- Jose (9/5): - El apartamento estaba como nuevo. Muy amplio. Estaba relativamente cerca del paseo marítimo y del casco antiguo. No tenía ruido, al menos ahora en Navidades no se oía ningún ruido. El sofá tenía algunas manchas.

- ramirez (7/5): - Cuando llegamos solicité que el check in fuese con una persona y no vino ninguna persona ni me dijeron nada,solo me mandaron las instrucciones para hacer el check in automático,en el cual tuvimos varios problemas en los cuales después de un buen rato al final pudimos entrar en la casa,si hubiera venido una persona como solicité no habría pasado eso

La résidence est bien située, pas très loin de la ville et de la mer.

- Maria (10/5): Modern apartment, perfect for family stay - The apartment is very spacious, very well equipped and perfect for a family stay. The private parking slot in the garage is another good asset of the apartment.
The staff was incredibly kind and efficient.
While we were there, the swimming pool was in full maintenance, which I find reassuring in this type of building complex.
Everything was clean. Nothing. Everything was beyond expectations.
- Carina (8/5): One week up and down hill - The apartment was well equipped. No sun at all at the balcony.
900 m downhill to centre and 900 m uphill back.
Very easy code to open door from outside apartment and no safety lock inside.
Difficult to leave keys at departure because the two doors with 10 meters between, to get out of the building are locked even from inside.
Only respond from personal when we arrived but NO INTEREST TO RESPOND AT DEPARTURE when I wanted help to solve the locked doors problem.
I give you my solution: Put the bagage in the car and drive it out of the garage (you need key here to), park the car, put one garbich bag in booth the doors (it's 10 meters between them), go up with the elevator, leave the keys, go down and hope the bags still in doors 😄 and get out of the building...
- Vadims (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is ok. Main room with big table and big sofa, 2 bedrooms with 2 toilets. We found all what we need on kitchen. Also we found 2 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrelles. AC, washing machine, TV, refregirator was worked properly. The location is very great, about 15 minutes walking to Estepona beach. The complex has beautiful and warm swimming pool with showers. All furniture and technics are the cheapest. The kitchen is very small and dark, because no window in the kitchen. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly on arrival. A lot of dust everywhere, shower not cleaned, dirty sofa and dirty TV. The wadrobe in bedroom was broken. The host also wasn't very responsible. Every question need to repeat. The parking place is quite small even for Spain. But for small car is ok.
