• Aneta (9/5): Wonderful stay in a city of Polignano di Mare - If you hesitate about booking this place, please don't do that. The place and its location is just perfect. Everything worth visiting is just a walking distance from the apartment. Apart from that, the accommodation has everything what you may need for a lovely stay. It's cozy, with enough space to accommodate up to 4 adults and has A/C. The quality of Italian breakfast was just excellent. Anna's breakfast exceeded all our expectations. It was like at 5 stars resort or even better because prepared with love. Anna did her best to help us have a nice stay.

Bardzo miłą niespodzianką były przekąski słodkie i słone oraz mleko w lodówce zarówno normalne jak i bez laktozy. Dzięki temu kawa była wyśmienita. Blisko dworca

• Anna (10/5): - Mieszkanie czyte pachnące, zgodne z opisem, cisza i spokój, klimatyzacja i wszelkie potrzebne rzeczy a nawet żelazko i deska. Ręczniki i pościel czyste i z zapasem. Dodatkowo poczęstunek dla gości i kawa. Pokoje dość duże, łóżka wygodne. My byłyśmy przez tydzień. Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko do dworca i do centrum. W okolicy sklepy spożywcze. Polecam serdecznie na dłużej jak i na krótki pobyt. Dość wysokie schody, nie ma windy.

O ar condicionado do quarto com duas camas não estava funcionando, tinha ventilador mas isso não ajudou muito quem dormiu na cama do fundo, a maquina de lavar é complicada de usar. É dificil estacionar na rua e tem parquímetro. Teve assalto a carros parados embaixo de nossa varanda.

• FIONA (7/5): - Great location 15 minutes walk to train station. Everything provided at the apartment. Can't fault this place. Walking distance to old town and new town. Could do with a little table and chairs on the balcony albeit is very small.

Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone łącznie z ekspresem do kawy i kapsułkami, Po przyjeździe czekał na nas kosz słodkości oraz nutella i dżemiki a w lodówce sok, woda i mleko. Brak działającej klimatyzacji w małym pokoju co przy wysokiej temperaturze jest problematyczne

• Henja (9/5): Goed - Goed voor 5 volwassenen. Op 2e etage via trappen te bereiken. In de koelkast water, ijsthee en een pak melk en op tafel voorverpakte toast en biscotti e.d. Koffieapparaat aanwezig voor espresso en cappuccino. Vijfde persoon op slaapbank, geen probleem voor 3 nachten. Airco in 2e slaapkamer werkte niet of nauwelijks. Ventilator was een redelijke oplossing.

• Hana (7/5): Good - Well located in the city centre, close to the train and bus stations, the old town and the sea. Very nice welcome refreshments - water, juice, biscuits, tea, coffee. The owner was very easy to contact and communicate with - although only in Italian. ;-). The bathroom was old and the drains didn't work properly. The street was quite busy even at night. I would appreciate some blankets as it was chilly in the evenings.

• Ileana (9/5): Good location for exploring the city of Bari, but also for Trani,Monopoli,Brindisi,aso - The apartment is 15 minutes walk to the old center and 17 minutes to the railway station. There are a lot of shops, supermercato, mercato coperto. Wonderful connection of Trenitalia with other cities. Kitchen is very well equipped, large rooms, quiet. The hostess answers very quickly to all demands. When we arrived, a lot of sweets, caffee, local products waited for us. Recommended for long staying.
• Warren (1/5): Uncomfortable Location - Host was prompt to respond, and access was easy. The neighborhood seemed rough and my family felt nervous, even though it was day light. We walked a good 5 minutes from the downtown into the residential areas, which seemed to become more uncomfortable as we continued. On entry to the building there was a bad smell and when we got to the apartment, there was a hole in the front door (as if someone had tried to kick the door in). On entry to the apartment it smelled, but then also a high smell of product, as if trying to hide the actual smell. We felt very unnerved with everything and saw bars covering the windows/door to the back deck. This made us even more unsettled that the area wasn’t safe. We cannot speak about the apartment as we left immediately, but it did look like the pictures on the site. We let the owner know immediately that we didn’t feel safe and that we needed to cancel and find alternate accommodation. We then let booking.com know the same information. We feel very let down by the owner and booking.com, as we received no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. And were charged the full 2 nights cost??? I’m not sure that this is fair, as a young family shouldn’t have to stay where they don’t feel safe, as we were not to know this, until we arrived. We requested to split the cost, but had no further communication even after multiple attempts, just that we’d have to pay the full amount. We decided to write this review, so that future young families can be warned that the Accomadation is a good 5 min walk into the suburbs away from downtown and isn’t somewhere you’d want to be walking after dark and maybe not in the day time. The owner should have at least warned about the hole in the front door prior, and given some sort of assurance?? After years of using booking.com with no issues, this experience was very disappointing and costly.

