• Andrijanas (6/5): Gera lokacija, patogus susisiekimas. Cigarečių kvapas bei triukšmas sklindantis is baro apačioje - Gera lokacija, patogus susisiekimas. Butas virš baro, kuris dirba iki 2:00 nakties todėl buvo labai triukšminga. Kadangi nebuvo A/C ir teko atsidaryti langus, nes buvo vakare gan šiltą kambaryje, tai garsas iš baro buvo ypatingai garsus, ką jau kalbėti apie cigarečių kvapą. Momentais atrodė , kad kažkas viduj rūkytu. Ateičiai patarčiau tiksliau apibūdinti lokacija ir įspėti apie triukšmą ma bei kvapus sklindančius iš baro.

• Graziana (6/5): Lovely place - needs security - I liked the mini apartment/room itself and the location. Noise is manageable, more sensitive people may want to bring earplugs though. I hope I don't get ptsd from waking up at night to 2 homeless men entering my room and taking a long look at me and my belongings. I thought it was over for me, had to call the police to get them to stop trying to get in even after I made them leave the room. Who knows what was going on with them exactly but the whole experience was terrifying.

• Silvia (7/5): Posizione centrale ma troppo rumorosa - Appartamento accogliente con angolo cottura mediamente accessoriato. Palazzo in zona centrale senza ascensore. Posizione centralissima. Sotto l'appuntamento ci sono locali che fanno musica ad altissimo volume fino alle 4 di notte. Le vibrazioni e la musica si sentivano nell'appartamento. Dormire è impossibile. Lo consiglio solo a chi ama la vita notturna.
• Henning (4/5): Lejlighedens udstyr var simpelthen for ringe. - Beliggenheden var rigtig god - meget central Der var absolut ingen knage i lejligheden, d.v.s. ingen steder hvor man kunne hænge håndklæder, toilettasker etc. Dunkende musik fra en musikcafé i underetagen. En nat til kl. 3. Der var flere gange ikke varmt vand i hanerne.
• R.K. KARMAKAR (9/5): My stay in Riga - Excellent location, everything we're under and around the building including Bars, Restaurants, Shops and Pubs. Nice and big bathroom. The kitchen was little bit smaller compared to the whole apartment.

• Maximilian (8/5): - Central location, late access, good communication, no issues, clean, basic stove utilities I am normally a person not bothered by sound a lot, but it can actually get very loud with the bubs below which could be mentioned more clearly. But it’s a small note only, the central local has many other perks!

• Jānis Kronbergs (10/5): - Nice layout, location, price, big apartment. Beds very comfy, kitchen size ok. All good. They have heated floor in bathroom, and it dry out shower trap water, to stop smell you just need to open water for 30 second two, three times a day, and no problem, we did not get any smell. All windows was to inside yard, but I guess for price I paid, I must be happy there was windows. All good!
• Shayne (9/5): The hosts were accommodating as were upgraded to a different apartment due to a lock issue initially - The apartment was spacious and in a perfect location in the heart of the old city. We initially started out in another apartment but the front door could not be locked and so we had to move to a different apartment.
• Danielle (7/5): - The property was in a very good location, had a comfy bed and nice shower. We stayed here for 2 nights & three days. The lock to the apartment 4c was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. The key would not turn or the lock itself would not click into the hatch. On the 2nd night, we had locked the apartment door in the morning & left to explore the city. We returned to our apartment in the evening and the door was unlocked and open approx 5cm. None of our things were taken however this caused a lot of stress and anxiety for me. If booking this apartment I would be cautious, especially with young children / a family to book this. Even though nothing was taking it still made me feel on edge.

• Raymundo (10/5): - La ubicación es exepcional, el mercado navideño de Riga a un lado, los sitios de interés quedan a poca distancia. Tiene cerca (menos de 100m) un Lido, supermercado express, restaurantes, cafeterias. Al contar con una pequeña cocina, hace para nosotros más fácil el viaje ya que saliamos todos los días desayunados del sitio. Pedimos una escoba para retirar los restos de basura que uno va dejando y no nos respondieron, tampoco el sitio cuenta con una, es la única pega que le pongo, por lo demás es un sitio expectacular.

