• Quezada (2/5): Beware of booking this place - This place was incredibly clean as far as the windows and floors. The cabinets were stocked with useful things like papercups and plates. I also liked the body wash and shampoo that came with the rental. The place had good wifi and TV to play games on. I also loved the view. I believe the place was uncomfortable as far as the bed goes. Not only was it very stiff we believe it wasn't clean. My girlfriend ended up feeling very itchy all over after a day stay. The blankets had a bad musty smell to them. Also the air conditioner was very noisy and its right by your bed so it was really hard to sleep. At the end of the rental I put the key card back into it's locker because we had to leave at 3 am for a flight. The owner sent me a message asking for 20 dollars because I had not put the key card back. I messaged back saying where it was and they never responded. Never said sorry my bad.

• Francisco (7/5): I would stay again but not with my family. - My room was clean and looked like the bathroom was upgraded recently. Bed was comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. Pots pans plates utensils and portable stove were available. There were food trucks right and a 7/11 across the street which made it convenient for an easy dinner or coffee. I was on tenth floor and only one elevator was working. Good thing there wasn’t an emergency or I was traveling by myself. It wasn’t until the last day the other two elevators were fixed. The position of the A/C needs to be changed because the air was blowing directly to my face.

• Rose (1/5): Disrespectful staff. Great location. Definitely would not stay here again. - The property is clean and in good location The worker is disillusioned about safety. The bed is supposed brand new, however the middle support post falls onto the floor leaving a 1/2(?) inch boards attempting to safely hold the bed. After trying to get the owners to fix this… they lied and said it’s fine. (Please see pictures below) To avoid breaking the bed, I was forced to sleep on the floor the whole time. Also although there is a WiFi router there, it is not actually have any WiFi. I think it’s a fake connection or a fake password.
• Emanuele (1/5): Terribile - Niente Struttura ricettiva non all'altezza di essere classicata come tale, letto con le doghe rotte, scarichi mal funzionanti con addirittura l'acqua del water che viene fuori dalla doccia,scarafaggi in camera l'ultima notte probabilmente per salutarci, fili e prese della corrente non a Norma, abbiamo fatto il self check in e mai nessuno ci ha chiesto i documenti (fuorilegge),abbiamo tutte le foto e video che attestano quanto detto!
• TuTu (8/5): A reasonable place to stay but there were a few things the manager should address. - When I arrived the room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. In addition, there was a small round table and two stools and a dresser for clothes. I found the manager to be friendly and responsive. The facility had a pool and hot tubs. The smart TV did not work and and it took a couple of days for the manager to get it fixed. The drawers in the dresser did not work very well as they were very difficult to open and close. The pool was quite large but the water was a bit cold and the jets in the hot tubs did not work. When I returned one day to the room I saw a half dead roach on the floor. There was no other evidence of insects.

• Gregory (5/5): All OK - and for the effort to remodel and update property - with these suggestions you would provide a superior guest e - Convenient location Plenty of towels Cozy overall with sunny location I have managed major hotels for over 30 years and a few comments: 1. Queen Bed had one bed sheet and you need a comfortable heavier top sheet/bed cover - we used the beach towels for this! 2. All faucets, and bath hardware need tightening up and new washers to operate smoothly 3. Sloppy mess of wires to/from TV internet etc should be bundled up and neater to look at - Wi-Fi address label about to fall off 4. Lights! A bedside light and plugs for electronics would be nice. 5. An instruction sheet to detail hotel ice / pool / services would be helpful in the room 6. Ice bucket - need 7. Bed drawer/console - over half of drawers broken on rails or not working - need fix
• Sanchez (2/5): Was ok - I didn't have enough blankets just 1 thin sheet, not enough trash bags, the stool chairs were uncomfortable to sit on and i don't think the refrigerator was working because my ice cream melted. The parking was very expensive. Supply more blankets. Maybe extras for the rest of the days ppl stay there. More trash bags as the trash has to be taken out every day.

• Joshua (2/5): To much runaround’s!!! - Shampoo and conditioner bottles were all used No screens on windows Window blinds was way shorter then windows Blood under bed sheets Tv Cable was not working Had to pay for additional parking(expensive) First off I Got to the hotel with no key in the lock box so I had no choice but to buy a 20$ key from security to get in my room they said the cleaning lady forgot to put keys back in lock box. Then I was told I would get reimbursed that very next day but I haven’t received my 20$ back till I was at the airport heading back home. If I wouldn’t had pushed for my 20$ back I would have never gotten it back. I know it’s only 20$ but it’s the principal. (TO MANY RUNAROUND’S WITH HOST)

• Kylie (3/5): Location ok, management poor, room needs a lot of work. - Location Unfortunately not a lot to like. Handles were falling off furniture not to mention how cleaners could miss the foul stench as you walked in the room which made us dry reach. After several phone calls to management a security guard ( not maintenance person as instructed) came and agreed that no one could stay in the room. My husband and a friend found the smell which was the drip tray under fridge which looked like it had never been cleaned , it was mouldy and putrid. After much reluctance a 2 night stay was awarded in a different Motel until room was cleaned. Room needed a lot of maintenance work for it to be even occupied.

This is a vice typical for some US accommodation. It would be fair if the advertised price would be 1 final number like in many fair countries.. and not +++++

• Mathew (7/5): Absolutely fine - Fantastic location, decent air conditioning. Good communication with host. Very basic cooking facilities, Wi-Fi didn’t work. Blinds don’t cover the whole window so it was very bright.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Quiet and sweet stay. - Quiet, cute, and perfect. Just the right for for a few days stay in Waikiki. Close to the mall and the beach. Loved the pool area with hot tubs and grills. Lovely view. Would definitely recommend this place. Food was in fridge, but it was easily disposed. People should be told in listing that pool is on the 6th floor as well as ice. No paper towels in unit or any type of bath soap. But these were minor things overall.

• Molly (1/5): Don’t stay here. - Not alot The bathroom was disgusting, you felt more dirty after a shower than you did clean. The bed is so uncomfortable, it’s like a rock. Everything about it was incredibly run down and out dated. Location is not great, be prepared to walk around 30 mins to get to the main area. We stayed for 8 nights, had to ask for more toilet roll as was only given one roll. We were only given one towel each for a 8 night stay with no where to hang them to dry them out.
