• Compierchio (7/5): - Ottima posizione con servizi, ristoranti... appartamento ristrutturato con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni...pulito...organizzato...ma praticamente 'cieco' con finestre nella parte antistante che danno su un cortile interno con la presenza di operai Nella parte retrostante mancanza di sistema di aerazione, grave per una camera da letto, con aria stagnante e pericolosa per chi soffre di asma ed allergie. The staff was very friendly and helpful The bathroom was clogged, you have to wait some time for the water to clear or it got flooded. The ac in the room made some weird noices. Is in the ground floor, you hear all the neighbors coming in and out

• Lucia (10/5): Very very nice and superclean. - Very nice apartment, modern comfortable furniture, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV and free WiFi. Convenient for bars, restaurants, and other shops — and in a nice area, too.
• Marco (8/5): Struttura discreta, diversi pregi e alcuni aspetti da migliorare. - Ottima posizione, a poca distanza dalla fermata di alcuni bus e a 20 minuti a piedi da Termini. Molto comode le due camere e due bagni, ed il cucinotto che permette totale indipendenza se non si vuole uscire a mangiare fuori. Bagno con doccia mancante di un'anta per cui si finisce per bagnare tutto. Porta d'ingresso che dà sulla portineria, per cui sin dal mattino presto il passaggio dei condomini, specialmente quelli poco educati che urlano, finisce per svegliarti. La porta d'ingresso vecchiotta non isola al meglio i rumori.

Gros soucis de fuite dans la salle d’eau. Situation un peu éloignée du centre et des lieux de visites de Rome quand on fait tout à pieds

• Antonio (8/5): Una buona esperienza - La casa è ben posizionata, pulita, i gestori sono stati sempre presenti anche se in remoto, e hanno soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Probabilmente necessiterebbe di un po di luce in più ma va bene così

• Katarzyna (7/5): Pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie. - Dużo miejsca 3 pokoje, 2 łazienki. Dobra lokalizacja. W pełni wyposażony. Mało okien a te które są wychodzą na wewnętrzny dziedziniec. Dosyć głośno w nocy.

• Dafereras (9/5): Evaluation of two greek middle-aged men - Τhe entrance of the apartment was charming.The apartment itself was cozy,spacious,fully equipped with kitchen equipment(forks plates ,electric kitchen hoods etc),there were towels and lotion fir bathroom,a nice dining table and free netflix The apartment was a bit far from the nearest metro station, around 15 minutes
