• Victoria (6/5): ubicación 20, el resto -40 - La ubicación cerca de la Feria de Cantón es todo lo que vale de este lugar. En menos de 10 minutos llegas caminando a la feria, la feria Jinhan está a 150 mts. Te dejan agua, café y té de cortesía Totalmente descuidado, mala limpieza, había cucarachas, los muebles todos rotos y desgastados, la alfombra de los pasillos sucia. No había ni un vaso, cubierto, plato, nada, a pesar de tener cocina. Las puertas del toilete no cerraban bien. El wifi, algo elemental si vas por trabajo, no funcionaba nunca, tuvimos que usar siempre los datos del celular para poder usar internet.

• LIlian (10/5): - 아파트는 하이주구(海珠区) 신강동로(新港东路) 1020번 폴리세계무역센터(保利世贸中心) D동에 위치해 있으며, 도보로 3분이면 지하철 8호선 바주역(琶洲站) C·D출구에 닿을 수 있어 통근이 매우 편리합니다. 광저우교역박람회 전시관도 바로 코앞에 있어 도보로 몇 분 만에 도착할 수 있으니 전시회 참가 시 아침 붐비는 시간에 쫓길 걱정이 전혀 없습니다. 주변 교통이 사방으로 통하며 광저우타워, 주장신성(珠江新城) 등 관광지로 가는 것도 매우 편리해 지리적 위치는 전시센터 핵심 구역이라고 할 수 있습니다. 객실 공간은 넓고 제가 묵은 객실은 깔끔하고 밝으며 가전제품이 완비되어 있습니다. 세탁기, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 전기주전자 등 생활시설이 모두 갖춰져 있어 주거 생활에 필요한 모든 것을 충분히 충족시킵니다. 화장실은 청결하고 세면용품이 완비되어 있으며, 침구류는 부드럽고 편안해 편안한 숙면을 취할 수 있어 부담이 전혀 없습니다. 일부 객실에서는 강변 풍경도 조망할 수 있으며, 커튼을 열면 아름다운 풍경이 펼쳐져 시야가 매우 훌륭합니다.

Stay at a hotel bit further if you’re there for the fair to enjoy a clean and modern place. - Only good thing about this apartment complex is its closeness to the fair. First of all it’s less than half the price on booking if booked by locals. Also the apartment had this nasty mold smell and furniture and bathroom is not well maintained and old. Thankfully i stayed for 3 nights at a different hotel which was new high technology

• xiaoqi (10/5): - 来广州旅游，以为暑假的房价会很高，但是没想到定到了宝藏酒店！一开始去到的时候前台跟我说因为电路问题房间要等到下午，但是没想到给我升级了一个这么好的房间，对待客人态度很耐心礼貌，而且这个价格可以住到这么好的房间也是很让人惊讶，居然还有浴缸，这在我们那边得七八百的价格，酒店是新开的，设施都是很新的状态，浴缸和房间的卫生都打扫的很干净，好想一直住在这个房间里！！！特别是前台小姐姐的服务态度很好，想法很周到，给这个酒店点个大大的赞👍！！！很推荐来这家酒店，我觉得是广州这个价位最好的酒店了

It’s in an office building where 10 staff sat behind a desk on ground floor but none could help. Reception is an obscure room on level 17, ripped carpet, overpowering smell of cigarette smoke, nothing worked, cheap repairs, bed hard, no breakfast or facilities. Absolutely woeful and cost a fortune

• Ratnayake (9/5): Ideal location to stay for a Trade Exhibition at the Canton Fair Complex - The staff were friendly and supportive.(They helped us transfer money on WeChat to our local Chinese suppliers and even helped to arrange courier services) The room was cleaned well, daily by housekeeping. The facilities requested were supported Walking distance from the Canton Fair Complex/ 12 RMB by taxi ( Ideal as we were attending a trade exhibition) Since my colleague and I did not speak mandarin there could have been moments the communication did not happen properly with the reception. (But by adding the reception on WeChat we were able to communicate better) The banks around the location had several limitations in exchanging foreign currency. It took a long time and the process was extensive. (No exchange ATMs around from the areas I explored) I assume It's about 15-20 mins to the city center
