• Najihah (6/5): Fair. - Location is strategic. I like the lady staff which is very entertaining and welcoming. I waited for almost 40 mins during checkout time just to redeem my deposit. That male staff didn’t show up. It’s a bit frustrating bcs i need to rush back to my hometown.

• Rafizah (4/5): One night at Ezzy Inn - Good air conditioning, near to eateries and other shops. Comfortable beds, clean towels and bed sheets provided. Excellent WiFi service. Door lock quite loose and unable to secure manually from inside. No extra plug to charge phones. Faulty TV remote control. Bathroom floor always wet because water piping from air conditioning unit direct flow into the bathroom. No side table to put bags or handphones. Water heater didn't function as well.
