• Amanda Gallegos (4/5): - Limpieza y orden de la habitación. Para ser un hostal de este precio no lo vale. Arrende por 4 noches con baño incluido. 2 días no tuve ducha, al tercer día vinieron a la pieza y entraron con autorización del dueño y yo no podía estar (había que acatar porque no se puede decir que no...) y al cuarto día nos duchamos con agua que salia hirviendo al punto de quemarte. La cocina es compartida y al dejar mis cosas en el frigo alguien se comió todo... y para terminar había una persona que fumaba dentro de la pieza en el piso principal y dejaba su puerta abierta, fue asqueroso !!! Menos mal solo llegaba a mi habitación a dormir porque pasar la tarde ahí para descansar no se podía. Si puedes ahorrar 50 euros más para dormir en un mejor lugar te aconsejo hacerlo.

Very good for short stays if you need an affordable base to explore London from. It's quite barebone, i stayed on the top floor in the attic. The bathroom is a bit cramped. Not very suitable for long stays.

• Dąbrowska (3/5): Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje komfortowego pokoju w którym będzie można odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania, to nie jest to miejsc - Lokalizacja- bardzo blisko do metra i supermarketu. Kuchnia- dobrze wyposażona i czysta. Pokój bardzo mały, bez otwieranego okna! Łazienka to jakiś żart ... Sztucznie zbudowane pomieszczenie z drzwiami wychodzącymi na podwórko i strasznie w niej zimno! Łóżko okropnie niewygodne, bardzo małe, czuć sprężyny pod plecami. W łazience nie ma nawet lustra ani suszarki. Dostaliśmy tylko jeden ręcznik a w powie pobytu zepsuł się boiler Który sami musieliśmy naprawić bo gospodarz nie miał zamiaru sam się tym zająć.

• Diakite (8/5): - I had the room with private bathroom and it was perfect, kitchen and laundry worked perfectly Electricity went off a few times, plates and glasses were very dirty (but its not the host fault)
• Anna (4/5): - We were in room 2, and although the furniture looks older in person, it was clean. The night we arrived the whole house didn’t have warm water and the electricity went off twice. Not to mention that we had a bit of an unpleasant experience the first night in the room and the hosts didn’t really react, it was as if we were making things up and they didn’t even bother to meet us the next day. If their reaction to the problem had been different and they had shown a little more interest in what I was texting them since 5 am till 11am maybe we would have been more comfortable and satisfied. But this wasn’t the case. Our experience didn’t match the price and actually having in mind what happened it was expected to receive a refund. I don’t mention the issue purposely because it would potentially cause you too much damage :)

• Sabela (9/5): Best decision ever! Would stay again. - I thought this place was exceptional value for the price. Two bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs, a really spacious kitchen with everything you need, mostly quiet outside so perfect for sleeping and 2 minutes from the train station and one street from an amazing supermarket or one stop on the tube to a huge Westfield, really convenient location, great room, big bed, friendly staff and honestly worth way more than you pay. The upstairs shower turns cold sometimes especially when people use the water elsewhere but if you time it right or just use the downstairs shower you’ll be JUST fine :)

• miren (8/5): Buena calidad precio, atención cercana - La ubicación es relativamente buena. La parada de metro de Leyton esta a un minuto andando. Es una zona tranquila y con supermercado (24h entre semana y abierto tambien el fin de semana) y restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Ahora, hay unos 30 a 40 minutos de metro a la zona centrica de Londres Lo que menos me gusto fueron la cama y las almohadas. Bastante blandas pero se puede dormir, si acostumbras a dormir en una cama rigida y almohada alta te vas a sentir probablemente incomodo.

• Jan (5/5): It has pros and cons, if you looking for convenience, it’s the place, if you looking for comfort, this isn’t the place. - The property is kept clean, the staff is lovely and helpful if you ever have questions or need help. It is right by the train station that takes you to central London and very close to a shopping centre that has most things you may need. I was on the top floor, my window blinds didn’t close so I was waken up by sunrise everyday even on days I didn’t intend waking up early. The rain in the window makes noise but there is also some noise outside at night that distracts from sleeping. The water temperature in the morning takes long to get hot and once it is hot, there is only two settings, freezing cold or blazing hot, no in between.

