• Irén (9/5): - The location is perfect, we enjoyed the noise of the city. The kitchen is comfortable and full of equipments. The corridor is a little bit narrow.

Okná vôbec odhlucnene takze sme počuli vsetko co sa dialo na ulici ako pri hlave do 4 rána😐 ak sa chce clovek vyspat tak sa mu to nepodarí.

• Shaun (7/5): Family Stay. - Location is very good in centre of old town. Easy walk from train station and all major attractions. Host was very kind and communication was excellent. Whilst the location is central - it’s a high foot traffic area and prone to noise until very late. Be sure to bring headphones or ear plugs.
• Tony (5/5): Very loud location. Bring ear plugs. - Location was reasonably convenient. The property was clean and well maintained. Host was responsive and communicated promptly. The property has no sound proofing at all. You can hear every pedestrian’s conversation as they walk by in the street while you are trying to sleep. We almost didn’t sleep at all the first night. Make sure to pack some ear plugs if you decided to stay here. The cellular signal is also very poor at the property and unfortunately the WiFi/internet was also down during our stay (may be internet company issue). Repair was attempted but not completed before our stay ended.

• Denis303 (10/5): Čudovit apartma v samem središču Firenc. - Apartma je bil izredno dobro opremljen in čist. Ima klimo, centralno gretje in nahaja se v samem središču Firenc. Edini minus je hrup, ki je prihajal s ceste skoraj celo noč, ki pa je navzoč v celem centru. Firence zo zelo živo mesto in celo noč je po ulicah veliko veselih ljudi. Težavo smo rešili z nakupom čepkov za ušesa v sosednji lekarni.

Buscamos en Internet y nos salió que eran chinches. Los dueños dicen que son unos bichos cualquiera, pero la antepenúltima noche mi hijo apareció con varias picaduras en la pierna y un bichos de esos en la cama, que cogimos y explotó sangre. Cada uno que crea lo que quiera
• Koldo (3/5): cansado de no poder descansar - el piso esta bien y la ubicación inmejorable todo el ruido que se oye del exterior, no se podia dormir a las noches, se ohia todo, conversaciones, jente, camiones de limpieza y reparto coches, a mi parecer habria que cambiar o aislar las ventanas.

Host gentilissimo, casa pulita e funzionale, posizione ottima. strada su cui si trova ha il vantaggio/svantaggio di essere centrale e trafficata (da persone). se avete il sonno leggero questo potrebbe essere un problema.

• monica (10/5): Florence is a dream destination. - The apartment is very beautiful, located in the centre. All the utilities required are there. The hosts are very hospitable, always ready to help.
• Claudia (10/5): Recomendable 100% - El alojamiento se encontraba en pleno centro, así que en cuanto ubicación era inmejorable. La casa tenía todo lo necesario y era bastante amplia. Miguel nos dio las llaves y fue muy atento! A nosotros no nos supuso ningún problema pero solo que sepan que para acceder a la casa hay que subir un tramo de escaleras un poquito empinadas

• Sandra (1/5): It was an extremely disappointing stay with numerous issues that affected our comfort and experience - Location. At check-in, we were met by a representative of the owner who insisted on photographing the first page of our passports. When we refused, he didn’t offer to simply write down our information but continued to pressure us, citing some “law” in Florence that supposedly required it—which is not true. For online check-ins, it is sufficient to input the data, but he clearly didn’t want to bother with that. Then demanded cash—for the city tax. What’s more, the listing on Booking clearly states that “Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.” It does not say that guests are required to allow their documents to be photographed. The apartment itself had a very strong burnt smell, as if something had previously caught fire or there was an issue with the wiring. When we arrived, the representative was airing out the entire apartment—now we understand why. The smell of burning lingered for two full days and made the stay very unpleasant. The shower faucet was leaking heavily. There was no supply of toilet paper—just a half-used roll left by previous guests, and we had to buy more ourselves. Cleanliness was also a issue. I saw something crawling on the blanket—it turned out to be a bug (possibly a bedbug or beetle). The iron was in terrible condition—so old and worn out it had been patched with tape and metal pieces. It snagged a thread on my trousers. Lastly, the apartment was freezing. Once the burnt smell finally faded, we noticed a strong musty, damp odor instead. Upd: Guests should not be the ones asking for basic supplies like toilet paper, dealing with plumbing issues, or having to air out the apartment due to a burnt smell. I believe it would have been fair to inform guests in advance rather than keeping the burnt smell quiet. It doesn’t mean that photographing the document is the only or appropriate method — especially when it’s done by an assistant without any ID or official status.

Washing/ dryer machine was very useful. Sofa bed not confortable because is already deformed by use. Windows do not isolate sound properly and the street is noisy sometimes.

Host was easy to contact when we had any questions and quick to reply. For tea drinkers like ourselves a kettle and mugs would be appreciated.

Didn't have to look to much to find relevant stuff. Mosquitos, couldn't get rid of these as there was no mosquito killer arrangement

• Paul (9/5): Excellent and convenient; would stay again. - An excellently-situated apartment, walking distance from anywhere in downtown Florence that you might want. A very friendly check-in, very clean and comfortable, with washing machine and only a short flight of stairs. Two parking options about two mins walk away, with others within a 7-8min walk; at time of booking the overnight parking rate was €40. No dislikes; my family had a great time and would happily stay there again. If I had to mention one thing it would be that the bed was a little hard, but that was a very minor observation.
• Leonard (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The host is very helpful. Had an excellent stay! The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift. But there is just one flight of steps so it isn't too bad.

• Mateus (9/5): Superb - - Easy check in, where we agreed in a entrance time so I could get the keys of the apartment. - The house is incredible well located, I would say is the highlight of the apartment. - They have good internet in house - The space is good We where 4, so we used the Bed (for 2 people) and the sofa bed (for the other 2). The bed was good, but the sofa bed is not amazing (well... it's a sofa bed)
