• Bianca_Alves* (5/5): Se reservar esse AP não alugue carro - Localização boa e apartamento bonitinho. Boa comunicação via whatsapp. Deixo também meu elogio ao recepcionista do prédio, um senhor muito educado e prestativo. Não tem estacionamento próprio então tem que deixar o carro nos que tem na rua, que são pagos e são caríssimos. Teve uma queda de energia no apartamento, mas comuniquei o dono e ele arrumou. No penúltimo dia parou de funcionar água quente no chuveiro, acho que acabou o gás e tomamos banho na água fria.

• Carol (4/5): Precio y condiciones difieren de lo ofertado en booking - Cerca del centro de la ciudad y limpio Me cobraron un servicio de limpieza obligatorio que no estaba informado previamente, además del IVA (para considerar que el precio se aleja de lo publicado $112.849 y terminé pagando 155.998. Ademas el check in dice hasta las 12:00 en booking y luego te informan que es hasta las 11:30
• Navarro Villagrán (8/5): Práctico - La ubicación y la cama cómoda. Que la ventana se mantuviera abierta todo el tiempo debido al filtro que habia instalado, se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y entraba el frío.

• Katharina (8/5): - Gute Lage, fühlten uns sehr sicher, alles vorhanden, bequemes Bett, gute Kommunikation. Leider etwas kalt im Zimmer. Es gab zwar einen Heizstrahler, der zweite funktionierte leider nicht. Ansonsten aber alles top.

• Brett (8/5): Aussie and Malaysian in Santiago, Chile - We loved the location with only a short walk to the Government Palace and Plaza de Armas. Need to be careful, however, as the neighbourhood is not fully safe, so just be careful and dont walk around at night. Good value for money and the staff were very efficient and friendly and contacted me throughout our stay. The room was large and had a fan, AC, and a good kitchenette. The bathroom was ok with a really small shower, so I had some trouble as a man of 193cm, but otherwise, it was very nice and clean. Convenience store about 50m away so that was very handy also. Cheers.

• German (9/5): A bit brief to judge but there could be some improvement - Secure access and closeness to city centre Digital isolation. No WiFi and no TV access. The TV set was there but not operating.
