L’unica cosa non so se per via di un problema tecnico o altro la colazione non è stata come la ricordavo e dove la ricordavo. Però non è una critica assolutamente poi ripeto sicuramente ci sarà un motivo

• Andrew (8/5): This was our third or fourth stay and the standard has always been good. - The room and bed were very comfortable. The access to the internet was good. We didn't take breakfast or eat in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Bar snacks not available at lunch time. There is a night Club next door, which made friday and Saturday nights noisy.

Bathroom amenities were missing.

Toilet seat broken and without the disinfection seal, walls and furniture ruined and dirty…… I went to the reception to ask if they knew about the condition of the room and the man at the reception said “that’s the room and i can’t do much about’. The morning after I asked to speak to the manager and another receptionist ( Riccardo , a total incompetent)said I don’t know how to contact him so you can’t talk to any manager.
• Ursula (5/5): Passable - for my trip the hotel location was good, enough parking space (also a garage for 6 EUR/day) room was clean the hotel is old and quite expensive staff was ok but not really friendly (I asked for a Cappuccio in the morning and the receptionist told me that the bar was closed but I could go upstairs to the breakfast room. However, there was no Cappuccion, just aweful coffee from the automatic maschine. The next morning I found a quite decent bar, just next to the hotel. Why didn't he tell me?)

It was no be there in the bathroom first of all and no kettle. you couldn’t close the curtains completely so at six in the morning the room was full of light and we were awake ( not to mention all the blue lights on the switches😅)

• Andrew (9/5): We visit Cernusco sul Naviglio each year to see our son and his family. - We have stayed here several times now and find the hotel clean, quiet and convenient for transport links. The members of staff are polite and helpful. It would be very convenient to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The room we had this time was in an area subject to late night noise from a neighbouring bar/club. We shall request a room at the front next time.
