• Lisova (1/5): Снести дом - Лояльность и вежливость хозяйки ибо можно было заселиться немного раньше. Я НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЭТИ АПАРТАМЕНТЫ. Апартаменты находятся в ужасном доме, в который просто страшно зайти, а вечером просто было страшно выйти в коридор. Поднявшись в квартиру и просто хотели помыться после дороги, но это удалось только вечером ибо в квартире не было горячей воды и нам пришлось самим как-то подключать бойлер. Также не было отопления и нам пришлось самим разбираться как включить калорифер (обогреватель прикованный к стене). Ванная была в ужасном состоянии : ржавая, валялись чужые черные волосы и ей срочно нужен ремонт. было тяжело даже сходить в туалет ибо очень холодно в квартире. На кухне была плитка которая почти не работала и было тяжело что-то приготовить. Просто весь вечер мы провели сидя на стульях возле этой батареи ибо квартира так толком и не нагрелась и воняло дымом, если обогреватель включен . Помимо этого все было в пыли и мертвых насекомых и сложилось впечатление, что здесь давно никто не жил, а может и умер. Кровать это отдельная история из-за пружины было невозможно спать ибо давила в тело. Самым прекрасным в этих апартаментах это соседи ибо когда приехали решили перечитать комментарии и потом пугались каждому малейшему шуму и не могли уснуть всю ночь из-за постоянных стуков, шорохов. Потому что как оказалось в доме живут алкоголики и в подъезде очень воняло сыростью, мочей. А дверь закрывается на цепочку и нам двум молодым девушкам было страшно спать и решили подпереть двери вешалкой, чтобы хоть как-то почувствовать себя в безопасности. Это не первое наше путешествие и мы объездили уже около 20 стран, но настолько ужасные условия мы видим впервые. Никто не спорит, что за такую сумму таких условий стоило ожидать, но то что нету воды теплой и холодно это слишком. Также мы заболели после этой поездки ибо на улице холодно и даже дома мы не могли согреться. ПОТОМУ НИКОМУ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЭТИ АПАРТАМЕНТЫ.Если хотите помыться, выспаться и согреться, то эти апартаменты явно не про это.

• Risto Kyrö (4/5): I am old enough to have visited the Soviet Union, and it was like going back to those days. - The apartment was quiet. When I arrived, I was shocked by the hallway with broken mailboxes and worn-out walls. Stepping into the apartment, the heating was not on, neither the hot water heater, so the apartment was rather cold. I had to figure out myself how to manage the heating system for both of them. The only radiator was in the bedroom, so I took the kitchen table and the chair there as it was warmer than in the kitchen. Fortunately the radiator was efficient, and I could sleep well in the night and didn't shiver of cold in the morning either. The kitchen utensils were minimal. I would have preferred to have at least one sharp knife to cut fruit or bread, but there was none.
• Annabel (4/5): - the host was nice and helpful but the apartment was very hard, difficult to find and the apartment outside ( stairwell) was very creepy and inside the apartment was very cold
• Alisa (5/5): - Красивая квартира близко к центру В ванной очень холодно почти невозможно мыться, стиральная машина не работает, пришлось вручную стирать, матрас плохой, пружина в спину колит.

• Vikttorija (4/5): - Pati kelionė patiko.Pats Butas tvarkingas. Žiauri laiptinė, įeinant I butą. 5 aukšte . Kvapas labai nemalonus laiptinėje. Šlapimo kvapas. Primetyta kažkokiu rūbų. Baisu buvo įeiti į laiptinė, ypač vakare.
• Ine (3/5): Neiesaku - Atrašanās vieta-netālu no trolejbusa pieturas uz/no centra. Netālu pārtikas veikals. Autostāvvietas nav bezmaksas, ja netiekat pagalmā kur ir 4 vietas. Kāpņutelpa līdz dzīvoklim izraisīja šoku-netīrs, smirdīgs. Dzīvoklis netīrs. Gultā atsperes dur mugurā. Plītiņa elektriskā, bail ieslēgt, ka neaizdegas. Dušā iekāpt bīstami, jo caurums vidū un var izkrist cauri. Trauki netīri. Jā, ekonomijas klases dzīvoklis par zemu cenu, bet drošība un tīrība ir drausmīga.

• gilbert (8/5): Un reste de l'époque stalinienne... - Emplacement, parking interne Manque de confort (assise, chaise abîmée, ...), sécurité incendie à revoir (contact rideau sur radiateur), pas de rangement en tête de lit (chevet ou tablette), rangement salle de bain à améliorer.

• Kirsty (3/5): Poor - Property was good value for money and the location was convenient not a far walk from the centre with bolt scooters available near by. The property is in desperate need of an upgrade. - one pillow each which was flat after 30 mins of lying down - shower had a crack in the floor and the shower holder broke after 2 uses due to rust and overtime use had to physically hold the shower head to wash which was inconvenient. Mould and rust around the rim of the shower. - no hand soap and a used bottle of shower gel in shower. - no lamp for night time only ceiling light, bulbs did not work. - cups and plates were dirty on arrival.

• Angeliki (1/5): Bad - Firstly if you are travelling alone this isn’t the place for you. The building itself is dangerous and neighbours aren’t “safe”. The apartment needs a lot of improvement in regards of cleanliness, comfort and safety. Neighbourhood is easy to get around and close to the center. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and will help you with anything you need, which is the only good thing I have to say.
• Gabrielius (4/5): Smelly and uncomfortable - The only positive thing about this accommodation was the price. The stairwell is terrible, reeks of urine, the smell is in the flat as well. There is no microwave, no showering gel, no soap. The fridge isn’t working. Loud noises coming from the neighbours. The mattress on the bed is uncomfortable because of the spirals. When we first came into the flat, it was very cold, we hat to turn on the heating, which has started to work in approximately 3 hours.

• Andres (6/5): Pleasant - More-less everything was there, what promesed. The view from window is urban romantic like from beginni g of 20th century Entrance to the property and the house itself is in awful condition. Starways are dirty and smelling of urine. Didn't feel secure in this neighbourhood
• Veronika (3/5): no working fridge, no soap, one small blanket for two people, no cleaness... no pleasant stay - Communication with the hosts was clear and quick. We also appreciate some tips about the food and things to do in town, that were on the notice-board. The fridge wasn't working, so we had to throw out our food that we bought. There was a soap missing in the bathroom, so we had to bought our own. In addition, the blanket on the bed was too small for the two of us and we did't sleep well. Overall the place didn't look clean. I know, that the accommodation was quite cheap, but these small things can be easily fixed, so I don't understand why they were the way they were.
