• Tamara (10/5): This was the perfect beach paradise to relax with family! - The condo was very comfortable and stocked with literally everything you could need! There is immediate beach access, pool and hot tub, west facing patio for watching amazing sunsets and the Blue Angels practice across at the Naval Air base! This is a gated condo with private assigned parking.

We loved being right on the beach. Pool and hot tub were also great. Lovely corner unit with views of the marina on one side and gulf on the other. Great fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable master bedroom and plenty of sleeping space for up to 8 people. Great balcony. 30 minute walk to main section of town. Perfect get away.

The condo had provided tons of extra plug ins, hangers, etc. Even the showerhead was detachable! That helped a ton because my daughter is special needs and has to have help washing her hair. Absolutely perfect in every way! We'll definitely stay here again!

It's located conveniently close to all the stuff you need with a family to have a great vacation. The beach and pool are super easy to access by very short walk without any hassle. The beach has beautiful White sand and clear water. This condo is so close to the pier and restaurants. The condo is very well maintained by the host. It has very comfy beds. The kitchen is full of everything you need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful. The property is not too big so getting in and out is very easy. It has plenty of parking spots available anytime. The host is really good with communication. We have been to a lot of condos before, so we can tell this host genuinely cares about the guest's experience at this beautiful condo. We will surely return here and let our friends know about this place.
• Lara (10/5): Comfortable, quiet, beautiful, well equipped, family friendly condo - This property was very comfortable. The access to the beach is family friendly- can take strollers and carts easily into beach. The pool is 4-5ft deep- very family friendly. It is a quiet complex and the beach is gorgeous. Well maintained condo has the things you need! Starter supplies, ample pillows, comfortable beds, large tv, amazing balcony. Cannot say enough about how comfortable it is. We had 6 in our party and had plenty of space. Not one thing was negative. We were confused about logging into Amazon prime- did not want to mess anything up- and we had a reply within minutes helping us solve it. We were watching our movie in minutes!

Owners were extremely friendly and approachable. The unit is cute and clean, has nice cold air and up to date appliances. There is not one thing about our stay that could have been improved we were totally satisfied.

• Cindy (10/5): This is an exceptional property. - We spent Easter weekend in this charming condo. It was very clean, very comfortable and we felt very much at home. The beautiful sugar sand beach was just outside the backdoor of the building, therefore, it was so easy to access the beach. We were also able to sit on the deck of the condo in the late evening and watch the sun over the ocean. It was so beautiful. In addition, the condo had beach chairs, a cooler, and other equipment that we were able to use on the beach. There is also a swimming pool and hot tub on the premises, as well as laundry facilities on the ground floor. There were plenty of towels as well as beach towels. If we ever come back to Pensacola, we definitely want to stay at this condo again.. hopefully for much longer next time.

Marina was more than accommodating getting back to us with any questions we had about the condo and the Pensacola area. The beach was great and not crowded, the area offers so much to do. We had a great time! I can't think of anything we didn't like

• John (10/5): This condo right on beautiful Pensacola Beach was PERFECT for us! - This condo right on beautiful Pensacola Beach was PERFECT for us! We prefer to have separate bedrooms with comfy beds so that my snoring does not disturb my wife's ability to sleep - check. Outstanding view of the beach and sunset from our balcony - check. Located on a quiet part of the beach - check. Plenty of space to feel like we are at home, not crammed into a standard hotel room - check. Parking under the building to avoid our car baking in the Florida sun - check. Easy check-in and check-out system - check. Included Wi-Fi and smart TV's - check. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee included for the coffee maker - check. Plenty of nearby restaurants and cafe's to choose from - check. (Directly across the street from the condo is Peg Leg Pete's. While the wait for the full restaurant 'upstairs' had a 1.5 hour wait, 'downstairs' at the outdoor, but covered, bar served plenty of food offerings with no wait). We had no issues. Our 3-night stay was excellent.

Wonderful and clean beach. Everyone loved the hot tub even in 45 degree temps. Not the first complaint.

Uncrowded beach (umbrellas and chairs available to rent) right in front of the condo. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything including beach towels and plenty of beach floats to use! Great stay, couldn’t have asked for more.
