Die Lüftung ging nicht, die Dusche war undicht und der Boden im Bad dadurch nach dem Duschen nass. Das Wasser lief durch die verstopften Abflüsse in Waschbecken und Dusche kaum ab.

Отзывчивый персонал и отдельное спасибо парню на рецепшн, который нас заселял! Уборка проводилась каждый день, качественная. Еще отдельная благодарность за организацию праздника, у меня был день рождения. Ребята позаботились о цветах, гирляндах, тортике, было очень приятно! Если будет планировать еще поездку в Стамбул обязательно вернемся. Единственное, что не очень понравилось - это завтраки. Пробовали шакшуку, омлет. Как-то на зашло. Да и на самом деле, Стамбул - такой город, что можно поесть на каждом углу, так что на счет завтраков в отеле мы и не сильно то расстроились )

La pulizia giornaliera delle camere merita una menzione speciale. Se proprio devo trovare un punto di miglioramento, suggerirei una colazione più "ampia", magari con croissant, pan chocolate ecc.

• ELHEM (1/5): Mauvaise expérience - Le monsieur de la réception était très gentil et serviable. Merci Mr John. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas apprécié notre séjour, ce n'est pas un hôtel c'est plutôt une boutique hôtel avec pour entrée une entrée de café cafétéria placé dans le plein cœur de Taksim dans une petite ruelle, c'est très très bruyant, le quartier est sale, le bruit toute la nuit de la discothèque, les odeurs de nourriture. Nous sommes entrées dans la chambre c'était sale des cheveux partout sur le sol, le lit plein de cheveux et de poils j'ai osé soulever les draps et le matelas était sale plein de tâches plein de cheveux de poils. La chambre pour 4 personnes il y avait un lit double aucun confort, et deux lits simples sur roulettes autant vous dire que pour un adulte c'était compliqué. Je suis très très déçu je ne comprends pas les commentaires et la note sur Booking.com et de plus les photos sont bien bien embellies et 'ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Nous nous sommes fait avoir par la bonne note sur booking.com et les photos mais attention fuyer et payer un peu plus cher autour il y avait pleins d'autres vrais hôtels.
• lifeng (8/5): 这是一家性价比很高、位置优越、服务出色的小型精品酒店，非常适合来伊斯坦布尔短途旅行或城市观光的人。 - 酒店位置真的很棒，就在伊斯坦布尔热闹的独立大街附近，出门就是各种餐厅、咖啡馆和商店，去塔克西姆广场也非常方便。 房间干净整洁，空间在市中心来说算比较宽敞，设施齐全，床也很舒适。每天都有打扫，整体卫生让人放心。 在我们4点多出发的时候，前台非常热心的帮我打包了一杯咖啡和甜点。很暖心。 由于酒店就在繁华街区，周末晚上可能会有一点噪音，如果对安静要求很高，建议准备耳塞。

Όποιος έχει πρόβλημα με φασαρία να επιλέξει άλλη περιοχή...η istiklal είναι μια πολύ ζωντανή περιοχή με μπαρ, δυνατή μουσική, κόσμο.... οπότε όποιος δεν το αντέχει,για να μην παραπονιέται αργότερα, επιλέγει να μείνει κάπου αλλού.... προσωπικά δεν με χάλασε τίποτα!

• TanjaRi (9/5): - Great location in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring the main attractions. The hotel staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and very helpful during my stay. The hotel is on a busy and lively street, so it can be noisy at first, but you get used to it after a couple of nights. It is in a very touristic area, which makes everything easy to reach.