• Bogdan (10/5): Great experience! - The apartament was very clean and it contained everything mentioned on Booking. After entering the place, we were greeted by a bowl of sweets, coffee and so on, a really nice gesture by our host! We had some small issues locating the address, but eventually it was sorted out. Nothing to complain in regards to the host or the apartment, so thank you for that! The street where the place is located is not that clean and sometimes the smells are funny. Also, some people seem...odd, it is not a place to wander around at night. Good thing is, you can reach the better areas of the city in just 3-4 minutes by foot.
• David (10/5): Spacious modern apartment with a great location in Bari - The apartment was very spacious, modem with all the facilities we needed and surprisingly quiet considering the great central location. The host was fantastic and helped us out with some packages that we needed to be delivered for when we arrived which was a life saver - thanks so much! The apartment was on the second floor and there was no lift which was a bit tricky with two bikes but not a major issue.
• Breda (9/5): Bari brimming with good food & wine , sights & service! - A beautiful well equipped apartment except no working coffee maker & breakfast packet sweet things not for us! Also, no lift! The area was ok about the accommodation by J a great little shebeen and near great restaurants .
• Georgi (8/5): Very nice location between the central train station and the old town - The apartment is newly renovated and has all the needed amenities - a washing machine, microwave oven, gas stove, air conditioner, heating, and espresso machine. Very nice location between the central train station and the old town. The host left for us pastries and wine which is very well appreciated as we arrived late in the evening and there were no open shops. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The mattresses of the two single beds in the second bedroom were too small for the bed frame, making sleeping a bit inconvenient. The apartment is located 3 levels above the ground with no elevator. The towels were washed with a very strong aromatic fabric softener which was a little too much. The windows are new but the noise from the street was quite noticeable in the bedrooms.
• Beata (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, spacious apartment, very nicely decorated. Perfectly clean, bed linen and towels smell wonderful. The hostess left us wine, cake, snacks, juice, milk, water, coffee and tea. Everything was delicious. The apartment has everything you need, even cosmetics such as make-up removal milk and toothpaste. Very good location, 12 minutes to the station, approx. 15 minutes to the old town. The building is quiet, the staircase is very pleasant. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would happily stay there again when in Bari. Everything was perfect!

It was fully equipped with everything you need from a hairdryer to iron even with a washing machine. The owner even left us some pastries for breakfast and a bottle of wine. NA
• Janet (9/5): Great location, comfortable flat, excellent welcome pack. - The welcome pack was extremely generous - water, juice, milk, tea, coffee, pastries, wine etc - which meant we didn't have to shop when we arrived. It was the best we had on this trip. A few instructions on how to use appliances (coffee machine) would have been helpful. We had problems with the aircon as well.

The apartment itself was clean smelled great with all accommodations. Great location 10 15 minutes to the center or the train station. Definitely recommend.
• Ionut (8/5): Lovely and cozy place right next to the city center, ideal for a short trip in Bari! - Very nice and cozy apartment. Very close to the city center, near to all the lovely tourists interesting places. Thank you to the owner for the wine bottle and fridge full of water and juices. Great coffee and sweets as well!Lovely place overall! The aer conditioning from the small room needs freon as it didn't cool the room at all. If you hate mosquitos you need plenty of patience to get rid of them.
