Christine (7/5): Good - Just across SM city cebu The "apartments" we booked were studio type units with three beds each. Two of those 6 beds were terrible. Even when you sit on them, the spring undernearth would hurt you. You cant imagine when you sleep. Those studio units should only be fit for 1 bed or if you wanna force it, could still fit 2 single beds. Putting 3 single beds, naaaah. Suffocation and no space to stand or walk. -Just being objective.

Mary (8/5): Mixed review - I liked the location. Close to everything. And SM City just steps away. I liked there was a laundry service and bo's coffee downstairs. Balcony to enjoy sunrise. Great view. Body wash was decent. Lots of cockroaches, and unit rather small for two people, felt claustrophobic, we kept bumping into each other. Placed our luggages on couch/sofa bed. There was no blanket for second bed. Not even a sheet, just a fitted one. Thats it. Glad my mom had a blanket for me to use. Water seeped from shower onto bathroom floor and only had one small mat. Turned it upside down to soak up water and put out on balcony to dry during the day. Had lots of bags and no one could help carry up. I traveled with elderly mom. Kinda difficult. No instructions where to dump trash. Only two elevators to service 30+ floors. Sometimes got lucky with service elevator to open up. But norm is to wait long.

Harriet (1/5): very bad stay in that place ,i was so devastated with outcome - the owner accepted us for 6 people but there’s no space to walk inside the room ,it’s like we are inside the closet,very dirty ,lots of cockroaches,awful,i couldn’t believe i could get a place like that ,very expensive for 2 nights ,i was so devastated during our stay there .I could not recommend this Sun vida ,dirty ,staff are not nice and you are not safe to stay there ,i was so frustrated,i did not enjoy my stay over there ,my gosh a lot of cockroaches,i couldn’t sleep ,my 2 of my relatives they went back to check in in Quest Hotel ,they are clean and all the staff are so accommodating,friendly and respectful,a clean place to stay read my survey,they allowed us to accept one room for 6 people,but no place for us inside ,we are like sardines in the can ,dirty ,a lot of cockroaches,staff are not nice
