(loose mointings, ja - The view is absolutely incredible 10/10 does not do it justice! We had some minor issues and the hosts were very attentive and took us very serious. The appartment was for sure in amazing shape. You see the love for detail, art and good furniture. But it has been neglected a little. The Bathroomdoor does not open reliably bc of a screw occasionally blocking it. The toiletbrush is rusty and stains, the holder of the toilettroll comes off... a lot of minor details that are easy visible by a vigilant host. The appartment needs a little redo and more attention.

Duże okna umożliwiające delektowanie się tym jedząc posiłek czy leżąc w łóżku. Obrzydliwie brudna łazienka. Na szczęście miałam klapki na grubej podeszwie. Tylko dzięki temu skorzystałam z prysznica. Polecam obejrzenie moich zdjęć. Reszta mieszkania również brudna. nie aż tak jak łazienka. Duża kuchnia, ale puste szafki. Brak wyposażenia. O ugotowaniu czegoś prostego nie ma mowy. Ręczniki nieświeże. Z pewnością nie były prane. Pościel również. Plamy na prześcieradle i poduszce. Uważam to za brak szacunku do turystów. Myślę, ze większości z nas zależy głównie na czystości i higienie. Szkoda. Mieszkanie jest świetne, miejsce cudowne. Właściciel musi tylko zadbać o czystość.

• Mila (6/5): We had an amazing view but I was disappointed in the service. - The location was amazing, with a stunning view. We were close to restaurants. We arrived for check in at the agreed time and had to wait for bedding to be put on and we had to wait a till 4pm for our towels to arrive. We woke up the next morning with no power.

There is a convection oven but no bowels to cook in and a frying pan but no stove top. I also missed a dish cloth as I believe in washing dishes and leaving a place better than I found it.

• Calista (9/5): Hidden gem in Knysna Heads with stunning views. - The views are absolutely stunning. We had a lovely and comfortable stay in this unique spot. So tranquil looking out the window. The apartment was clean with stunning urban furniture. Bed & bedding comfortable. A great getaway. Restaurants conveniently close. Staff helpful and friendly. There are a few things to note before booking the stay. There’s no parking at the property, you park at the Piza e vino parking and walk up a staircase to the room. No equipment for cooking, only microwave and fridge with simple cutlery. The apartment can get quite cold with no spare blankets/heater. Good to take something with.
• Cailyn (7/5): Could have been exceptional, but flawed due to cleanliness - Amazing, unbeatable view of the heads and incoming waves into the lake. Room really could use a deep clean, although staff sorted bare minimum of cleaning used toilet and changing bed sheets, the more time you spend in the apartment, the more dirt you actually begin to notice.

• Michael_england (10/5): Amazing Knysna Location - The location is unbelievable. The pictures do not do it justice. The room is gorgeous, airy with the most amazing views. You are literally on the lagoon with the sounds of the waves and the sea breeze. It is like heaven. Check-in is simple and Charmaine is amazingly helpful. The 2 restaurants are literally on your doorstep as are a great snorkeling and swimming beach. You cannot get better. WIFI was great. Only small (non issue) was the water pressure which is a little irregular, but hey that is it.
