- Margaret (9/5): Great time exploring the city - Great location, comfortable sourroundings no complaints at all Nothing
- darren (10/5): -
- Steph (9/5): Excellent - Clean, spacious and excellent facilities. The team were responsive when we had questions about the heating. Could have done with more towels per person as we like a couple each.
- Zain (10/5): - Location was amazing !!!
Comfortable apartment. Nothing.
- Rae (8/5): - Everything EXCEPT :-
Very difficult to work out entry to the apartment. We were given key pad codes but the keypads were not obvious to the uninitiated. We were told we were in apartment 2 so tried the code on the door that said 2. It turned out that that wasn't the apartment door but the lobby door.
We tried to telephone the help number written all over the building and only got a recording saying we couldn't access any help because a fault had occurred so goodbye! Eventually we got in because two young men from the flat above us arrived and showed us what the set up was. They said they also had trouble when they first arrived.
The following day we arrived back to find a new couple who were desperately trying to contact help by telephone to access their apartment. They had been given keys but couldn't get into their place either. We had to allow them to use our toilet because they had been stuck outside for a long time since arriving. They too were experiencing great difficulty in contacting help.
Instructions need to be more specific and assistance needs to be more accessible.
One small trivial point, there was a mass of pasta available for our use if desired but only one teabag! That surprised me because there was a generous amount of biscuits, crisps and a bottle of water each, these were appreciated. The bathroom waste bin lacked a bin or bag within the outer casing, so effectively, it was no use.
These trivial things didn't matter, we loved the flat, enjoyed the stay and have booked again. However, the serious issue of access and help to access, they need to be clarified, improved upon and it needs doing urgently. All is written above.

- jamie (6/5): Comfortable, modern room but bedrooms right next to road are loud. Confirm what room you're in! - Nice sized modern apartment practical and very close to the town centre. When we got there we found that there were another couple already checked into our room. There belongings were in tbe bedroom living room and kitchen. I tried to call the number provided and it didnt work. I emailed on here and got a phone call from someone foreign sounding. They said to move the belongings and theyll get the cleaners to come and take them away which I wasn't happy doing. Luckily the couple turned up not long afterwards while I was on the phone to them. Turns out they told them door number 2 and gave them a different code to ours to enter the room, both codes worked on the same door. Turns out they were meant to be in room 1 downstairs, we agreed that as they'd already settled in we'd have room 1 and they can stick with room 2. The company that run the place was farcical.
Onto the room, number 1 downstairs, the bedrooms were comfortable but being right next to the main road they were loud.... all night long. We could barely sleep while there. Could hear every single vehicle as it drove past, sometimes it felt as though a truck was going to come flying through the wall.
- Anne (9/5): On the whole satisfactory - Broken step
Carpark barrier not working
No handy heating instructions and no response to query
- Rebecca (10/5): Amazing, will be back 😅 - It was so modern comfortable and had everything we needed Be useful to have ev chargers, had to visit a while away for a free charger for my car and had to sit in car would be useful to have them there as there was some round corner that belonged to company
- Ian (9/5): Great property especially for a weekend away - Great location for Chester city centre. Able to park up and leave car. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Very clean No hooks to hang coats.
Road noise could be a problem
- Ann (8/5): - The property was well appointed, with good facilities and in a good location. Thebedrooms faced the road and there was a lot of traffic noise both late at night and from about 6am onwards

- Laura (8/5): Lovely apartment, great location and attentive communication. - Lovely modern apartment, with excellent location . A short walk into the city.
Communication was superb before and during our stay.
We really enjoyed our time at the apartment and in Chester! On the morning our departure, I always like to take the courtesy of removing the linen from the beds. On doing so, we found the mattresses to be less than would be expected. One bed was particularly horribly stained.
This would’ve been really helped if the mattresses had had protectors which were not present.
Also, the apartment could really do with some hooks for both the bathroom and somewhere near the laundry area for soggy wet coats.

- Peter (10/5): Great stay, would recommend. - Great location. Really clean. Great communication which meant really easy access to the property. Nowhere to hang up coats. Bin lid would not close. No bin in the bathroom.

- Jane (10/5): - Very clean and well appointed - very relaxing stay and would strongly recommend
- Kate (10/5): - Modern, clean and central with parking Very small dislike - no hooks to hang coats
- Mark (9/5): Great apartment in Chester City centre. - Central position with private car parking space at property. Very clean and modern apartment with nice bathroom. The apartment would get 10/10 if the sofa bed in the living area was replaced with a more comfortable sofa with a small coffee table. Standard lamp behind sofa would be perfect too.
These would improve an already very good property. Well done Noki stays.
- Norah (10/5): Lovely and cosy stay in Chester - We had a lovely stay here in Chester! The accommodation is perfectly central and within walking distance of the town centre, yet slightly tucked away which worked really well for us. A real bonus was having parking directly outside, which gave us peace of mind about the car’s safety.
Inside, the space was well-kept, very clean (which I really value), and thoughtfully designed. It may be on the smaller side, but it’s impactful and had everything we needed as a family of four. We really appreciated the little extras like salt, pepper, oil and snacks—it makes such a difference. The washing machine was another huge bonus for us travelling with young children.
Overall, it felt homely and convenient, and we’d happily return if we visit Chester again. The only small tip we’d share is to double-check the bedroom windows are fully sealed shut, as we missed a gap on the first night and the road noise disturbed our sleep. Once we realised, it was much better.
Highly recommend!