O apartamento tem boas condicoes para os precos que oferece. Naturalmente nao é um apartamento para encontros romanticos mas é uma boa opcao para viagem em familia, amigos ou ferias. Com boas instalacoes de cozinha, mais de dois banheiros, agua quente e sistama de aquecimento e internet disponiveis. Gostei do facto de ter maquina de lavar as roupas, frigorificos, fogoes e microndas. Penso que a acustica das paredes ou dos pisos pode ser melhoradas para garantir melhor conforto e privacidade. Ter Tv nos quartos seria pedir demais.? Nada a comentar.
• Olga (9/5): Μας αρεσε η διαμονη στο καταλυμα, βρισκεται σε αριστη τοποθεσια, ειναι πολυ ευκολο να το εντοπισεις. - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μικρο, καθαρό, χαριτωμένο δωμάτιο, κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα με πλήρη εξοπλισμό, παρ'οτι συνήθως επιλέγουμε χώρο με ιδιωτική κουζίνα, ήταν ωραίο που λόγω της κοινόχρηστης κουζίνας κάναμε γνωριμίες με άλλους ενοίκους. Ο νιπτήρας του μπάνιου ήταν πολύ μικρός οπότε το νερό έπεφτε απ' εξω , αλλά η καθαρίστρια μας έδωσε εξτρα πετσέτες ώστε να διατηρούμε το πάτωμα στεγνό.

Also very bright. My room (#3) was very cold, even with the heat fully on. This made being on my room uncomfortable, especially overnight. I realized this was because there is a small grate above the bed that leads outside. It really needs to be covered for the winter. The mattress was ok, but I could feel the springs slightly. It should be replaced soon.

• Karina (8/5): Best value for money room with private bathroom - I stayed in Room 2—a double bed with a private bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was good and only had a slight wobble. The heater malfunctioned, and they promptly gave me a portable one until the other one was working again. I appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue. I used the washer and dryer, which were very good. When cooking, I often had to wash the utensils first because other guests had put them away dirty. There are markets, fast-food restaurants, and clothing stores nearby, as well as a bus stop and Leyton station. It was a very convenient stay.

• Youma (4/5): J'étais contente de venir dans cet hébergement, mais déçue de comment nous étions traitées. - La proximité de la gare et des bus, et du centre commercial juste derrière. Le calme du quartier. Bonjour,Je viens faire une réclamation suite à l'incident survenu le jeudi 21/08. Lorsque nous vous avons prévenu pour le rat, nous n'avons pas senti de compassion ou de désolation de votre part. Au contraire, votre première suggestion a été de dormir et d'attendre l'équipe d'entretien le lendemain. Vous avez également affirmé qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible, alors que les chambres 3 et 5 étaient bel et bien libres. Si je n'avais pas insisté, nous serions restés dans cette situation inconfortable. Nous avons finalement pu nous installer dans la chambre 4 sans nos affaires, grâce à notre propre initiative. Le lendemain matin 22/08 l'agent d'entretien est entré dans notre chambre sans frapper et a allumé la lumière sans aucune excuse ou considération. Plus tard, lorsque nous sommes retournés dans la chambre 3 pour récupérer nos valises, en présence de l'autre agent, l'agent d'entretien a commencé à faire la chambre sans nous laisser le temps de sortir nos affaires. Il a enlevé les draps et secoué le canapé pendant que nous étions encore dans la pièce, ce que j'ai trouvé très incorrect et intrusif. Franchement, nous avons été mal traités et je trouve que vous minimisez ce qui s'est passé. J'ai passé une mauvaise journée, qui a commencé le jeudi soir avec le rat dans la chambre, et cela a été d'autant plus décevant que c'était mon anniversaire vendredi, un jour où je devais être heureuse et samedi 23/08 vers 12h h13h nous avons ouvert les placards de rangement pour sortir de quoi manger, nous avons vu que nos produits alimentaires ont été jetés (une boîte de mélange épices, sels ,poivre ails, un sachet de riz, et un paquet de pain de mie céréales).Je sais que c'est l'agent d entretien qui a jeté. Il a dit avoir nettoyer le placard vidé certaines choses. Ce que je ne comprends pas, tout était rangé dans le placard avec le numéro correspondant à la chambre.

