Вода всегда прохладная, хотя может кому-то это будет минусом. Приветливый персонал, просторная комната, нормальный холодильник. Завтрак простоват, готовят на выбор одно из блюд. Кровать очень жесткая. В целом есть несколько мелких замечаний к сантехнике и прочему, но это не испортило восторга от собственного бассейна)

• Gert-Jan (5/5): Zwembad was leuk, maar verblijf kon veel beter. - Het zwembad was top. De locatie ligt wat in een achterbuurt. Heel hygiënisch was het niet, zeker niet voor die prijs in Thailand. Versleten meubelen. Het ligbad bijvoorbeeld was onbruikbaar door slijtage roestvlekken te middenin. Moeilijk communiceren met het personeel die het Engels niet goed machtig zijn. Ontbijt was zeer beperkt , er was niet eens een pot koffie beschikbaar ( wel heet water en zakje oploskoffie) , tenzij je hiervoor nog extra zou bij betalen … de verhouding prijs (hoge prijs) / kwaliteit zit dus niet juist naar mijn mening.

Some type of pest control for the swarms of tiny ants everywhere
• Paige (6/5): It’s okay depending on what you want - We booked thinking the pools would be great The showers & bath tub were super outdated, the shower head wasn’t adjustable and pressure was shocking! The outdoor pools are undercover with no sunlight coming through, the location is far from everything & we only received one free breakfast buffet which was eggs, toast, coffee, ham & I think sausage. It’s quite expensive considering these downsides.

• Michiel (10/5): Exceptional - It exceeded my expectations! The villa area is nice and quiet and the villa's are beautifully clean and well kept. The only downside (for me) was that the pool/porch has a roof so there's not a lot of sun. On the other hand, it was nice and cool because of that. Also the gate/coverage has some gaps so people can look in from the path. So it's not super private. I guess if the plants grow more or if they close the gaps, it would be better. Very friendly and helpful staff too
• Milashnyc (1/5): Bad - Pretty much nothing Where do I even begin? I arrived, tge place is in the middle of nowhere. No restaurant although the description said it was. Ok. Very (I repeat very) outdated facility. Horrible bathroom, lots of ants in the room. I had to walk a while to a closest store to get some snacks and water as they dont provide anything. Next morning. Breakfast. Served like a dog - put a plate on one of the tables. Without even asking what do I prefer or whether I eat a bunch of bread that was on the plate.. ok. Askrd for coffee or water. No one speaks any English. Like literally no one could undertsand the word "coffee". I left to have food somewhere else. Came back. A drunk Russian dude on the premises, yelling, throwing chairs, no reaction from the staff. Well, guys. I apologize for a bad review but this is unaccepatable given the fact that your booking is non-refundable. You have to provide accurate description and make people comfortable.

• Veronica (9/5): Real luxe resort feel, nowhere near central Pattaya - The pool is much larger than it looks in the pictures, with ample seating for private relaxation time. The beds were very comfortable and toiletries and extra towels were supplied. It is in a secure location with breakfast included and a tuk tuk service to and from the reception at the entrance on check in and out for you and your bags. Staff have very limited English but are eager to help. The first night there was loud music and bass pumping from somewhere behind the property that was vibrating the walls and the bed underneath us so we requested a room move. With translation apps, we were able to establish that the staff were reluctant to move us because they had no other "premium" suites available but the silence was more important so we accepted a room with two twin beds pushed together. They accommodated immediately. The location is tough as Grab cars are very difficult to get. It's a short walk down to a busy road with 7 Eleven, markets and weed shops but if you want to go into town, it's touch and go.

• Kahori (6/5): usually - I just chilled Poor shower for the price. I had paid for breakfast, so I wanted breakfast brought to my room. After cleaning the room, pajamas were on the floor.
