• Hugues (6/5): Juste pour dormir 💤 ! - Salle de bain et toilettes pour chaque chambre (3) . Pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine et très limitée dans les salles de bain . Équipement en cuisine très rudimentaire. Aucun torchon , pas même une éponge pour nettoyer . Ce n’est pas une cuisine mais juste une pièce avec une table et un micro onde et quelques petits matériels .

• María Francisca (6/5): Ubicación excelente - La ubicación. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Habitaciones espaciosas. Falló el agua caliente. Era casi imposible ducharnos con agua caliente. Solamente funcionaba alguna vez en uno de los baños. En los otros dos, siempre fría. La cocina sólo tenía una sartén vieja, que se pegaba. Ni tostador. Menaje insuficiente para cocinar. Un sofá pequeño para 6 personas. Sí tenía 6 sillas. El salón cocina es pequeño.
• Gisela (8/5): - Està a prop de l'estació i és bastant cèntric. Un lloc tranquil i al centre de Roma, i bona qualitat preu. Hi ha 1 habitació que queda com dins d'un altre i no té res per posar la roba. Ha d'entrar a l'altre habitació....també les portes estàn una mica fluixes i un bany on les dutxes no anaven gaire be. El menjador no és adequat per 7 persones. Es un apartament de 6. I encara així és just el menjador. És un lloc per anar a dormir i ja està.

• fatima (9/5): Perfect e impecable repetiríamos éramos 5 pero caben 6/7 perfectamente - Camas cómodas dos dobles de 180 y una doble pequeña muy limpio bien equipado y bien decorado televisión en todos los cuartos impecable . Nos dejaron café para desayuno

• Mąth (9/5): - L'emplacement, la grandeur de l'appartement, que chaques chambres aient ça propres salle de bain. Endroit parfait pour un séjour à plusieurs (famille ou amis). Une chaude un peu capricieuse mais ce n'était pas non plus dramatique
• Rebeca (5/5): Buena ubicación, pero tene en cuenta que el lugar no es lovely ni new. - La ubicación y que tuviera tres habitaciones y tres baños. La limpieza. El lugar necesita una limpieza profunda, ya que está empolvado, hay suciedad. No se percibe como un lugar limpio. Las camas son bastante incómodas. No dejaron shampoo ni jabón para lavarse las manos. Los muebles son impresentables. No se ve como las fotos, ya que está descuidado y no tiene mucho de “lovely” ni de “New”.

• Jerzy (9/5): Superb - Great location with amazing cafeteria on the same street. Majority of the things to see in Rome are in the walking distance. Perfect flat for group of 7 people. -

• Farhad (5/5): Disappointing due to the cons mentioned above what could otherwise have been a very pleasant stay. - The location of the property is central. There are nice sized TVs in every room. There are 3 attached bathrooms. - The hot water didn't work. It was very inconvenient and we couldn't shower. - The apartment above was having renovation done and it was impossible to relax, rest or sleep. There was extremely loud grinding, drilling, hammering and all sorts of construction noises from 8am until 5pm. - The Coffee machine in the kitchen was broken. - The elevator was tiny and if the doors aren't closed manually, it continues to beep loudly. Throughout our stay, someone left the doors to the elevator open and it kept beeping all night.
• Mariusz (9/5): Superb - Claudia greeted us at the check in and explained everything. She was very nice and helpful. Apartment was great for 7 people and in perfect location. We were happy to have elevator in the building and good internet connection. Rome is beautiful city but definitely too crowded. Accommodation is not cheap and tourist tax also high. City is not quiet so if you sleep with open window you need to be prepared for some noice that can wake you up.

• Armando (5/5): i woud rate good if was not the problem with hot water on bathrooms - Location Hot water on showers of two rooms were very little volume,I mean, got little hot water coming out. Seems to be a plumbing problem . Annoying
• Dianne (7/5): Accomodation was basic with all - Location was good. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain and other good locations. Agent Claudia was helpful. Hot water was hit and miss in one of the bathrooms. Could do with adding a toaster to kitchen appliances.

• Aubri (8/5): Very good - Location was great with several places to eat just steps away. Just a short walk to the colosseum and trevi fountain. The apartment is up several floors but there is a small elevator for anyone that cant make the stair or to bring up heavy luggage. Each room had plenty of space and its own air/heat unit and bathroom. Kitchen is small and best suited for preprepared meals, not really cooking for the amount of people it can accommodate. It was great for us since we picked up pizza anyway. There is a small machine for washing clothing and a rack to hang your clothing. We would stay here again.

• Hadriano (9/5): Weekend with friends in Rome - Excellent location, very close to Termini and at a walking distance from the main places to visit. The beds are very comfortable, and the teo large ones (king size) are very spacious, fitting two people easily. Having three toilets really makes a difference when travelling in group. Checkout a bit too early. Some showers need fixing.
• Son (7/5): Too expensive. not recommended. - Kind staff. Many rooms for the comfortable stay. Convenient location. No living room. Small refrigerator. No microwave oven. Smelly air conditioners.