The place looked exactly like the photos in the listing, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent: very close to the bus station with great public transport connectivity, and local shops were just a short walk away. The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had everything I needed and the check-in was very easy and communication with host was excellent. • Yannick (7/5): Good stay in an active location! - The apartment was great overall. Staff were super friendly and quick to respond to anything I raised. Daily cleaning meant the bathrooms were always spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you'd need. Loved that there were two fridges with clearly marked shelves per room. Very organized. Plus, the location couldn’t be better: 2-minute walk to the tube, groceries, shops, and a gym. Super convenient. The apartment is a bit older than it looks in the photos, aside from the modern bathroom upstairs and the kitchen on the ground floor. The furniture setup in the bedroom wasn’t exactly like the pictures, which threw me off a bit. Bathroom cleanliness really depends on the other guests. Some are tidy, others… not so much. Also, door slamming was kind of constant. Nothing the staff can do, but worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise. Still, I’d say good value overall, just be ready for a bit of noise and cleanliness variability based on guests.
• Madeline (6/5): Pleasant - The kitchen and the bath were very clean and well furnished but the room was just a pack of metals. The room was not just comfortable at all and the staffs or property owners were not helpful at giving directions on how to reach the property by train. They were dismissive and very very unhelpful. I asked if it was Stratford l need to get off or Leyton, They kept telling me to check my message and code sent to me. Even after explaining to them that l was stranded bcos my phone died and don’t work in the country since l was coming from another country, they insisted l check my message. Meanwhile there was no direction written on how to reach the property. I had to beg someone in Pizza Hut to help me call them at 11pm to explain my predicament, they still refused to give me any direction. All l wanted was to tell me if to come off at Stratford station or Leyton. Even after l got there at almost 12midnight after so much hassle, they cared less. The rooms are complete nonsense. My husband could not sleep for two days before he left. Not the beauty you see on booking.com. Is all a farce. Kitchen and restroom are good and very clean the rooms are not compared to what you see on booking.com. Advice: If you spend same money you spent doing the kitchen and restroom on the room your property will be a hot cake. Dissatisfied with the room.
• Anna (1/5): Bad - The linens were fresh and the surfaces superficially spotless, the place was freshly painted—otherwise, this place has nothing redeeming. - The “no-smoking” policy is a cruel joke. On the second day our room reeked of marijuana coming from lodgers in the premises with stench so badly we could taste it. - The host's dismissive “we will reply shortly” replies were a masterclass in neglect—no action, no solution, just empty words. - Safety and privacy? Nonexistent. Our child comes face to face with a stranger in a skimpy number. Insane breach of basic standards. - Sleep? Forget it. The couple next door treated the walls like soundboards for their porn-loud antics, turning night into torture. - After three nights of inhaling stench of marijuana smoked by other residents, dodging half-naked strangers, and living in a nightclub-cum-brothel, we fled. The host remained silent. - Forced to scramble for last-minute lodging an hour away, we paid almost double and took expensive taxis at dawn—sleepy lodge's recklessness cost us hundreds. The place said they welcome children but really this is a scary place for any family setting This isn’t a “quirky London experience”—it’s a toxic, unprofessional sham. When we drew this to sleepy lodge attention, they actually were very dismissive and offered only £100 when we have actually incurred additional expenses in excess of £ 1,000. The place is a certainly not recommended for families as the people that owned the lodge disregard their legal obligation to ensure that in instances like this one the clients are at least reimbursed the prorated amount of the time not used . In correspondence they tried to deny the fact that they were timely notified in writing when the exchanges clearly showed this fact.
• Jasmine (7/5): Solid stay for solo traveller - Spacious and comfortable for a weeks stay. Really strong WiFi and clean. Really close to train station and 20 minute walk to the Westfield mall. Nice parks nearby and plenty of pubs and restaurants around Location a bit dodgey but property owner can’t help that. Wouldn’t walk around at night as a solo female…

• Surabhi (9/5): Convenient location for a short stay - Good for a short stay. The owner was actively available through messaging. The self check in process was straightforward. The location is a 3 min walk from the tube station. The room was just as shown in the pictures. There's a shared kitchen space with basic stuff you might need and also a washing machine. Nothing really. Maybe some people might be uncomfortable with the shared bathroom, but it's manageable for short stays.

• Lucia (2/5): I was very disappointed - I was very disappointed with my stay. The room did not meet the expectations promised in the listing. As soon as I entered, there was a strong musty smell that made it difficult to breathe comfortably. The pictures online were very misleading – the actual room looked nothing like them. This wasn't a hotel room at all, but rather a room in a dormitory, which was not clearly stated. The bathroom was in poor condition and not properly cleaned. I also checked out the garden area, but it was messy and unkempt, far from the relaxing space I was expecting. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and not worth the price.

It wasn't clear the bathrooms were shared and it stated the location was nearer to the London stadium than it was. Walls and not having a private bathroom.

• Mario (1/5): Worst experience ever - Missleading, I have no idea how they got 8. The beds contained the cheapest, old, worn-out spring mattresses where every individual spring could be felt. The condition of the property was not as advertised in the description. We immediately left and booked another location because this accommodation wasn't even suitable for a single night's stay. The owners falsely claimed that we stayed for two days and charged us £80 for cleaning (of what exactly?) plus £140 for a two-day stay we never actually used. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable for any hospitality business.

• Yiru (7/5): Good - Location is great. Response is quick from the owner you have to wash the bath towels by yourself. If you have no time to wash them, you have to use the same towels for all the days you live there.

• Olivia (10/5): Comfortable, clean and private - I had a really comfortable stay - great facilities, very clean and private. I stayed for one month and felt at home, the hosts are super accommodating and helpful. Location is great, close to shops and the tube station. Highly recommend. Accommodation is cleaned often, but bathroom cleanliness can differ depending on the guests!
