handrise (10/5): Bom - Localização maravilhosa. Literalmente em frente ao estádio, local bem tranquilo, com shoppings aos arredores. Da para ir ao estádio, shopping, mercado, farmácia, tudo a pé e sem perigo. Cama gostosa, chuveiro bom, estava limpo o quarto. Anfitriã manda os dados antes e deixa toalhas limpas para uso. O ar condicionado não gela e o prédio fica bem cheio em dia de show, tinha fila para pegar o elevador do prédio. É bom chegar com antecedência porque vai ter uma filinha haha

Carlos (4/5): Experiências ruim - Localização 2 elevadores são insuficientes p/ atender a demanda. São muitos apartamentos no prédio. A manutenção do apartamento inexiste: vazamento do vaso sanitário, tv não funciona, fogão não funciona etc.
