Kiváló ár-érték arány. Biztonságos környék, megoldható ingyenes parkolással a környező utcákban. Szívesen ajánlom másoknak is.

• Bilyana (7/5): - Nice location and easy access. The triple room is quite cramped for three people and there is not enough space for luggage if you stay more than 1-2 days. The bathroom cannot dry properly and there is a problem with the hot water. In the evening, the hot water runs out.

• Markéta (9/5): Clean, well-equipped accommodation with a great location and a caring host. - The accommodation was very clean and nicely equipped. We appreciated the towels, bottled water, coffee, tea, and the fridge in the room. A hairdryer and iron were also available if needed. The shared kitchen for the apartments did not bother us at all. The host stayed in touch during our stay and made sure everything was okay, which we really appreciated. There is also a supermarket right next to the apartment, which was very convenient. In the nearby area, we discovered a hidden gem – the Odeon/amphitheater – definitely worth visiting, just like the fish market. We explored Catania on foot, and the accommodation was within a relatively good walking distance of the main attractions and local treasures. We are used to firmer mattresses, so the bed was a bit too soft for our preference, but it was not too bad.

• Aneta (10/5): - Bardzo udany pobyt! 😊 Najbardziej podobała nam się czystość obiektu oraz przestronne, komfortowe pokoje. Dużym plusem jest to, że każdy pokój posiada własną łazienkę, co zdecydowanie podnosi wygodę. Do dyspozycji gości była również suszarka, deska do prasowania z żelazkiem, a także ekspres do kawy z pełnym zaopatrzeniem w kuchni i mała lodówka w każdym pokoju. Dodatkowym atutem są bardzo wygodne łóżka, dzięki którym można było naprawdę odpocząć. Każdy z nas miał swój klucz, co dawało dużą swobodę. Do tego wszystkiego cena za pokój jest bardzo przystępna, a WiFi działa bez zarzutu. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko centrum, z dobrą komunikacją, co ułatwia zwiedzanie i poruszanie się po okolicy. Na tej samej ulicy sklepy spożywcze i piekarnia z włoskim pieczywem. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje właściciel – niezwykle przychylny, pomocny i zawsze dostępny. Rozwiązywał każdą sprawę i służył pomocą w każdej sytuacji, a kontakt z nim był wzorowy. To miejsce ma swój wyjątkowy klimat i duszę. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie tu wrócimy! 🌟
• Carmela (10/5): Una stanza pulita e ampia in una posizione imbattibile. - L'esperienza é stata superiore alle aspettative. La posizione é strategica poiché la struttura si trova proprio vicino al centro permettendo di girare comodamente a piedi . La camera molto spaziosa e il bagno semplicemente impeccabile. La pulizia era profonda e abbiamo apprezzato la doccia moderna,spaziosa e un getto d acqua perfetto ideale per rigenerarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Il self checkin è stato comodissimo e senza intoppi e nonostante l autonomia l'host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile ad ogni necessità. Tutto benissimo

Great value for money, with a comfortable, well-equipped space that has all the amenities you need. What really made the stay special was the host. Incredibly responsive, always reachable, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request - truly exceptional hospitality. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Everything was great!

• Agija (10/5): I liked it - Location—very convenient, close to the city center. There was a grocery store right below the room where we could buy everything we needed. The coffee pod machine was broken, but it was replaced as soon as we asked. The bed was very soft—I liked it. The street is very lively; if you need quiet while sleeping, you won't find it here. The bed linens were synthetic, not cotton. The room has only a small balcony table and two balcony chairs. You won’t be able to sit comfortably at the table. As a result, we wanted to sit on the edge of the bed, but the bed slats kept falling out of their mounts, and sitting on the bed ended with us sinking into it almost to the floor... We found it funny and put the slats back in place, but if you have back problems, you need to be careful. It wasn’t possible to cook in the shared kitchen—forget about it; it’s not meant for that.

• Petra (9/5): - Útulný, moderně a prakticky zařízený apartmán, s klimatizací, velmi pohodlné postele a příjemné povlečení. K dispozici kuchyňka se základním vybavením. Moderní koupelna se vším nezbytným. Výborná komunikace s majitelem. Výborná poloha v centru města, k hlavním památkám, restauracím a obchodům jsme se dostali rychle pěšky. Možnost parkování ve vedlejší ulici.

