Zimi (1/5): I wasn't able to stay there, have yet to be refunded. - Ease of online booking. I was able to book it online and then I couldn't get hold of the host to get instructions on collecting keys. When I did, I was told it was already booked for the night I had booked it - and sorry. They took my money and I have yet to be refunded over $1000 AUD!
