• Kyrylo K (7/5): Квартира для студентов которые не собираются спать. Более менее, но слишком все слышно. - Квартира соответствует описанию. Фотографии тоже. Минимальный набор посуды, много магазинов вокруг, хорошая ванная комната, кондиционеры в двух комнатах на обогрев и охлаждение. Много магазинов, баров, кафе в округе. Недалеко станция метро и автобусная остановка. Шумо изоляции нет вообще. Слышно как разговаривают, смывают туалет на верхнем этаже. Очень громко захлопывается входная дверь в подъезд. Если соседи пошли гулять и пришли ночью - ты точно проснетесь. Дверь так громко хлопает что как будто по голове. Бар напротив - если выходные то все стоят курят и говорят громко под вашими окнами. Диван в зале неудобный, короткий , постоянно опускается секция где ноги. Утром неприятный запах в туалете. Мало посуды на кухне, нет большой сковородки, нет ни чая, ни кофе - хотя есть кофемашина. Нуждается в ремонте.
• Laura (9/5): El apartamento está genial, bien ubicado cerca del centro MUY limpio , el dueño súper amable , pudimos dejar las maleta - El alojamiento está genjal , tiene todo lo imprescindible para la estancia, la cama es cómoda y el sofá cama para dos niñas genial . Quizas el barrio, estaba sucio y había ruido por la noche porque estuvimos en fin de semana .

• Alexander (5/5): Nicht erholsam wegen der Lautstärke. - Die Reinigungskraft sehr nett. Vermieter hilfsbereit. Gegen über sind einige Lokale wo die Menschen bis 8 Uhr sehr laut waren. Die Matratze auf dem Schlafsofa geht gar nicht. Siehe Foto. Frische Farbe könnte auch mal wieder an die Wände.

• Miguel (7/5): - Estaba limpio y bien ubicado No lo recomendaría para más de 2 personas, ya que solo tiene una habitación. De todas formas nosotros éramos 4 y para un par de noches te puedes apañar

• SANDRA (9/5): C’était très bien - Appartement sympathique et confortable. Nous avons passé 2 nuits à 4 (avec 2 ados) sans problème. Un peu de bruit le soir dans la rue mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Un peu d’attente pour récupérer les clés à l’arrivée.
