• singrid (1/5): - nous sommes en suisse et avons loué cet appartement. ce matin, 2 voisins différents nous interpellent. l immeuble est à la mairie, logement social... interdit de louer, de sous louer plus exactement ! l appartement est dttes sale, catastrophe. obligé d écourter le séjour car les voisins veulent nous dénoncer... visiblement après discussion la personne mr a été dénoncé pls fois! et booking loue encore son appartement ( dégoûtant et en mauvais état) j ai pris des photos. je réclame un remboursement a booking. ( lui refuse de me rembourser ) En attente. En tous les cas ne vous faite pas avoir !

Repainting and changing the furniture would make it great - - location. view on the lake from the window of the room - the lady I had on the phone was really nice - I did not use the kitchen but very handy for someone who would like to cook - 3 minutes away from Metro - old and would very much welcome repainting and change of furniture - I did not manage to get the TV to work - for information 3rd floor without escalator (to bear in mind if someone has a lot of luggage or as difficulties to walk

• Karolina (6/5): Lovely apartment with nice view for the lake - The apartment was pleasant and tastefully decorated. The shutters were quite noisy at night, disrupting my sleep.

Tight kitchen, outdated furniture, not looked after, not properly cleaned, just sheets/towels swapped, kitchen pans worn and unusable, kitchen empty just salt, the landlady asked to cover her tourist tax required by law as landlord and not just our tax as visitors. Building in poor state, shutters unlocked in storm at night, waking us up. Key was not in a locker and hard to access with cars in way.

• Yuliya (1/5): We didn't get into the apartment - Communication is terrible, after payment there was no any message from the hostess and no information about check-in. I wrote her messages on booking, but no one answered me, fortunately she answered on WhatsApp and confirmed that everything is fine. On the day of arrival, a few hours before check-in, she called me saying just "no apartment". She did not speak English at all, she was very rude and swore at me in Spanish, using obscene language. In the end, we lived in another hotel.
