• Olga (8/5): - Очень чистые номера, близко к метро, есть бомбоубежище Нет полотенец в зоне кухни. А полотенца с ванны не хочется использовать. Плохая шумоизоляция.

• Vyacheslav (8/5): - Маленькие ,но очень уютные. В номере не просто тепло, а даже жарко , хотя на улице был сильный мороз. Чисто и комфортно. Есть даже стиральная машина. В самом здание есть свет и работает лифт не зависимо от графиков отключения, но не в номере. ( Свет отключают по графику.

• Крістіна (9/5): - Приїздили на пару днів до столиці, залишились в цьому готелі, все сподобалось) Головні критерії були - сховище і генератор - все це було. Навіть сповіщали про повітряну тривогу. Ремонт свіжий, меблі нові. Рушники і постіль білосніжна, аж «хрустить»)) Подушки і ковдра нові, зручні) В номері було дуже тепло. Все чистенько, сміття виносили кожен день. Закрита приватна парковка. Трошки малувато місця, по фото здавалось що кімнати більші. На кухні не вистачало кухонного рушника. В цілому ми залишились задоволені)

• Тетяна (8/5): Ціна дещо зависока, як на умови - Чисто, зручне ліжко, зручний чистий санвузол, є парковка, привітний персонал. Ціна зависока, як для звичайних умов готелю. Мінімум туалетних дрібничок - ані шапочки для душу, ані ватних дисків. В кімнаті при заселенні було холодно, батареї вимкнені. Поки "розкочегарили" температуру, то ходили і мерзли.

• Jay (10/5): A recommended place if you want to cook some simple items and have a quiet stay. - The house maids were really nice, the desk staff were really nice and the breakfast staff were really nice. Breakfast was nice and often offered more than 1 protein, vegetables, fruit, bread. Had power almost all the time in 2+ weeks of stay. Bed very comfortable and for me the room had all I needed. Able to cook simple items. The bed was very nice and comfortable. Shelter is in the basement and there is an announcement system to announce an alert. Near the hotel is a grocery store, 3 flower stores, pharmacy, and barber. Restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes within easy walking distance. The one I frequent was 20 minutes. Thank you much to staff for their kindness and help.

В приміщенні є укриття, спортивний зал, можливість замовити їжу цілодобово. Гарне співвідношення ціни та якості. Ремонт у номері гарний, але вже потребує оновлення
• Essi B. (8/5): Todella hyvä bisneshotelli - Hotellin henkilökunta oli aina hyvin ystävällistä. Hotellista saa päivittäin ilmaista vettä, ja omia pyykkejä sai pestä ja silittää ilmaiseksi jaetussa tilassa. Hotellihuone oli hyvin suuri ja siististi sisustettu. Oma terassi toi lisämukavuutta. Siivousta oli saatavilla päivittäin ja huone olikin aina hyvin puhdas. Hotellin aula oli hyvin moderni ja siellä oli mukava tehdä töitä etenkin, kun henkilökunta kävi tarjoilemassa kahvia. Aulassa oli paljon istuskelualueita, joissa oli mukava odotella vaikkapa taksia. Saapuessani suojautumistilat näytettiin minulle henkilökohtaisesti. Pommisuojia on kaksi: pieni neuvotteluhuone ja kuntosali. Tämä hotelli haluaa olla hyvin selkeä ja informatiivinen suojien suhteen. Se on erittäin iso plussa, koska useimmista hotelleista on vaikea löytää tietoa, millaiset suojat niissä on. Aamupalalla en käynyt usein, koska se oli hyvin vaatimaton. Siellä olisi saanut olla enemmän tuoreita hedelmiä ja leipävaihtoehtoja. Salaattivaihtoehdot ja kakkupalat eivät olleet kovin houkuttelevia. Usein hain vain kahvia. Siivouksessa sattui kerran kömmähdys, kun siivooja ei vaihtanut lakanoita. Kannattaa myös puhdistaa sängyn alta edellisten vieraiden roskat silloin tällöin. Hotellihuoneessa olisi voinut olla enemmän tarvikkeita. Oma silitysrauta, siivousvälineitä ja sakset olisivat auttaneet.

• Diana (9/5): Cozy and safe stay in Kyiv. - We booked an apartment to stay in Kyiv for a couple of nights specifically to have a shelter and electricity when the attacks happen. The apartment was clean and contained everything needed. The beds were very comfy. Even though the hotel isn’t in the heart of the city, it’s very close to get there by taxi or using public transport. Special thanks for the stuff. Everyone was extremely nice, especially the lady, who is a senior administrator, was so helpful and professional at all times! The breakfast could be better. The choice and the taste of everything was poor.

• Anna (10/5): Amazing experience - The hotel is located in a very nice historic area. Close to the metro station from where you can get to downtown within 10 min. Cleanness, customer service, room service and other facilities are on a very high level. The restaurant provides very delicious and affordable breakfast and lunches. Also the rooms have kitchens and there are couple of nice supermarkets just around the corner. The manager Andrii made has individual approach to every guest which made us feel like home. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

The room was clean, wifi worked, everything was nice, next time I'm planning on staying here as well. I truly enjoyed staying here. A nice touch was that the hotel gave me a little present a bottle of water and a croissant, I liked it, considering that my train was at 6 a.m. and I didn't have much options where to buy something to eat. There was no moments or situations like that.

• Михайло (7/5): 7 out of 10, a good hotel, but when there is something to compare with, expectations may not be met. - The atmosphere in the hotel lobby, and the 24-hour reception. High-quality kitchen units and utensils in the room. Plumbing and bathroom accessories. Clean bed linen, large storage system. I was also pleased with the modern system of access to the room via a card key. The room did not correspond to the photo presented when booking. All of the listed pieces of furniture were in the room, but the layout, number of windows and the position of the furniture and walls were different. In addition, the terrace-patio stated in the photo was negligibly small (3 by 4 meters), and the lawn area was even smaller, and there were ants there. If you are interested in a patio overlooking the parking lot, hostel and warehouse, definitely book.The rattan furniture in the photo was replaced with metal, the number of seats on the terrace was 2 versus the capacity of the room 4. In addition, the dining area was equipped with only 3 chairs, and was pushed into a corner right at the entrance to the room. At first glance, the renovation in the room was of high quality, but in fact the concrete column with reinforcement elements in the bedroom was not varnished and therefore stained the things left on it. In the master bedroom there was only one blanket, while in the living room each guest had a separate blanket. The 2 sofas announced on the website turned out to be small folding armchairs. Staying with pets, indicated on the website as a basic service, turned out to involve additional discussions at the time of check-in. We also had to pay extra for the pet and leave a deposit in cash. We did not receive any additional service (water and food bowls, water or treats for the pet). Reply to your comment: Please don't make gaslighting on your visitors in the comments. I compared the photo from the booking with the actual layout of the rooms in the room. The photos do not correspond to reality at all. This is the first time in all my bookings on Booking.com. When I see such gross inconsistency. I approached the reception with this question right at the moment of check-in, but they told me that this was how it should be. Just because it was my birthday, I didn’t want to spoil my mood even more.
