- No se admiten la entrada de ningún animal al apartamento para evitar que futuros huéspedes con problemas de alergias puedan sufrir algún percance por este motivo.
-Está prohibido la realización eventos o fiestas de cualquier índole en el apartamento.
-Hay que respetar las horas de descanso de la comunidad, por lo que no se podrá poner música, elevar la voz o hacer cualquier tipo de ruido entre las 23:00 y las 8:00.
- Solo se permite fumar en el patio (nunca dentro del apartamento). Y siempre usando los ceniceros que se disponen para ello.
-No cobramos gastos de limpieza, por lo que el piso debe dejarse en condiciones similares de higiene y limpieza, incluyendo el menaje utilizado (utensilios de cocina, cubiertos, vasos, etc.) que debe dejarse limpio antes de su salida.
-Debe de retirar todos los residuos generados durante su estancia.
-En caso de rotura o desperfecto de cualquier objeto, debe de notificárnoslo por el chat de Airbnb y no deshacerse de dicho objeto, puesto que puede ser requerido. En caso contrario, se le podrá reclamar como una substracción.
- Únicamente podrán tener acceso al apartamento los huéspedes registrados en la reserva.
