• Sorrentino (1/5): Delusione - Ottima posizione, praticamente al centro della città vecchia e tutte le "attrazioni" principali risultavano raggiungibili tranquillamente a piedi. L'appartamento è minuscolo, ma molto caldo e pulito. La vacanza sarebbe stata perfetta se non avessimo avuto degli intoppi con lo staff. Parto dal presupposto che il check-in per quanto potesse essere indicato disponibile dalle ore 16:00, lasciava ancora la possibilità di indicare l'orario di arrivo (09:30 il mio) lasciando pensare alla possibilità di un check-in anticipato, risultato? Siamo entrati in casa alle 4 passate e abbiamo dovuto pagare il deposito dei bagagli al negozio dove era presente la cassetta per ritirare le chiavi. Il problema oltre al check in ad un orario allucinante, è legato al modo di rispondere dell'operatore al telefono che alla mia richiesta di un check-in anticipato ha risposto con un "NO" secco, chiudendo la telefonata. Ma arriviamo al momento magico, alle ore 16:00 finalmente andiamo a ritirare il materiale dalla cassetta e i bagagli, arriviamo alla porta e si spezza la chiave nella serratura... Il 50% della chiave era ancora all'interno... Chiamo lo staff e avviso dell'inconveniente, mi fanno aspettare un po', mi richiamano e la prima cosa che mi dicono è che OVVIAMENTE avrei dovuto pagare chissà quanto per la sostituzione della serratura, invitandomi ad attendere per l'arrivo di un collega. Riesco a togliere la chiave dalla serratura lì avviso di questo nuovo fatto/evento e attendo il collega. Si presenta una ragazza (educata e rispettosa) dopo 10/15 Min che mi porge una nuova chiave (a detta sua l'originale) e per l'inconveniente mi lascia addirittura una barretta di cioccolato. Giova precisare che all'atto del controllo di entrambe le chiavi, quella rotta risultava sottilissima e di una qualità pessima rispetto all'originale, ma lasciamo perdere... Concludo dicendo che mi ha davvero deluso il modo in cui si viene trattati in queste situazioni e voglio pensare che sia legato tutto ad una serie di eventi dettati dalla sfortuna, ma non sono questi i modi di trattare un turista.

Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a tidy and conveniently located stay. 🥰😍 I wanted to mention that although I completed the registration, I did not receive the instructions for getting the keys, which led to about 30 minutes of searching for the necessary pins and box numbers. However, I appreciate the owner's prompt response to our inquiry. Additionally, there were some street noises during the night that were a bit disturbing. Otherwise that was such great apartment. We left prague with good memories.😊
• Vjola (9/5): Very pleasant stay! - Great location, five minute walk from the Old Town Square, ten minute walk from Charles Bridge, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff communication was very good and fast.
• Concettina (9/5): Loved the apartment, it location-we had a great time. - It was cozy and the apartment was comfortable had everything we needed. Location was great. Other residents in the apartment block coming home quite late and being loud - nothing earplugs couldn’t fix.

Loved it, thank you !! - The property was super clean and well organized. the big plus is that the apartment is located in the center of Prague so we can do everything by foot and it’s amazing !!!

• Andrea (5/5): Prepare to do chores for a fee and pick up keys at a different address - Location The lockbox was located at a different address than the property which was highly inconvenient. I was charged a mystery fee of $30 on my credit card before arriving. There were complicated instructions on how to clean and take out trash and recycling. I do not not like paying these prices in order to do my own cleaning and maintenance.
