Приветственный напиток. Русскоговорящая хозяйка. Наличие общего пространства за дверью, где можно приготовить еду, холодильник. С другой стороны общая кухня прямо у вас за дверью, поэтому может быть шумно,если кто-то активно готовит или разговаривает. Мы попросили хозяйку вызвать такси, приблизительную цену нам озвучили, но таксист взял с нас в 2 раза больше, вот такое странное недоразумение.

It’s easily accessible by subway and within walking distance of the Colosseum. It’s a quiet neighborhood, perfect for when you want to take a break from the bustling city center.

• Magdalena (10/5): Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. - Pobyt bardzo udany, było bardzo czysto, okolica spokojna, blisko restauracje i sklepy, niedaleko stacje metra, właściciel bardzo pomocny wysyłał nam wskazówki żeby dotrzeć do apartamentu:) na koniec otrzymaliśmy małą butelkę wina jako podziękowanie :) aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony, zgodny z opisem. Była lodowka, naczynia i sztućce, kawa z ekspresu, herbata w cenie :) Łóżko było nie wygodne, skrzypiało bardzo przy przewracaniu się z boku na bok, materace też raczej do wymiany.

• Alison (10/5): Excellent place to stay for a visit to Rome! - Excellent location for walking into the centre, as well as two metro stations and various bus routes. The property is lovely: comfortable and well equipped with a daily cleaning service. The host is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone wishing to visit Rome!

Great Location! - We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, and our host, Daniele, kindly allowed us early access to our room and made us feel very welcome from the start. The location is lovely, set in beautiful surroundings, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On our final evening, we were delighted to find a thoughtful gift waiting for us—a beautifully presented bottle of wine. A truly wonderful touch! Grazie Mille Daniele! 🙏🇮🇹🇺🇦🇬🇧🙏 Everything was Perfect!

• Nichole (10/5): - We had a change in plans that required a larger room, and we were gracefully accommodated. The cafe was delicious, and bottled water was provided for a small fee. We appreciated the daily clean towels and a tidied room after a long day of sightseeing. The Latin Market was close by for fresh produce and the metro a short distace, though we mostly walked to our destination.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Il n’y a pas d’isolation entre les chambres. Proposer des boules quies aurait été appréciable. Il a aussi beaucoup de lumière malgré les volets, un masque pour les yeux n’est pas de trop.

It was nice being a bit further out of the city, lots of cute local restaurants are nearby. The owner of the rooms was so lovely, and left me flowers in the room for my anniversary :) Loved the kitchen area, and the shower was really nice. No complaints :)

Gdy tylko pytaliśmy o pomoc bądź polecenie od razu odpisywał. W pokoju było czysto, schludnie i było wszystko czego potrzeba. Okolica spokojna, 20min od Koloseum, a ponadto dużo autobusów i metro w okolicy. Dostaliśmy od Daniele poczęstunek w postaci ciasta oraz prosseco. Pani codziennie przychodziła sprzątać i wymieniać ręczniki, bardzo miła i uprzejma. Miałam okazję nocować w wielu miejscach ale przyznaję, że tutaj jeśli chodzi o właściciela to nie trafiłam lepiej. Ogromnie polecamy!

• Olaf (9/5): Sehr gutes und sauberes Guesthouse mit freundlichem Service - Unser Aufenthalt im Guesthouse The Roman Way San Giovanniwar alles in allem sehr erfreulich, unser Zimmer war sehr groß und praktisch ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war eines von insgesamt drei Zimmern, die mit einer gemeinsam von allen Zimmer nutzbaren Küche das Guesthouse bilden. In der Küche stehen diverse Getränke, Geschirr und Besteck zur Verfügung, und, sogar kostenlos, Kaffee in Form von Kapseln. Besonders erwähnenswert war die hervorragende Sauberkeit. Dazu gehört, dass der Zimmerservice nicht nur eben diese Sauberkeit gewährleistet hat, sondern außerdem noch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam war. Ein positiver Punkt der Lage unseres Zimmers war, dass das Bad ein Außenfenster hat, so dass man es sehr einfach lüften kann. Die Lage des Guesthouse an sich war für uns sehr passend. Gaststätten, Bars, Cafés und kleine Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür, und der öffentliche Nahverkehr ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war immer sehr schnell erreichbar, und hat bei allen Fragen direkt und effektiv geholfen. Besten Dank noch einmal für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder. Gegenüber dem Haus ist auf der anderen Seite der Gasse ein kleines Pub, nachts wird es daher manchmal etwas lauter. Es sind aber normale Unterhaltungen gewesen, keine Musik oder gar Krach.

Nous avons apprécié d'être accueilli par une gentille demoiselle à notre arrivée. Le ménage et le changement des serviettes se faisaient quotidiennement, ce qui était vraiment apprécié.. La situation est assez éloignée du centre, mais le métro tout près à environ 10 minutes de marche permet d'aller sur tous les sites.

A small complimentary breakfast was also provided, which was a nice touch. The cleanliness of the apartment exceeded our expectations. The location is quite nice—while it’s a bit far from the main tourist spots, the neighborhood atmosphere is absolutely worth it.

Daniele was a very nice host, welcoming us at his place to leave our bags before the check-in time and providing a lot of helpful tips. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. • Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Before commenting on the venue, I would like to thank Daniele for being such a great host, for being accommodating, patient and for the support and the nice gesture we received. The appartement consists of 3 rooms if I remember well and a shared kitchen with coffee machine supplied by free capsules and cookies every day. Pros: - Accommodation squeeky clean, you can walk barefeet and your feet won't catch a single dust, room cleaned everyday, and with such care and devotion... kudos to the maintenance team you are AMAZING. - The flat has everything needed, every room has a private bathroom, in the shared area you can find iron, microwave, fridge... - Very good location, close to beautiful restaurants and coffee places, close to a central metro station and many bus stations. You can reach all points of interests within minutes by bus or metro, vatican around 30 to 40mn by bus depending on the traffic. - The flat despite located on the street, has nice isolation system so we didn't hear any noise from the streets. - The host was amazing, lovely personality, seamless communication, clear instructions, very nice recommendations shared, keep up the good work Daniele.

• Charlotte (9/5): Great little place and SO clean. - Lovely staff, quick response on WhatsApp throughout booking and staying, the place (ie common parts and our room/bathroom) was maybe the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. I met two of the cleaners who were delightful. Sheets and towels changed every day of our four-night stay. Also room was MUCH quieter at night than we were expecting for Rome. Easy-to-operate and quickly-responsive air-con. Fantastic shower with (hurrah!!) powerful handheld bit for proper hair washing and hygiene. In the lobby were complimentary snacks; plus bottles of water for a euro. The area - supermarket, pharmacy, great restaurants reasonably priced all within a few minutes. Easy buses into centre, tube also. The room was fairly small, the mattress very soft but this is a matter of personal preference.
