Nguyen (7/5): Ngoại trừ vị trí thuận tiện thì chất lượng vệ sinh và thái độ nhân viên không tốt, khiến khách hàng k thoải mái - Chỗ nghỉ tiện đi các địa điểm ăn uống nổi tiếng, tiện đi bộ ra bắt bus free đi VinWonder. - 1 người phụ nữ lớn tuổi đứng quầy lễ tân có thái độ không hiếu khách, khách tới không có ý định bật quạt hay hỏi han khách. - Có 1 anh trực page booking thì nhẹ nhàng, nhanh nhẹn chuẩn bị xe máy đúng thời gian, xe cũng mới ok. - Phòng đồ toilet cũ, giấy vệ sinh rởm mủn không dám dùng, gối bẩn, có 1 con gián chết trong phòng.
