• Laura (9/5): Recomendable - El barrio esta muy bien, a 20 min andando del Vaticano y a 10 del metro. El piso es muy grande y tiene todo lo necesario ademas de contar con todo tipo de productos para usar. La comunicación con el dueño fue muy buena. El sofá cama, los colchones de las camas y las almohadas necesitan un cambio.

Łóżka były bardzo wygodne, bardzo miło spędziliśmy tam czas. Jeżeli ktoś nie lubi dużo chodzić to może mu się nie spodobać ta lokalizacja. Autobusy w Rzymie nie zawsze jeżdżą punktualnoe, dlatego lepiej poruszać się tam na piechotę. Mieszkanie wygląda na stare, tak jak i cała kamienica, ale jeżeli komuś nie zależy na nowoczesnym wyglądzie, a na czystości i komforcie to nie będzie miał z tym problemu.

• Ekaterina (10/5): 10+ - We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment with our family! Everything was perfect! The space was comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home from the very first moment. It’s clear that the hosts truly care about their guests and pay attention to every detail. If it were possible to give more than 10, I would definitely do it! Highly recommended — we would love to come back again.

• Lukasz (9/5): Contact person very helpful - Location is very good , near metro Ottaviano and also bery near bus stops which can bring to historical centre. Rooms are cosy and enough for 5 people family. Air condition didn’t work effectively
• Ronas (9/5): - The apartment is near to the Vatican. So makes it easier if you want to walk during evening. The facilities apartment provides are adequate and the check in is very smooth. The host replies promptly and helps with any questions you have. Don't trust the bus system. Metro is a little far.

I am, however, sure that if the link would not have worked, the host would have helped right away. The location was brilliant, close to the Vatican, in walking distance to 2 metro stations, with great eateries around. It felt quiet and vibrant at the same time.

Scammer host, we got robbed, the safety was ruined from the moment of taking the keys, the third person gave it to us, because of that we got many throughout doubts. Our family trip with 2 children ended with fear. Comfort is on the hundred place while our safety were in danger! The host only said “sorry”, non action was done. I strictly want to remove this host from booking, and don’t book this apartment if you don’t want to ruin your holidays The worse experience i have ever had. • Alex (7/5): Cute and quaint for a short-term stay. - The room has a quaint Italian feel for it, which is perfect for a short holiday in Rome. There was local Christmas market, which was nice to visit, and withing 15 to 20 minutes walk you can reach some main attractions. The layout is a little strange. The single bed and double bed are separated only by a divider, and the pull-out bed is in the living room, so lacks privacy. the main area to spend time as a group was therefore the kitchen, which is cute, but not the most comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this for couples who want privacy.

• Lisa (8/5): Fantastic stay. Quiet apartment for resting during sightseeing - Clean, spacious. Good air con. The balcony is an added bonus but does need a slight clean on the floor. Walking distance to most sights if you’re fit and a healthy. An hours walk to colosseum but an enjoyable walk. 15 minutes to the Vatican. 10 minutes to the nearest metro but unfortunately this was out of order. Nothing to complain about.

• Matthew (9/5): Great location for couples on a city break to Rome. - Great location in a quiet tree-lined street. Nice, sheltered balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Keyless entry system worked perfectly. Good location for visiting the main sights, all within walking distance. Lovely traditional Italian restaurant immediately below (no noise), and supermarket and cafes, and good range of eating places within 10 minute radius on foot. Easy to transfer too and from Rome airport using public transport.

Great sized lounge and bedroom. Useful kitchen diner. Property beautifully furnhised. Great location and within easy reach of a range of eateries,. Restaurant next door to the property was very good. Kettle didnt work. Sofa could have been more comfy

• Eileen (8/5): Great place for a longer term stay! - The location was a little residential and a good walk south to the Vatican but it also meant it was quieter but still with lots of restaurants. The management was wonderful and very attentive. It was also clean! A couple of tweaks would have made it perfect (missing some basic things in the kitchen and maybe hooks for hanging towels). The living room needs an armchair! When the three of us sat together there, we had to line up on the couch!
• A. (8/5): Nice and authentic apartment. - Overall we are very pleased with our stay, real authentic experience. Spacious apartment, typical old-build building, nice balcony, good neighbourhood, comfortable beds. Perfect checking in and out. Please see it not as a criticism but a feedback for improvement ☺ It needs a bit of attention, a wardrobe door nearly fell on me by opening, so we decided against using it at all. In the kitchen my husband has to fix the cupboard handle himself, but not a big deal. No wine glasses which was a pity. Of course if you getting out every evening for food and drink it doesn't matter, but we have a small kid, so we spent our evenings inside. There is a restaurant downstairs which is probably a good thing, but you can hear people talk there and the chairs moving very loud. But only for a short time, they close early. We could hear our neighbour coughing all the time very loud as if he was with us in the room. But it is a building condition, nothing to do with the apartment of course. I just described how we felt it. The streets noise on contrary was not present, the windows were perfect.

With e-scooter or e-bike you are quickly at the metro station. nice and clean. you can use the washing machine which is very convenient older building so some noise from neighbours was included, but not an issue.
