• Louise (9/5): Excellent stay, huge apartment. 2 supermarkets on doorstep - Huge apartment, everything we could need was provided. 10 min walk to main beach front area. Providing hand soap and more toilet roll for the bathroom would have been appreciated. Also partial sea view has gone due to a new development but didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the apartment.
• Wozniak (5/5): - Location easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, and beach Unfortunately there is construction on new condo units across alley way. 7am till 7 pm 7 days a week. There is no longer ocean view from balcony. Photos are out dated. Bed very un comfortable. No poolside tables or umbrellas and loungers dated. Pool not heated. As in previous reviews shower head in bathroom still does not hold positions.
• Diane (7/5): - Location was very good. Many things in the apartment are a bit tired, bed not very comfortable. Lots of nearby building work causing a lot of noise.
• Andrew (10/5): Great apartment with friendly tenants near to both beaches. - Great location, 5 minutes to either of the man areas. Construction is going on but it really didn’t bother me too much. Pool was re opened the day we arrived. Shops are super close including a small super market and spar within 2 minutes and even more available in Town. Great location ! Loved it and would return!

• Chloe (9/5): Really enjoyed it, would definitely come back! - Really spacious apartment and had everything we needed. Kitchen was very well equipped with lots of utensils and cutlery. Beds were comfortable and room was decent size. Right in the middle of Villamora and Quarteira so both were only short walking distance. Nothing that could have been done but the pool was under renovation when we were there so couldn’t use it. Not suitable if you have children that need buggies as you have to go up a few stairs.
• Alfred (8/5): Good location, good value. - Positioned roughly midway between the Quarteira and Vilamoura the property is within easy walking distance of many nice restaurants and the waterfronts of both communities. To get the most from this property it helps if you enjoy walking as it is very easy to discover that you’ve well-exceeded your daily 10 thousand step goal. The property is bright and very pleasant with double glazing on all windows, nice large rooms and plenty of gear so we found that most of our needs were well met with a very few exceptions noted below. Be aware that the building does not have an elevator but 2 flights of stairs is not a deal-breaker for most and no elevator appears to be the norm in 3-level buildings in the area. The balcony overlooking the pool is quite large and retains sun until around 13:30 at which time it was getting a little cool it being February. Later in the year this would be a big plus as you want a bit of shade when 30°+ temperatures are the norm. We enjoyed a number of lunches on that balcony. The pool looks very welcoming but, of course, February is not a pool month. For the moment there is a great deal of construction on-going in the area. It is not particularly annoying but it might be a factor for some sensitive souls. We were not particularly bothered and recognize that it is temporary. Unfortunately, some of the new builds are stealing sea views from many, former waterfront properties. I don’t know if this property was much affected but the sea views now are exclusively from the kitchen and not of much use aesthetically speaking. We would probably return but for a shorter stay and with a few provisos. The property had clearly not been rented out for some time prior and should have received some TLC before our arrival. It’s not that it was really dirty but there was in fact a number of months acculturation of dust and detritus on the floors which required sweeping and a mopping up. This should have been completed prior to our arrival. Oddly, the furniture did appear to have been dusted. Speaking of furniture, it was a mix of comfortable and not so comfortable items but quite functional otherwise. The hand-held shower doubles as a fixed, overhead shower but in the fixed position, because the ratchet gears are stripped, the water can’t be directed anywhere other than straight downward. Not a big deal but it would be such an improvement to have the mounting replaced. One final point and our biggest gripe, we were booked for 4 weeks but only received enough bed linen for a single change and only two extra towel were provided. IMO, there should have been sufficient supplies for weekly changes of both bedding and towels. Net result, a significant amount of time and money spent at a local laundromat.

• Pierre (10/5): excellent souvenirs. - Appartement spacieux, très clair, très propre, extrêmement équipé jusqu'au barbecue en dur sur la grande terrasse et un contact parfait entre la Propriétaire et nous. Commerces a la sortie du lotissement, parking voiture a l'intérieur du lotissement. entrée immeuble avec porte Sécurisée (code) ainsi que pour aller à la piscine interne pour le lotissement. Nous sommes extrêmement satisfait de ce choix. Franchement je ne trouve pas de reproche a faire ni améliorations.

It was so big & had everything we needed in it. Has a washing machine, great cooking facilities & very spacious. Had a supermarket just across the road. • Aleksandra (9/5): Very enjoyable stay - Really good location. Close to the beach and the town centre with supermarkets next door and yet very peaceful and relaxing. Spacious apartment with lots of sunlight and a comfortable balcony. Easy check-in and out and very kind and attentive owner. It could do with a kettle as boiling water in a pot was not convenient and easy to burn yourself with. A couple more pillows would be useful.

• Valentin (9/5): Super séjour, emplacement parfait, très bonne communication avec les hotes - Très bien placé. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Très bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, barbecue, porte serviette etc...) Piscine avec transats. Résidence calme. Animation le soir dans la ville. Restaurants de qualité. La literie un peu dur mais cela dépend des gouts de chacun donc ce n'est pas vraiment un avis objectif.

• Ana Paula (10/5): - Gostei do facto do apartamento estar em. Perfeitas condições, limpo e a sua localização é perfeita. O apartamento tem piscina no condomínio que proporciona relaxamento e prazer . Também fica perto da praia o que é óptimo.
