• Waleed Saleem (7/5): Great Hotel, Great Spa, No halal food though. - The hotel was very good, it's near some restaurants, cafes and shops so that's quite handy. The hotel staff were also great and the spa services were too good. I'd recommend anyone who's looking for a good hotel in Tirana to stay there. The breakfast was very very bad, there were cooked eggs in the buffet and they were not made on demand. They had no concept of Halal, when asked about Halal food, the restaurant lady pointed out to the items which had pork and said these have pork, and others have chicken, but never explicitly said if they were halal (As it's common in albania, that most of the meat is non halal). That was a real disappointment and slightly affected our trip as breakfast is one of the things we look forward to during our stay.

Das Frühstück war gut, der Service hier sehr gut und aufmerksam! Wäre es frisch gepresster Orangensaft gewesen, wäre alles perfekt. Leider waren die Säfte (für uns) ungenießbar. Sehr gut war, dass die frischen, leckeren Erdbeeren stets nachgefüllt wurden - wie alles andere auch! Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die junge Dame an der Rezeption uns sehr unpersönlich "abgefertigt" hat. Sehr schnelle ungeduldige Erläuterungen zu allem Wesentlichen. Auch anderen Gästen gegenüber zeigte sie ähnliches Verhalten, fragte ein Gast nach, rollte sie die Augen. (Das geht garnicht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel) Zunächst bekamen wir die Information, dass die Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs extra Gebühr kostet. Erst auf mein Nachfragen, bekamen wir die Antwort: "Ach nein, eine Std. ist inkludiert".

Appreciate the effort and service but there’s a bit of social pressure for the guest involved who feels anxious and guilty having to ask the staff to re-do the iron or iron additional clothes.

• Ibrahim (4/5): Five star suite with zero star service - The presidential suite . The service was appalling even when I asked for a cup of tea. They told me to go down and get it myself. I had to stop my car and fetch my belongings without any help. Even the guy who took my car to the parking lot simply opened the boot and told me to take all my luggage. The coffee machine was old-fashioned and not working probably even in the top-line suite.
