Madison (8/5): Perfect for a quiet weekend - The hotel was beautiful; clean and well maintained. Loved having a full size fridge and two burner stovetop, made our weekend feel so cozy. Like everywhere, this place seemed short-staffed. We checked in late, and had confirmed this with the hotel, but no one was at the front desk when we arrived. We ended up calling the front desk to bring someone out from the back. Two seperate guests had also arrived in the 10 minutes we waited. There was also only one person managing the breakfast, amd she looked overwhelmed and frustrated

Jaime (4/5): - The hotel on first day give us a room which had not been clean we complaint to front desk they assign other room which had been clean the next day we called front desk to ask if room was going to be refresh jen the desk person stated they will do but when we came back to room later that day it wasnt done so at 8pm we requested new towel after calling desk which no one answer so we went down stair to desk wait about 6 mins for some one to attend us jen again said she had towels in dryer and would get us some after 1/2 hour waited unit 1005 pm she answer phone and stated she was too busy long story short we checked out the next day and still no towels location is ideal for short stay but jen seem like she didnt care there is a free small breakfast but i would stay there again or recommend to any one

Moved us to a third room and was never cleaned, sheets on floor food every where. We left want money back and never found another place and had to stay in car

It was nice to have extra bedding for the pullout couch without having to ask multiple times for them. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Elena (4/5): Disappointed and doubtful we will come again - We booked our stay on Hotels.com for 20-22 Jun. Having stayed in a TownePlace Suites many times before, we were looking forward to our stay. When we checked in on Friday, we were informed that our room (114) had a small water problem in the bathroom. Water was seeping up from the wood planks. We were told that all rooms were booked and that we would get another room on Saturday, as well as a 50% discount for our stay due to the inconvenience. The staff did what they could to control the water, wrapping towels around the base of the toilet and along the shower stall. However, that did not keep the water from being a problem; many towels got soaking wet. Furthermore, the shower doors would not stay closed when taking a shower. We had to stuff a hand towel between the door rollers to keep the doors from sliding open. Additionally, although the bed was comfortable, the pillows offered little-to-no support and were extremely uncomfortable; just going flat when you laid your head upon them. We woke up each day with sore necks and stiff backs. When we inquired about a replacement room on Saturday, we were informed that all rooms were booked. When we checked out on Sunday, we were told that since we booked through a “third party” we could not receive the discount that was promised to us by the manager. Instead, we were offered 20k points to our Marriott account. This is not proportional to a 50% discount. Not the experience we were hoping for from a Marriott affiliate.
Steven (10/5): - I was traveling solo and booked the studio. It was nice, but the room was smaller, especially the bathroom was very tight. Next time, I will book a full sized suite, regardless of traveling alone. Worth paying a little more. I loved everything else about the hotel & staff. I was surprised by the hot breakfast. Better than my experiences at other hotels.

dianedI1680XO (2/5): The worst hotel experience ever! DON'T STAY HERE! - I haven't even checked in yet, but the address that my reservation came up as is Edgewater, MD. When I try to find it on my GPS, there is no address in Edgewater. How am I supposed to know that Edgewater is part of Annapolis. I called to confirm that I have a reservation, the woman who answered the phone needs to find a new job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. It sounded like she couldn't care less. They are in the middle of renovations , but they should not be renting out these rooms as they are. We checked in around 8:30pm at night and were given 2 keys, neither of which worked. We were given two more sets, neither of which worked. Eventually the woman at the desk had to let us in herself. We left and came back at 4:30 am and had to go through the same thing. No keys worked and the woman at the desk said she wasn't supposed to let us in with her key, but she eventually did. The next morning when I went down for "breakfast" they gave me more keys that didn't work and eventually let me in. Someone came down later to fix the key problem. The room they gave me was not the room I reserved. I reserved a room with 2 full beds and a sleeper sofa. We got one bed and a "sleeper sofa". The sleeper sofa was actually a couple of rock hard cushions that go together. The room was supposed to have a fully stocked kitchenette. There were no pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, or cups. What's the point of a kitchenette?? Things were just put in the room and not plugged in....lamp, TV, cable line... alarm clock was just shoved in a cubby and not plugged in. There was an iron, but no ironing board. No hangers. The room appeared to have not been vacuumed. The pillowcase on the bed looked like it had already been slept on. The rug was torn and disgusting. There were construction remnants on the rugs in the hall. There was a random plunger in the hall. I had no intention of staying another night, so we checked out two days early. When I went to checkout Jen, with an EMS sweatshirt (there were 3 Jen's), was so rude. I asked that they refund the second two nights and she said she would. When I asked for her last name, she would not give it to me. She called the manager down for me to talk to, but we waited for about 10 minutes, but had to leave. Not only did they not give me a refund, they charged me an extra $537 for no apparent reason. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund. Wish me luck. DON'T STAY HERE!!
mar_arukminit2022 (10/5): Nice stay - We had a nice stay at Admiral Suites. They're under remodeling, the reception too. Hopefully they finish the construction soon. Fortunately, our room was new and clean. There was a sink, fridge, electric cooktop, very good equipped. It was a nice bed too and the room had enough light.
catherinei368 (2/5): ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give a negative score, I would. The issues started the moment we walked in. First, it was clearly under construction and a complete mess, to which the person behind the counter said it had been for over a year. Then, when we went to our room, there were countless stains on the floor, disgusting stains all over the mattress, mold, chunks of carpet cut, bugs, toilet wouldn't flush, parts missing and more. When we reported this, we simply got a shrug from the person who came to check the room on our complaints. We left 10 minutes later, and they didn't even bother with an apology.
LoveRedWine08 (2/5): It was so bad that we left - no way I was sleeping there - The exterior doors in the hallway have a large amount of duct tape on the latches which does not allow them to close. The building is completely open - zero security - very unsafe. The closet is an empty space with no bar to hang clothes. I guess they want you to put clothes on the filthy floor? Garbage disposal had a fork caught in it. One of the "kitchen" cabinets was off the hinges. None of the phone jacks worked. Absolute Dump. We left. I will be asking for a refund.
L9777HGcolins (2/5): BAD! BAD! BAD! Avoid!! - What a horrible place. I can't believe it is listed on sites like Hotels. com and Booking.com. Wish it wasn't because I never would have gotten stuck with it. Room was a dump. Paid extra for a "suite" to accommodate 6 for just one night. Not big enough and inaccurately listed the 3rd bed. Hotel refused to assist in any way. No roll away. No bigger room. No cancellation or exchange. Had to get another room which happened to. Be bigger than the one they gave me (for the 2 person price). What a joke! Paid more for two dump rooms than if I had stayed at the Marriot around the corner. Never would have booked if had not found it on Booking.com. Very disappointed in them for even listing this dump.
