Pit (2/5): We were happy to find the place last minute as the place we had booked initially canceled on us. But after a closer look - Immediate response after reserving last minute, Owner came right away for check-in It was dirty. The kitchen stove had old grease in it, kitchen cupboards dirty with dead cockroach in it. Microwave was dirty, the kitchen sink had live maggots in it. The mattress and sheets had stains on them.
Gavin (1/5): Avoid new life tower properties, the building isn’t being maintained - Large size with a balcony We had to kill up to 10 cockroaches, the owner must have been aware due to previous old insects sprays within the property but all used up. Kitchen everything we used had to be washed prior as it was all dirty. The mattresses were old stained, dirty and completely unhealthily. All need replacing. The bathrooms were not particularly pleasant A neighbour opposite on the balcony exposed himself at my wife and then myself and waved, this part couldn’t be controlled by the owner of the property

The facilities, however, lack some of the minor things, such as: - Slippers - Usable pots and pans

We have booked the apartment because of the pool. The pool was close to the street and was dirty, no one used it.

Rebecca (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, the apartment met our needs and our host was extremely helpful. - The host was amazing. She was extremely quick with communication. She set up our transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay. She even helped me find an ATM machine near the apartment. The apartment was sufficient for our stay. I appreciated we had a washing machine. The air conditioning was good. The views were pretty. The Pho restaurant on the first floor was delicious! The apartment had a stale smoke smell inside.
