• Arlton (8/5): Good place but the dirty duvet was a let down - Helpful staff. Nice restaurants and shops on the road. The gym is not too far down the road, which is slightly expensive but still reasonable. Not too far to walk to Anjuna beach. Breakfast was basic but nice. We were happy with everything except the second last night, I accidentally pulled the duvet cover when making the bed, and noticed the duvet was very dirty with a blood stain that was still clear and some yellow stains. These did not look like they had been washed.

• Yogesh (8/5): Nice leisure stay at Spazio resort. - Nice location and close to restaurants and beach. Vagator is nearby. Staff especially the restaurant and bar manager is extremely good at service, very humble too. Reception folk are good to deal with too. It is a clean property though dated now but has good look and feel. Good food available here. A little dated so interiors could be worked upon but nothing to hold you from staying there.

• Lynne (6/5): A decent standard of cleanliness and good location. - Staff we very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The swimming pool was well maintained, also the courtyard area was well maintained. The breakfast wasn’t great, the food was just passable.

One of the staff members Margaret remembered me from 4 years ago and she was super helpful with everything. Like many hotels it could do with a bit of a refurbishment, bathrooms are old and tired but it wouldn’t put me off staying there again.

• Atreya (1/5): Totally very bad experience with the stay. - I liked the size of the room and the facilities inside the room like fridge,bed etc. The swimming pool was good but I think it had more chlorine content. The list of unlike is more than what I liked in this resort. Firstly we booked 4 rooms and we went to the resort little late than the check-in time but our room was not ready and checked-in 1 hour late. The rooms are spacious but we faced locking problems in our 3 rooms. The locking handle is very weak and the keys too. Be careful while looking the door as we faced big problem in the lock. There is no good power backup in the resort and there is no space outside to hang our wet clothes. The bathroom is good but water will store inside if you take bath for less than 5 minutes but they fixed this issue.Some staffs are very rude in behaviour with their customers. Overall our experience was very bad. Really this stay is not value for money.

Margreth fixed everything we needed straight away, and was so helpfull and caring. The resturant did not have a lot of options, an was out of a lot of The stuff on The menu. But The food we Ate were good.

• Julie (9/5): Fantastic - Spazio Leisure Resort is clean, well appointed and absolutely delightful. The rooms all face onto the beautifully maintained courtyard and gardens. Food at the Portico restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff, especially Margate and Roy, are helpful and friendly. The rooms could do with an update.

She puts up signs that you can't have guests over, you cannot bring your own food or drink, and about 10 other rules. The street noise is very loud. I would not recommend it..

Margaret and Saby were great! always asking if we needed any extra water for our rooms - Great location! a lot of shops and markets are near by or a short drive to beaches Staff were very friendly and attentive Rooms are spacious and clean there is also a fridge with milk in your room as well as tea coffee and water bottles huge pool with lounges to lounge around the bar and staff were great!

• Brooke (7/5): Great stay, get what you pay for here! - The people that worked there were very friendly and helpful and accomodating. Sebastian and his team were lovely. They helped to sort us out transport when we needed it and they made great cocktails and yummy nibbles to order off the menu for beside the pool! The pool was beautiful, the hotel also looked beautiful and it was in a good location and it felt safe and secure. I think the breakfast was a bit average... But you get what you pay for I guess. Not many options at all. The pool had too much chlorine in it (it turned my blonde hair green) and the rooms could have been a bit cleaner.

Margaret, the host, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. • Kumar (1/5): Bad - nothing to like there. everything like room was small, breakfast was not good, they don't provide sufficient water. for 2 people 1 ltr water provided in 24 hrs. even after multiple follow up they didn't provide water bottle . they don't provide dental kit if you don't force them to provide. ultimately not worth to pay 4500 or 5k. lights were not sufficient. it was somewhat dark.

The sheets were dirty. The toilet would smell in a few hours even though the staff cleans them everyday. The bed had a mouldy smell. It was pricey for the experience.