• Louise (9/5): Great Location - Really great location in the old city, we stayed in December 2025 and were very close to the Christmas markets which was nice. Kitchen was small but sufficient for our short stay, we are a family of six and appreciated that even though two had to be on a sofa bed there were still other lounges for us to sit on. Very clear instructions and helped us locate parking options which was great and was really responsive. It smelt like the guests before us had been smoking in the apartment and there was still a lingering smell. The bathroom had no ventilation and also smelled bad, you couldn't leave the door open so fan in the bathroom would be good (but we have noticed most places in Europe don't have these). The apartment is up some tight stairs, it was fine but some people may find that difficult. The sofa bed needs replacing, it has stains on it and also was not comfortable at all.
• Miriam (9/5): Recomendable - El apartamento es muy completo y cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones muy atentos en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de la plaza de la iglesia y el mercadillo navideño. Está justo encima de tres o cuatro pubs y es bastante ruidoso. Al ser invierno, y estar todo cerrado, no fue un inconveniente para dormir aunque se escuchaba bastante ruido, pero en verano tiene que ser bastante molesto.

• Petar (10/5): Week before Christmas - The apartment itself. The location. The old town and the whole experience. Easy to find and very interesting to get to going through the wooden steps! You could hear a lot of noise from the street due to the bars, but it was in the acceptable noise range.
• Zaloa (10/5): Bonito y bien ubicado!! - La ubicación y lo bonito del apartamento, la informacion sobre el check-in y check-out la mandaron a tiempo y muy bien explicado! Si necesitas dejar el equipaje antes de la hora del check-in te facilitan un cuarto para ello, tienen todo muy bien organizado! Se oía bastante el ruido de la calle, en mi caso no tengo problema para dormir con algo de ruido y no me molestó, pero entiendo que a alguien con sueño ligero le podría molestar.

• Gregory (9/5): Nice apartment, clean, tidy would recommend apart from the snags we encountered - Central location, clean, good wifi, No remote for TV so had to sit in silence for 24 hour, problem with sticking front door that locked us out upon arrival so had to call host, then one day yet again it would not open so we were unable to exit properly, rang owner again (after this we didn't close the door properly)
• Robert (6/5): - Exceptional location, Smart TV and an early check-in. The bathroom had floor tiles that were broken with jagged edges sticking up. Someone had just placed a bath mat over the top of them. Pretty dangerous if you slipped and cut yourself. One of the pans in the drawer hadn't been cleaned. The WiFi network given to me was unavailable. I was told by the management company that they had asked the owner for details for an alternative and he had not responded. They failed to get back to me with any update during my 3 days stay. Poor customer service.

Good sized room with kettle, microwave and stove but no oven or microwave. Access to washing machine and drier. The property offers luggage storage. Easy to get to from the airport on the bus. Can be a little loud on Saturday night due to the bars in the area
• Ilse (10/5): 100% would stay again! - No noise from other guests, well insulated. There were cooking facilities and even some tea available. The communication with the proprietors was clear and quick. Would definitely stay again for next stay in Riga. It's in a lively aera (middle of old town Riga so excellent for exploring the city) with a lot of bars around, so there was some outside noise from there, but this was not an issue with the windows closed.

• Denise (8/5): Would definitely book again! - Compact and basic with a very comfortable bed. Convenient to bus stops and centrally located to the Old Town with its shops and restaurants. Staff ensured checkin/out information received timely and were swift to reply when contacted. Having an 1100 checkout (especially as flight home was in the evening!).

• colin (8/5): Mostly enjoyable. - Right in the heart of the old City. Its a bit noisy due to close proximity of a couple of bars (EuroBasket Championship was showing in bars when we were there. The bathroom could use some towel hocks or towel bar to hang towels to dry.

• Carolina (9/5): La ubicación es buenisima, en medio del old town! - La ubicación es buenisima, en medio del old town! Hay muchos bares restaurant y bares cerca con un ambiente muy entretenido. Aun cuando el barrio es muy animado, desde nuestra habitación no se sentía tan fuerte la música de los bares de alrededor. La habitación tiene una cama bastante cómoda y hay un ventilador para las tardes y noches de calor... muy necesario. Nos gustó el departamento, muchas gracias por la estadía.

