- Grazia (7/5): - Location was good, the stairs were a killer though, especially with the suitcase since they were very steep and very narrow. Treacherous Stairs. There were no amenities like coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. No soap nor shampoo in the shower.
- Carmel (9/5): NIce apartment - The apartment is just like it showed in the photos. It was very clean, simply but nicely furnished. It is about 10 minutes walk to both the old town and the train station, 15 minutes to a small beach. The street was quite at night-time. We often sat out on the small balcony in the evening time. We only used the roof terrace once. Check-in was fast and efficient. I would stay here again. There could be more loo-rolls and shampoo. A toaster and Microwave would come in useful. Stairs are steep for anyone with bad knees or hips.

- Kaja (3/5): Poor - The apartment is nice, new and on a good location. Our entire stay was horrible due to a non functional air conditioning, which was pointed out 30mins after arriving.The temparature inside was 32 degrees, more than outside, impossible to sleep or to even spend time inside. The host replied that the airco is working for sure and they will call the tehnician. Just late afternoon on second day or third day, we were told that they have to order a part and that is - i quote - "not their fault". The full time they were acting like this will be fixed during our stay which obviosly wasn't. No apology was offered until we have written a long complaint asking for a refund - which was answered with "if you would have left on the first day, we would refunded everything". I guess that explains why they made it sound like they will fix it during our stay. Additionally to that, the apartment had a separate fan, which led us to believe that they were aware of the issue. We believed their explanation since they meet us in the middle and they agreed to a 50% refund, which they said will be raised with booking. Obviously the request was never raised, we had to raise it, and at the end they only refunded us 1/4 of the price and didn't keep their word. This also makes us doubt all of their explanations. 1 for the host (rental company) as they dont care about their guests and are liars.
