. The reception personnel was particularly bad, from them moment I got there (when they told me that they don't have a vacuum cleaner to the moment I left and they told me that I can't do a late check-out (although they told me the night before that I can). There was no room-service during the day. The kitchen personnel showed a severe lack of flexibility when I asked for an item that was in one of their platters but not in the menu. The beach had 2 days when it wasn't cleaned. There was non-stop noise from nearby establishments and during another day the hotel felt the need to do some work... The cleaning personnel, although friendly, didn't clean anything in the room. Basically, 1 star personnel, 2 star location, 3 star hotel, all combined in a 5 star establishment, for some reason ...