• Massimiliano (6/5): - Praticamente affacciata su Istiklal Caddesi, viale frequentatissimo (sempre), e a due passi da Piazza Taksim. Il rovescio della medaglia è che di notte si dorme poco per via dei rumori provenienti da Istiklal Caddesi: clacson auto, schiamazzi, ecc. Colazione (solo salata) povera: hai diritto ad una sola scelta da menù, sia per le bevande sia per le pietanze. Manutenzione della stanza scarsa o assente. La pulizia non era il massimo.
• Fatemeh (5/5): Bien placé mais bruyant - L’emplacement Alors déjà, la chambre ne ressemblait ni à la description ni aux photos sur Booking. J’ai presque envie de dire « bravo » au photographe pour la qualité des retouches ! La chambre est très petite, alors que nous avions réservé un modèle annoncé à 30 m². La salle de bain et le carrelage méritent d’être renouvelée. De plus, la chambre est extrêmement bruyante : une boîte de nuit fonctionne toute la nuit, des travaux commencent dès 6 h du matin et, cerise sur le gâteau, on entend la voisine à travers le ventilateur de la salle de bain. En revanche, le personnel de l’accueil était aimable et le ménage était fait tous les jours.

• Aditya (8/5): Great value - The hotel is very close to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, there are lots of places to eat and shop in front and around the hotel. The hotel is close to Taksim Metro Station(5 min walking), to the bus stop for buses to Eminonu area(7 min walking) and to the Havaist airport bus at Point Hotel (15 min walking). The rooms are clean and exactly how they are shown in the pictures the property has on booking.com The service is great, they offer towels, coffee, tea and water. Since the hotel is so close to the main shopping street Istiklal, it gets a bit noisy at night. The floors are not very clean, but otherwise it's pretty clean.
• Sara (9/5): Accogliente soggiorno in Beyoglu - La posizione perfetta nel quartiere beyoglu a cinque minuti a piedi da Piazza taksim e dalla metropolitana e dalla funicolare. Albergo molto carino con camera spaziosa che viene pulita tutti i giorni. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Migliorerei solo la varietà della colazione anche se poi non è stato un grande problema per me

La gentillesse du personnel, note spéciale à Yusuf avec qui nous nous sommes très bien entendu qui a été super avec nous. Également un grand merci à la femme de ménage qui entretien la chambre parfaitement chaque jour et au personnel du petit déjeuner très agréable avec nous également. Chambre spacieuse.

• John (8/5): GREAT HOLIDAY - The location of hotel is right in the centre of the town. It’s either you go right or left to start your exploration of the town. The hotel is right beside a nightclub. You will be hearing the loud music from your room until 3am in the morning. So if f you’re not tired enough from your day out, you’ll definitely bothered by the sound of music from the nightclub.

A huge thank to Can and the rest of the team for being so welcoming. I’ve definitely found my home away from home in Istanbul

Przy głównej ulicy, gdzie znajduje się niezliczona ilość restauracji, barów i kawiarni. Smaczne śniadania, kilka opcji do wyboru. Bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna cała obsługa hotelu:)

• Gordana (10/5): - Lokacija, je bila vrhunska in kljub temu, da je bil hotel od glavne ulice oddaljen le nekaj metrov v sobo se ni nič slišalo. Hotel je bil odlično zvočno izoliran. Zajtrk super. Sicer niso imeli veliko izbire, vendar je bilo vse, kar je bilo na voljo, izjemno okusno. Omleta ena boljših, ki sem jih jedla v Istanbulu. Zelo nam je bil všeč tudi krožnik, na katerem dobiš vse: maslo, med, marmelado, jajce, sadje in zelenjavo – res top izbira. Sobe so bile solidne in čiste, brez pripomb. V hotelu smo bivali kot večja skupina (11 oseb) in lahko iskreno povem, da smo bili zelo zadovoljni. Pomembno pa je, da se v naši skupini nihče ni pritoževal, kar veliko pove. Osebje je bilo prijazno, ustrežljivo in korektno skozi celotno bivanje. Zagotovo se bomo še vrnili.

• Matea (10/5): Perfect location, great service and superb for a group of people or couples. - The location is perfect, 5 steps from Istiklal Street. The rooms were the same as the photos, enough for 2 people, a little bit tight for 3 but manageable. The host and the stuff are very nice people, they'll help you with whatever you need. The quality of the breakfast could be improved, they have breakfast menu but also offer discount on the regular menu. Definitely recommend this place! We didn't mind but it can be a little bit loud at nights, since it's on a busy street with bars and restaurants nearby.