• Le Fantasie (8/5): è stato un breve soggiorno, ma funzionale a ciò che dovevo fare - Posizione Ottima per raggiungere Piazza Duomo ,la colazione non l'ho fatta il letto aveva il materasso troppo morbido e si affossava e non c'era il lenzuolo, ma solo la trapuntina

• Zuzana (8/5): Domácí reagoval na naše požadavky rychle a ochotně. Ubytování je blízko centra, což je výhoda. - Snídaně byla pouze formou baleného pečiva, které bylo k dispozici na pokoji. Kávu a čaj jsme si mohli uvařit ve společné kuchyňce. Poblíž ubytování byla výborná pekárna, kde jsme si snídani nakoupili. Ručníky a povlečení na postele bylo už starší a seprané, určitě by chtělo vyměnit. Vše bylo ale čisté.

Faptul ca s-au pus in camere niste produse ambalate, ceva iaurt dar fara a fi pastrate la temperatura corespunzatoare ma determina sa spun ca nu a existat. Dar se poate face cafea la espresor cu capsule sau chiar si un ceai. Curatenia in camere. In cele patru zile nu ne-a deranjat nimeni, nici pentru curatenie, nici inlocuire prosoape ori lenjerie de pat. Iar atunci cand recipientele de la baie se golesc si te trezesti ca nu ai cu ce sa te speli este deranjant.

Un double vitrage aurait dû permettre l'insonorisation mais il a été mal installé donc on entend le bruit de la rue... dommage.. Les draps n'étaient pas changés mais le personnel est intervenu rapidement. La propreté laisse un peu à désirer poussière sur les tables de nuit...

• Isabelle (8/5): - Echanges courtois et rapides avec le propriétaire. Un très bon petit déjeuner très complet et gourmand ! Les indications sont très claires pour l'entrée par boîte à clé. Appartement très sécurisé. Il se situe dans un quartier avec des restaurants de bonne qualité, notamment de poissons. Bonne propreté des lieux. Nous nous sommes garés sans problème dans la rue. Le lit de notre chambre double mériterait un changement. En revanche, les lits de la grande chambre 3 personnes sont bien.
• Letícia (10/5): Minden rendben volt. - A szállás jó helyen van, kb. 400 m-re a belvároshoz. Szépen felújított, tágas, erkéllyel rendelkező szobák, közös konyha-étkező résszel. A szállás az első emeleten helyezkedik el, a szomszéd házban a földszinten egy kisbolt található, ahol beszerezhetsz mindent amire szükséged van. A reggeli tipikus olasz reggeli volt, előre csomagolt kekszekkel, croassonolkal, tejjel. Kapszulás kávéfőző volt a konyhában, melyhez kapszulát is kaptunk. A parkolás a szállás utcájában fizetős, de a kereszt kisutcákban -amennyiben találsz helyet- ingyenes. A szállásadó telefonon könnyen elérhető és nagyon készséges volt. Jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek. Nem volt ilyen.

• Luciana (8/5): - El alojamiento era grande, cómodo tenía aire acondicionado, agua caliente, wifi, había una mesa llena de snacks, galletas, jugos, leche, café, la anfitriona muy amable contestaba rápido, nosotros llegamos muchas horas antes del checkin y nos recomendó un lugar muy cerca para guardar el equipaje y poder recorrer la ciudad hasta la hora del checkin q por cierto nos lo entrego más temprano, me gustó también la ubicación que era muy cerca de todos los lugares más turísticos de Catania Cuando llegué no me gustó la fachada de la casa, pero me voy dando cuenta que así es el centro histórico donde las casas conservan su arquitectura pero dentro del departamento si estaba moderno

• Dias (10/5): - L'appartement est très bien équipé, je le qualifierais presque de luxueux. Il est idéalement situé à 10-15 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Nous avons eu la chance de trouver des places de stationnement gratuites pour la voiture en pleine semaine du 15 août ! Un supermarché est commodément situé en bas de l'appartement. Le propriétaire est adorable ! Si je dois lui trouver un défaut, je dirais juste qu'ils avaient oublié de nous mettre suffisamment de dosettes pour le café!

• Rajesh (9/5): Nice stopover. - Room was great. The host Giacomo was very helpful. He even dropped us at the train station for our trip to Taormina. Showed us the nearby tourist spots. Breakfast was not great. Just a croissant and coffee. It was not comparable to breakfast at hotels and some other b&bs.

The room was very safe and secure. We will stay here again when visiting Sicily. The surprise in the fridge was great and the next day there were fresh pastries left in our room! Everything was above and beyond our expectations! Thank you Giacomo!! Loved it all!
