• Antonio (9/5): A pesar del inoportuno temporal, pudimos estar genial. - La ubicación y que tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. El anfitrión siempre atento y disponible. Por ponerle una pega, no achacable al propio apartamento, es complicado aparcar, sobre todo de noche, pero con mucha paciencia, todo se consigue.

Cerca de la playa, de tiendas y supermercados, bien comunicado y en una calle tranquila. Se duerme sin dificultad. No hay ruido de noche, a pesar de ser un bajo con la puerta directamente a pie de calle. ...

• Glenn (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr leise nachts. Zwar direkt zur Strasse aber nachts ist nichts los und es ist absolut still. Wenn es einem wichtig ist, dass man nachts komplette Ruhe zum Schlafen hat, dann ist das hier richtig. Das war mein wichtiges Anliegen, da wir eine Woche Spanischkurs hatten, und ich war hier voll zufrieden. Sonst eine moderne und gut ausgestatte Wohnung.

• Olga (10/5): - Great stay, would love to come back! We stayed here for 10 days at the end of October and absolutely loved it. The apartment is located in a quiet and comfortable area of Las Palmas, just about 5 min walk from the beach. There are Dino and Spar supermarkets nearby, and countless cafés and restaurants along the promenade super convenient! Santa Catalina bus station is about 20 minutes on foot, and there’s also a local bus stop nearby with easy connections to the historic center and San Telmo station. Everything in the apartment is new, clean, and well equipped. There was all the necessary kitchenware and utensils, and we really appreciated the complimentary toiletries, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. The water pressure was excellent, and the washer-dryer combo was a huge plus, very handy for a longer stay. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating, they even allowed us a late check-out, which made our last day much easier as we had a late flight. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!
• Ruthshewin (9/5): Beter dan verwacht, komen zeker nog eens terug! - Schone accommodatie met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. De kinderen waren erg blij met het tosti-apparaat. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig, zeer fijn om met een schone was terug te reizen. Slaapkamer ruim genoeg, airco en rolluik aanwezig. Uitklapbare slaapbank in de woonkamer, gezellig voor een filmavondje met het gezin. Gelegen in rustige straat. Ondanks de voordeur direct aan het trottoir gelegen was, zeer weinig overlast van buiten gehad. Busstation, strand en boulevard op max 10min loopafstand. Op verplaatsing met openbaar vervoer ging heel makkelijk en koste bijna niets. Een enkeltje was ongeveer €1,40 pp. Veel stof, minstens 2x per dag moeten vegen. Ligt natuurlijk niet aan het appartement, maar dat was een stuk minder.

• Phil (6/5): A student Ikea starter property. Unsure why it has a high rating. Very basic - Good air conditioning. Absolutely no street parking available nearby. Took us an hour to find somewhere to park to offload our luggage and then every day we had to park miles away from the property. . It's very basic and we had to purchase oil, salt, etc. There were no oven dishes so we couldn't cook, but only found that out after I'd purchased food to cook in the oven. When I went to use the sandwich toaster it was cracked so the lid would not clip securely. The kettle takes forever to boil. Smart TV which requires subscriptions to Netflix or Amazon Prime to be able to watch anything, which I don't have. Kept switching to standby if you didn't select anything. Extremely uncomfortable sofa. Shower hose had burst and sprayed everywhere in the bathroom. We moved accomodation after 3 days for the rest of our 8 day stay, we had planned to extend it here, but the apartment wasn't very well equipped or comfortable. Noisy outside our window at night and people were sat in the doorway smoking which made the entire apartment smell of cigarette smoke.

• Mariana (10/5): Excellent holiday property - Excellent host, excellent housekeeping,spotless modern decorated apartment, excellent location very close to the beach, shops(SuperDino) and buses. It's very rare to find an accomodation like this.You feel really like home.Kitchen was very good equipped and offers even juice maker,, which i was so happy to use for my daily fresh orange juice. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer(i didn't use in my short holiday). I was thinking to stay more days, but ...holiday was over. I can mark this special accomodation with 11-15 , not only 10 for the excellent service.
