• Ksenia (10/5): Excellent location, welcoming hosts & well maintined property with attention to detail. - If you are looking for a hidden gem of location, mixing clean classy seclusion with welcoming & attentive owners, within 2 corner-turns from the Yerevan heartbeat and a stroll to 2 different parks, and a refreshing terrace view to return for replenishing night's rest - the place has it ! Supermarket 24/7, central cinema, shopping, dining, art and souvenire vernisage, are all from 5 to 20 minute walk away. The hotel has variety of rooms, including family type, which made it easy for our friends to join us, during the stay. Owners where very helpfull and when asked given recommendations to dining, art and music scene, and tour recommendations for a trip to Dilijan and lake Sevan, which we very much enjoyed. The hotel is new and recently renovated with fresh and squeaky clean rooms, and with interiors elegantly decored with contemporary art from owner's private collection, spaced out with live natural plants and super fresh flowers! Seemed one of the of the owners is keeping up to date on trends with an established taste. Room was spacious, tastfully decorated clean & private bathroom, quiet and peaceful, contrasting lighting, natural plants. A compact kitchen featured tea, coffee, fridge and a little balcony, everything necessary for a relaxed start of the day after a bustling day. Bathrooms were cleaned every morning. Hair dryer was also provided when asked at the reception. Initially the location is unobvious to taxi drivers and locals, tucked away from pedestrian area, which was a bonus for our experience. Will happily re-visit this summer!

• Sergius (10/5): - Großes Zimmer. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank gab es im Zimmer. Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta gab es im Bad. Unterkunft befindet sich sehr nah an Restaurants, Cafés und stadtzentrum. Man kommt sehr schnell überall hin auch zu Fuß. Sehr freundliches Personal.

• Matthew (10/5): A great place to stay - Very proactive and friendly reception person. Allowed us an early check-in as the room was available. Useful to have the basic kitchen for using the microwave, wine glasses, plates for take away food etc. The hotel is spotlessly clean and quiet. Huge room. The hotel is difficult to find as the main entrance is actually around the corner on a different street (Mher Mkrtchyan Street) and down a driveway.

• Elena (9/5): - This is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms, the owners are charming and other personnel very friendly and ready to help. We felt very welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere in the hotel is rather informal and companionable, which we liked a lot. The hotel is located in a quiet backstreet, you can reach many points of interest on foot. Should I ever get to Yerevan again, I would like to stay here.

• Tekla (10/5): I enjoyed the experience a lot - The location is perfect, close to the center. Price is cheaper compared to other hotels near the city center. Room was big, clean, comfortable. Environment is nice.
• Maya (10/5): Exceptional - The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We found One Day after we got 3 cancellations by other hosts. This one called us to confirm minutes after I made the booking (it was a last minute booking and we were already in Armenia at the time). Host speaking English and Russian. The room was spacious with good facilities, nice and comfortable. Few minutes from the Republic Square, 10-15min walk to the North Prospect, the Cascade Complex is the most distant attraction - about 30min walk. Lots of places to eat, also bars and a supermarket nearby. I would really recommend!
• Yuriy (9/5): A good hotel in the center of the city - A nice hotel in a nice location, a good place for a short stay. The manager was very responsive and hlepful. The suit is located on the first floor and the guys smoke right behind the windows. I doubt the hotel can do something about it, still that was not comfortable to ventilate the room (there is an air conditioner though)

• Lily (7/5): Good - The room was big and modern. There was air conditioning which was needed. The hotel is located near Republic square and a supermarket so it is convenient The hot water in the shower does not stay hot and there was no one at the reception when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful but you have to send them a message on whatsapp to confirm time of arrival. The description on Booking is misleading, there is no breakfast but a shared kitchen (so you can buy your own food to have there) and there is no bath. The street of the hotel is not well lit so i would not walk there on my own at night.
• Tracy (10/5): Lovely staff, clean and a safe stay. - I’m a lone female traveler and felt very safe here. I was intimidated when I first arrived due to it being nearly midnight and there were several male staff around, however they were all respectful and kind and upgraded my room. I was even given a late check out at no charge. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

• Dmitry (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and bright room itself and bathroom. On the upper floor there is a small kitchen with tea and coffe. Staff is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended! Just a hint for improvement. Put some pictures on the walls. Sofa and table on the first floor. You have plenty of space and it looks empty.

• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - After another 2 accommodations in Yerevan denied my staying by writing my a private message with some excuses, I booked this as a last minute option, even if it was above my budget and I like it very much. The room is very spacious, with a fridge in. The bathroom is brand new. There is a kitchen that we could use. Also the host was very nice and helpful. The location is city centred. It was a bit pricey.

• James (8/5): Brand new hotel in an excellent location - Brand new hotel in an excellent location. Fast internet connection, friendly owner, very good size room with full size fridge, very clean. The table/chair setup wasn't ideal for working. A kettle or coffee maker would have been helpful.

• Will_perdew (9/5): Good choice for Short period accommodation - New one Hotel, close to the real Yerevan center, silent outside and inside, the huge room space we got booked the biggest of them the sinking water in the bath is out of order, Up to room space I may recommend to add some furniture and may be the Pictures on the Walls( but is - up to My personal opinion ) mattress is too soft Any way good to stay into for short term The most time the reception is without the clerk( personal staff)