• Tatybite (6/5): - I stayed in apartment 4C. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Riga. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was quick and friendly in their communication. On the downside, there is a pub nearby, and music played until around 3 a.m. every night, which made it difficult for me to sleep (though my partner somehow slept through it!). Additionally, the bathroom in 4C had a broken tile that was dangerously broken, with the tile next to it loose. Although covered by a rug, this condition still posed a real risk of injury. I also noticed some burn marks on the sink. These maintenance issues appear to have been present for some time.

• Ilona (8/5): Loved the apartment, ear plugs were saviours. - Very central location, on second floor, safe entrance, very clean, modern, good bathroom and spacious wardrobe, and it has everything for a short stay. There are 3 busy popular bars just under apartment windows. Very noisy up to 4 am on weekends and most nights to 2 am every single night. Some midweek nights it seemed like the only popular busy buzzing bars.

• Claire (7/5): Riga lovely, flat central, repairs need doing , very noisy through the night . - Central location. Everything we needed in the kitchen, comfy bed, good decor. Flat 4C There was a dangerous broken tile in the bathroom floor and a loose one next to it. There had been no attempt to repair or stick it down. The floor had multiple pubic hairs on it which was not pleasant to clean up on arrival. If the cleaning team had been in why wasn't I warned of the broken tile? Also there were burn marks in the sink which I told the team about. We did not want to be charged extra for damages we hadn't caused. I sent photos and texts on arrival. This wasn't what I expected to have to do after a long journey . Extremely noisy through the night as the bar beneath turned the music up at 23.00 until the early hours of the morning. Very difficult to sleep.

• Zaman (9/5): A perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. - It was clean and comfortable, and within walking distance from the main attractions of Old Riga. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe as the managers were very responsive. I also enjoyed the sounds coming from the nearby eating places and music wafting in from the windows. The pots and pans are placed too high above the stove. While it did not inconvenience me as I did not want to cook but providing the extensive cutlery and cookware (there was plenty that I could see) if it is at a height which is not within access.
• Jaana (7/5): Grear location, loud nights - We didn’t realise there would be bars right below the room. From Wed-Sun 3/4 nights were super-loud throughout the night, couldn’t sleep at all. But other than that the location was great and as described.

• Veronica (7/5): Right amongst the nightlife of Riga, for better or worse - Gorgeous old building and styled beautifully inside. Having laundry facilities, including a dryer, onsite was a huge help. Our window opened to the main strip below, steps from bars, restaurants, attractions and convenience stores. TV worked well, basic kitchen amenities and a fridge were also great to have. The wifi is 5G so only compatible with newer phones. The room was very hot with no air con or temperature control but if you opened the windows, the sound of nightlife right under the window was very loud and carried on late into the night, every night.

• Olya (7/5): Awesome location - Great location! In the heart of Old Town. Groceries shops just few steps away, bars restaurants souvenir shops all around. Great vibe. Our apartment was a bit smaller than looked on pictures but was fine for 2 days. No reachable shelves in the closet to unpack. We had strong cooked fish smell left behind all through our stay. Opening windows and air freshener did not help.
• Celina (7/5): Good - Central location to old town. Very small studio, for two people you could hardly move around. Also, because it is very central and above a street full of bars, it could get quite noisy at night.
• Julia (8/5): Incredibly central, well equipped apartment on the doorstep of Riga's old town and nightlife - Super host - very communicative and clear. Well equipped apartment that had everything you needed for a stay of more than a few nights. Incredibly central location - great for exploring the historic old town and joining the lively nightlife. Because it's so close to the lively nightlife (literally above a bar that's open into the night), it can be very noisy, especially at the weekend. If you're visiting Riga for the nightlife, then that makes it an amazing apartment to stay in for the convenience. But if you're not so into the nightlife and are hoping to catch some sleep, you might find this location a bit trickier if staying on a weekend (weekdays were significantly quieter). Great apartment overall but think about what you're coming to Riga for before picking your accommodation location.

• Jelena (3/5): Poor - Value for Money. Located in the heart of Old Riga. Comfortable bed. Clean We stayed 6 nights. 4 nights out of six our door was unlocked when we were leaving it locked when we left. Twice it was even two cm open. Owner was easily to reach, he told he had no reasonable explanation. He told he was coming tomorrow to check it out but nobody came or contacted us again. Nothing seemed to go missing but it's still a very creepy fact. I asked for a small towel as we got two big ones, one small and a bathroom rug but didn't get any.
