• Mark (9/5): Clean and spacious apartment very close to the beach - Great apartment, 50m from the (very good) beach. Very clean. Nice balcony to watch the sun set from. Air con worked really well. The owner was very responsive and his friend was there waiting for us to let us in when we arrived.
• John (3/5): Good service, poor product - We had high hopes for this place on the beach, and were happy to be welcomed by a friendly young man named Will (who offered to bring us a traditional cafetera the next day, and who also said we could check out late, which was greatly appreciated but we didn't use it for reasons explained below). But then it went down hill with a couple of fatal flaws ensuring we won't be back. THIS APT HAD TWO FATAL FLAWS DURING OUR STAY: (1) I got locked out on the balcony since the sliding glass door has a spring-loaded lock which activates at will. Luckily my traveling companions hadn't left and they were able to unlock the door from the inside. This would have been a BIG problem and could even be dangerous. Afterward we re-enacted the scenario without problem and that is when I identified the faulty lock. (2) The next day we were greeted by a strong raw SEWAGE smell emanating from the bathroom (not sure if it was related to high tide or influx of tourists on a holiday or defective pipes). There were other small problems, which are not even worth mentioning now.

• Johanna (9/5): Superb - Super nice host, very responsive, polite, welcoming and flexible. We especially appreciated the flexible check-out time, it helped a lot as our flight was late in the day. The location is fantastic, a quiet beach in a small town, the house is right at the beach though the apartment doesn't face it. A lot of nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a few steps away, the beach is superb and there are a lot of things to see and visit nearby. The kitchen is a bit run down, particularly the range. It was clean overall, but still I had the urge to rewash some of the utensils before use. Otherwise the apartment is comfy, with several balconies and a nice living room, though the beds are a bit small.

• Anita (10/5): Perfect aparartment, nothing coukld be better. - Pretty, cool, quiet apartment, well equipped for a beach stay. Perfect location of 3 minutes walk to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle.
