• Henk (8/5): Geweldig appartement maar voor ons te ver lopen voor alles! - Afstand naar centrum en strand(en) in aanzienlijk!!! Dit is, zeker bij warm weer, niet te onderschatten temeer daar de trottoirs zeer slecht zijn!
• Rosanna Carpegna (10/5): - Appartamento perfetto, pulitissimo, accogliente ed in posizione eccezionale! Vicino alla pineta ed al mare. Sotto casa supermercato Conad comodissimo, panetteria, tabaccheria ecc. Davvero perfetto lo consiglio vivamente!

• Rino (9/5): - Niente di negativo... un appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso, non mancava nulla. Il soggiorno è stato breve😅
• TINA (9/5): - Apartma je mirnem naselju, do plaže dobrih 15 minut peš po senci. Vse v bližini, praktično čez cesto; trgovina, pekarna, ribarnica, renta bike, lokali, pizzerija, lekarna, trafika, park..do mesta z busom 10 minut. Parkirišče ograjeno. Nastavitev je boljša kot na sliki, svetla, prostorna, dva balkona. Ima vse kar potrebuješ. Vse pohvale. Vse je bilo ok.

• Sara Lit (10/5): Davvero bello! - L'appartamento è bellissimo, grande, luminoso e accogliente! La proprietaria è davvero gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni che potevano servirci, perfino gli orari dei pullman (la fermata si trova proprio di fronte all' ingresso del palazzo)! La posizione è ottima, a una mezz'oretta a piedi dal centro, raggiungibile in pochi minuti anche con la macchina! Il parcheggio privato è una bella comodità! Inoltre, dall' altra parte della strada si trova un supermercato! Non manca proprio niente! Se dovessimo ripassare da Viareggio torneremo sicuramente!

• Daniela (10/5): - Appartamento spazioso e ospitale. La cucina poi accessoriata bene. I vicini piuttosto litigiosi... peccato perché tutto il resto andava bene
• Luigi (8/5): - Ottima comunicazione con lo staff, Alessia è stata molto gentile e precisa. La casa è una tipica casa anni 70, veramente molto pulita e ordinata, accogliente, luminosissima e calda, (anche in pieno gelicidio!! ) .....sa davvero di "casa della Nonna" Il quartiere è molto bello e pieno di negozi. È presente un Conad, un panificio, un bar, un fruttivendolo e la Farmacia. Ci siamo stati a Gennaio come base per visitare Lucca, Pisa e Firenze e a parte qualcosa che andrebbe migliorato ( fare la doccia nella vasca è un disastro, così come il cigolio continuo del letto) noi ci siamo trovati bene. Il parcheggio privato all interno dell palazzo è molto utile. Sottolineo la pulizia dell ambiente, perché raramente si trovano case così pulite. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!! Come scritto in precedenza, la doccia andrebbe sistemata. Va bene che sia nella vasca, ma ci vuole una protezione migliore per non allagare il bagno!!! Anche il letto matrimoniale va sistemato, comodo ma è stato un cigolio continuo anche in piena notte...

• Francesca (10/5): - casa molto luminosa, spaziosa. molto pulita. ubicata in zona residenziale, con una Conad di fronte ha anche 2 balconi molto comodi. ho portato il mio gatto che è stato accettato dai proprietari senza problemi. sono stata in questa casa ad inizio novembre. per scaldare abbiamo usato gli split del condizionatore, ma la casa è dotata di caloriferi che sarebbero stati piu comodi

• Michaela (9/5): - Krásný čistý apartmán s 2 ložnicemi, dobrá klidná lokalita, pěšky na pláž se šlo krásným lesíkem asi 20 min., dostatečně zásobený obchod hned naproti, možnost využití dalších služeb v blízkém okolí, ochotný a nápomocný personál. Ráno trochu hluk ze silnice, chybělo prkénko na krájení a ostrý nůž, jinak vše v naprostém pořádku.

• J.B.J. Film s.r.o. (10/5): Byla jsem spokojená a ráda se vrátím. - Hezké místo, trošku dál od centra v klidné čtvrti. Obchod naproti domu. 20 min. procházkou krásným lesem na pláž. Trochu vrzala postel, když se člověk přetáčel. Ráno hlučnější ulice a někdy dlouho do noci hluční sousedé.

• Ilaria Di Stefano (9/5): - Casa accogliente pulita e perfetta per una famiglia. nei dintorni si raggiunge tutto a piedi in pochi metri (supermercato bar pescheria farmacia...) c'è un fantastico negozio affitta bici proprio sulla via che con pochi soldi ti consente di spostarti molto facilmente. Le distanze sono minime e la strada facile e in pianura. Vicino casa c'è una pineta meravigliosa La posizione è un po' fuori mano rispetto al centro cittadino. Gli autobus passano di rado se si viaggia a piedi ma tutto sommato se ci si sposta in bici è tutto a portata di mano.

• Pia (10/5): Top Fewo mit fantastischen Besitzern - Super schöne Ferienwohnung, gut geschnittene Fewo in einem ruhigeren Wohngebiet (aber alles sehr gut erreichbar). Fantastische Gastgeber, mit super nettem Kontakt direkt über WhatsApp und schneller Kommunikation. Unkomplizierter Check-in/-out mittels Safe. Parkplätze rundum viele kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der direkt zur Unterkunft gehörte, war a.g. von Bauarbeiten nicht verfügbar, was in der Umgebung aber nicht störte und uns wurde direkt als ungleich noch Fahrräder von der Gastgeberin angeboten :) Bequeme Betten, gute Grundausstattung und alles technischen Geräte die man braucht vorhanden. Selbst Kinderspielzeug und ein Hochstuhl stehen bereit 😊 Mit der Duschwand an der Badewanne muss man etwas vorsichtig sein, sonst läuft Wasser aus und der Abfluss dieser müsste mal gecheckt werden, was aber nicht weiter stört :)

• Marek (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and quiet location, spacious apartment. Well equipped, with bed sheets and towels included in the price (not standard in Italy :)), dishwasher, washing machine.. Bus station next to the building (going every 30/60 minutes) - easy travel to the centre of Viareggio. We were missing A/C, but it was not that bad - surprisingly there were no mosquitos, so we could sleep with doors/windows open. And the beach was quite far (cca. 1500m) - from which 1km is across "forest"/protected area. For adults it's just a nice walk, but with 3 kids it's bit of a struggle (but it's obvious from google maps, so I was not surprised).
