• Luis Fernando (5/5): Buona ma poteva essere una delle migliori purtroppo non è stata colpa dei proprietari, ma dei lavori che facevano nell’ - M è piaciuto la posizione e la qualità prezzo vicino il mare ma purtroppo il giorno martedì purtroppo si è rotta la doccia e sono dovuta andare, pensavo non mi avevano rimandato i soldi perché mi sembra giusto e al padrone di casa che avendo prenotato una settimana da domenica a domenica, per due giorni non mi sono arrivati ma alla fine sono arrivati… persone serie Purtroppo la doccia si è rotta ma non per colpa dei proprietari facevano dei lavori nell appartamento affianco

• Konstantin-04 (10/5): - Очень уютная, большая квартира со всеми удобствами! Заселение самостоятельное, владелец всегда на связи , все объясняет, помогает, спасибо ему!! До центра спокойным шагом 15 минут, до пляжа - 8-10 минут. Автобусная станция- возле дома, при этом тихо, утром поют птицы!!!. Единственный минус - окна на автобусный парк и остановку, это не очень живописно))))))), но при этом достаточно тихо

• Daniele (8/5): - La posizione, l'arredamento la disponibilità La rumorosità del condominio, musica a volume alto anche nelle ore notturne che ovviamente non dipende dall'host
• Alessandro (6/5): - La vicinanza al mare nella struttura troppe regole ho comprato io la carta igenica il detersivo per la lavatrice....e cosa che non viene menzionata il capolinea del Cotral a 5 metri col chi è in fermata che chiacchiera dalle 5 di mattina rumori smog...vale la metà del prezzo mi spiace dirlo ma anche lo sciampo ed il bagnoschiuma ho dovuto comprare però un cartello in casa parlava di regole ecc...ma serve anche il rispetto per chi paga 1400 euro per una stanza unica e un bagno e nemmeno usa la cucina ecc..

• Paola (8/5): Sosta veloce a Nettuno - Appartamento accogliente, molto piccolo ma ben organizzato. Ristrutturato completamente e con gusto. Lo abbiamo utilizzato solo per la notte per spezzare il viaggio di ritorno dal sud al nord. In zona molto distante dal centro e poco pulita e curata.

• Marina (9/5): Superb - The apartment has everything you need for couple days. Currently renovation work is right under the windows.
• Paula (8/5): Great Experience - Everything was lovely, clean, neat and very well decorated! The location is within minutes walk from the beach and the main bus station is across the road which facilitates connections to Rome. Too many rules and are all written in Italian. Like for example the charge if you don’t take the rubbish out. Would be nice and english translation :)

• Andras (10/5): Exceptional - Location is very good. 5 minutes walk to a nice public beach, cheap restaurants and bars where locals go. Air conditioner is working. Bathroom was clean and modern. There is a nice washing machine, too. Kitchen is 100% equipped, 2 different coffee makers with some coffee in stock, dishwasher liquid and all you need to wash the dishes. There were clean towels and toilet paper and soap. The view from the window is not enjoyable (unless guests like the view of a bus station).
• Jude (9/5): Lovely stay, we will be back. - The accommodation was modern, fully furnished, very comfortable, spacious for a family of 4,clean and the host was very helpful. The bus station is just beside the apartment and the buses are quite regular with the drive about 4mins to the station. It was about 18-20minutes walk to the main station, which is ok to be fair .
