• Facundo (7/5): Gran ubicación - La ubicación es espectacular a 300 metros del coliseo y barrio tranquilo, cerca de la estación de trenes Lamentablemente la limpieza de la casa no estuvo bien, en general le faltaba un poco de limpieza a todo

• Liz Davila (1/5): Nope - 0 1. After waiting for half an hour, we were told the check-in was after 3 pm. It was 4 pm. 2. It was very clear when I booked this place that we were 3 people (we saw 3 beds in photos). They removed one of the beds, concluding 2 people could sleep in 1 bed, making our stay super uncomfortable. 3. I received a message informing me that my card payment didn't go through and that I should proceed with payment. I'm very much aware of how much money was there on my card, so I checked last movements and it was actually charged. What happened? I don't know, trying to charge us double? definitely a no-no. When I informed them that I got this message, they did not even bother to check what happened or tell me it was actually charged and responded as expecting payment. Be aware!

• Ines (9/5): Great value for location! - Great location, walking distance to the colosseum, the forum and the circus and well connected with nearby buses and metro 😄 A very functional apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee machine! Alessandra was super helpful since even before arrival, she advised on how to get to the apartment from the airport and facilitated early check-in! Everything was great, if I had to add something is that there’s only 4 seats in the kitchen (we were 5).

Minutes away from the Colosseum, bus, tram and local shops and restaurants. Small but cosy with good working air conditioning, which is essential for the hot weather!

• Shashank (10/5): Best stay for a small family! - The location, comfort, cleanliness, facilities, and the host were all perfect! Alessandra (manager) was very helpful and understanding of our situation. Very prompt in response as well.

• Shewchuk (10/5): Great location, great host who checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. - We loved how close it was to the Coliseum, how easy it was to run downstairs to get convenience items from the shops, and how many restaurants were near us. It fit 5 of us, the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The only thing, which was out of their control, it’s a very small lift to get all of us to the 4th floor. This was by no means a deal breaker for us, just something to note for anyone who has trouble with stairs.
• Isabelle (8/5): Very good - The location is nice, cozy appartement. Clean but not super clean. We were 5; the extra bed wasn't so comfortable. There was one AC for the entire apartment, so it was a little bit hot in the bedroom.
• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Location, it was fantastic. Just close to public transport, great restaurants, and many attractions. Cold a/c, and great WiFi. Multiple flight of stairs, and a very small elevator. However this was a dislike. Did not distract from stay.

• Gerome (10/5): In the right place - Excellent solution in the heart of Rome, very close to the Coliseum but above all well connected. Cozy and clean apartment
• Julia (7/5): Small apartments near the Colosseum. - Very good location, close to the Colosseum, cafes, and a small supermarket. The room is a bit outdated, and the shower cabin in the bathroom needs renovation. Cleaning was satisfactory, the beds were comfortable, and there were clean towels for everyone. The building has an elevator, and the host provided very detailed check-in instructions.

• Ingrid (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in an excellent location a few minutes walk from The Colosseum and close to numerous restaurants. The host was very responsive and facilitated an early check-in. The toilet needs attention as the flush wasn't consistent. It was extremely slow to refill so at times couldn't be flushed at all.

• Jovita (9/5): Recommendations. - The apartment was clean and in a good location, with shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the owner was super great. There is an elevator in the building, and at night time the apartment is quiet. The water pressure at wc was weak, but everything else was okay.

• Sivan (7/5): Good - liked the proximity to The Colosseum, nice walk to the Forum too, close by 24/7 supermarket, equipped kitchen which was very convenient for making your own food and not eat out all the time. Nice size apt , Good value for money. The drainage didn’t work well, especially in the shower, could be cleaner and better maintained. but if this is sorted than the unit is really nice !
