- Nik (5/5): - The I liked the hotel’s location and positioning, and if it weren’t for the renovation scaffolding in front of my window, the view would have been nice as well. The reception service was very poor. We booked through Booking.com, but upon arrival the receptionist showed us a room of a lower class than the one we had reserved and insisted that it was our booked room. When this was proven wrong, they then claimed that our reserved room was not available. After the issue was finally resolved, the second guest’s amenities were brought to the room reluctantly and incompletely.

We paid around $80 for one night, but in reality, its true value shouldn’t be more than $40. The balcony door lock was simply missing. The staff were friendly and tried to do their best to make things better. In any case, next time we’ll try to find another place.

The hotel is located above the city, and the rooms and restaurant have a beautiful view of the mountains and even Khustup. breakfasts are served on the third floor, in the photo are some dishes, a very kind adult male chef said that we can order something else for free if we want. the rooms are cozy, we asked to bring additional chairs and hangers to the room, the administrator Ervan helped us. Thanks to the administrator for helping us with the suitcases during check-out.
- Anthony (3/5): Duplicitous staff. Caveat emptor. - Air conditioning and view. Pretty disappointed to get scammed on arrival by the two sleazy guys running the joint, who claimed that there was a mixup with booking.com and that I would have to pay much more than quoted. I had to call customer service to get it sorted out before I would spend the night and be at the mercy of these two characters, especially the unfriendly big guy who spent his days smoking and staring into his phone. I sensed their frustration that I didn't just accept their scam for more money. In all my years of numerous reservations with booking.com, this has never happened to me before. And it ruined my stay. The property provides plenty of tacky bling bling, meant to impress the ordinary folks from lesser developed countries. The food and service was equally mediocre, especially the breakfast which consists of the usual cheap quality, industrial grade ingredients unfit for human consumption, unless you're a fan of fast food of course. Kapan, in my opinion, is a sad and decrepit little town with lots of frustrated people who drive very aggressively. It's not a place worth spending a night. Best to just keep driving south to Meghri or north to Goris.

- Վիլեն (9/5): There are even toys for couples with children. - This hotel was recommended to us by our friends who were in KAPAN two years ago. This is our second time at this hotel and we are very satisfied as the first time. The staff is very nice and friendly. I can emphasize the excellent view of the mountains from the windows. I also want to note the presence of a ZIPLINE, which is the only one in the area. The only "minus" is that we did not have time to enjoy the beautiful and cozy park next to the hotel, but the administration promised to finish everything by our next arrival.
- Davit (4/5): This is the worst hotel in the world I have ever been. - I like nature, and there is a great view of the mountains. At night time, it is very calm. The manager followed up on my feedback review. I booked a "Small Double or Twin Room" but they gave me only a twin room, and I had to pay $12 extra to get a small double room (after all I found out that I should request early for a small double like special notes). All daytime workers make some noise because the hotel is reconstructing. They have a terrible breakfast compared with the price. We had to leave the hotel at 9:30 AM because of the situation. After all, when I tried to check-out the reception workers were not in the place, I had to walk a long way to give them the room key.

Kids friendly hotel - In Kapan We get a baby high chair, lullaby kid bed and asked for baby club, staff help us with thus and give toys for playing in our room. Hotel have a baby bath! Dont forget to request it.