- Keith (9/5): Great value, fabulous quality apartment close to centre. - Very high standard apartment which has been immaculately set up. It has everything you need, even including tea, coffee, snacks etc.
Location is excellent within very close proximity to the city centre with some excellent bars, restaurants etc. and the private parking space is directly outside the property. Great communication from Noki stays including a phone call checking everything was ok during our stay. No toilet paper was provided in the apartment, I think this must have been an oversight due to all the other things that were provided. Not a big issue as there is a Tesco a few minutes walk away.
Due to the unusually very warm weather for our stay, we needed to keep the bedroom window open as no air conditioning. Noise from the road outside was noticeable due to this.
- D (8/5): Enjoyable, local to the centre and car parking a bonus. - Location good. Parking and extra hospitality touches great including a call to check all was well. Decor was lovely. Toilet had not been flushed after last use. Front door was left open so a stranger managed to get up and tried our door code. Unexpected and therefore scary at 830pm for me as a mum staying on her own with 2 kids.
- Sarah (10/5): We had a fantastic stay - the apartment was clean, comfortable and in a brilliant location - The property was very clean, modern and in an excellent location There wasn’t anything not to like
- Lesley (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very nice, conveniently situated within short walking distance to city centre . Having parking there is a bonus as well . Comfortable beds . Apartment not cleaned and dusted well. Toaster covered with dust, oven trays x 2 still covered with grease and left inside oven. Bedroom carpets and sitting room not vacuumed well.
- Sally (9/5): Superb - Clean, modern and unfussy.
- Birgitte (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Service prior to trip was excellent. Accommodation was just excellent situated near city centre. Nothing
- Donald (10/5): Wonderful apartment - Apartment exactly as described and in a great location that makes it easy to explore all of central Chester on foot. Private parking was a bonus. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Recommended.
- Alison (10/5): A little gem of an apartment in the centre of Chester with private parking - The location; the private parking; the decor and cleanliness; the beds; the bathroom; the WiFi; the little extras like coffee pods, biscuits, snacks, dishwasher tablets Nothing!
- Philip (7/5): Overall good, just small things need addressing - Excellent location in terms of proximity to centre but next to noisy road No milk although there was tea and coffee. No hand-wash or shower gel in bathroom.
Bath very slippy needs bathmat..slipped and bruised my leg
- Gillian (9/5): Great, would definitely recommend. - Super flat, very convenient for our needs. Added bonus of parking! A few things missing that were on the itinerary list but was soon rectified when I informed them.
- Sams (10/5): Exceptional -
- Majestic (10/5): Lovely stay in Chester. Highly recommend. - The apartment is clean & in good size. The kitchen has all the utensils and cutlery that you need, even with oil & wine glasses. The coffee machine is a nice touch.
Beds are comfy and shower is strong with nice toiletries.
Location is perfect. Just 5 minutes walk to town hall & 3 minutes to supermarket. Secured parking is a plus. Apartment 2 is on first floor so beware of using stairs to gain entry.
Some hooks for hanging in the bathroom would be nice.
- Pellegrini (10/5): Exceptional - Great location with free parking.
Able to leave the car and explore Chester by foot as everything within walking distance.
The apartment had everything we needed.
Holiday with my Dad, so I appreciated 2 good-sized double bedrooms with TV in each room.
Loved the wee extras crisps and water
Excellent communication with hosts.
Would definitely recommend.
- Ann (10/5): Wonderful apartment in a brilliant location - Everything, it was perfect in every way. Nothing
- Davies (10/5): Exceptional uxury apartment. Exceeded expectations. -
- Mara (9/5): Brilliant property in an excellent location! - We absolutely loved the property! It was modern, spacious, and great for a trip to Chester. Exactly how it looks in the pictures. There was also lots of amenities we don’t usually get like pasta, rice, oil, water bottles, crisps, cookies and chocolates which were enjoyed by us all. We booked for 5 people but there was only enough towels for 4. I’d have expected a couple of spares for a weekend away. Also when it said private parking there’s actually only one space which I don’t think was obvious from booking. Especially for a flat able to fit 6!
- Anastasia (10/5): Brilliant stay beautiful property - It has the wow factor and was secure
- Bartnik (9/5): Superb - Very nice modern and clean apartment.
- Shayne (9/5): Superb -

Easy to park and access the property. Nothing to dislike
- Percival (10/5): very nice and pleasant to stay in apartment - very handy for town and security barrier on parking added safe feel for car/ property found address on booking/and parking caused a bi confusion in carpark also keypad easy to use once you realise it's actually on handle !!!

- John (10/5): Excellent comfortable property great location - Ease of access
- Ann (10/5): We had a lovely weekend and would definitely come back. - Location was perfect.Apartment was lovely. Just could have done with a bulb in the lamp in the lounge and coat looks near the door. No bathrobes as advertised.
- Sharon (10/5): Fabulous homely flat with comfy beds. - We loved the layout with a good sized kitchen. The beds were really comfy and great storage for clothes. We loved the artwork and the bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful after a hard day at work.
The little hamper of treats was a lovely touch. Nothing to dislike.
- Ross (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (10/5): Had a great stay. Perfect for what we required. - Ideal location. Very clean and cosy apartment. Will go again! Parking spaces were a bit tight and allocation wasn’t clear but if staying on a weekend isn’t as much of an issue.
- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was absolutely fantastic! Very modern and convenient for the city centre with parking -it was perfect for our family visit to Chester!
