• Ferronato (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Roma e mi sono trovato benissimo. La casa è pulita, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è stata molto comoda per me poiché molto vicina a dove mi serviva, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici anche al centro. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Roma in tranquillità e comfort.

• Dionysis (10/5): - everything was excellent! Very nice and cozy rooms. Very friendly and helpful owners. The neighborhood is quiet and no more than 10 minutes from the center of Rome (you need a car). Parking was easy in public streets nearby the room. Value for money for Rome accommodation! -

• Dzmitriy (10/5): - Прекрасные, просторные и уютные аппартамента. Которые находятся в тихом районе Рима. Так как я со своей семьей был на машине, хозяин любезно предоставил возможность воспользоваться подземным паркингом. В аппартаментах было все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
• Tiphaine (10/5): Parfait !! - Que dire? Tout était parfait !! Logement très joli, décoré et meublé avec goût. La taille était largement suffisante pour mes 3 enfants et moi-même, nous n'étions vraiment pas serrés. Tout est en superbe état, on croirait du neuf. Le logement est très agréable, le lit et le canapé lit (ainsi que les fauteuils) sont vraiment confortables. La salle de bain est petite mais hyper pratique. La douche a un bon débit, il faut juste attendre un peu pour faire chauffer l'eau. Lave-linge et lave-vaisselle à disposition et très faciles d'utilisation. Il y a également un étendoir à linge en cas de besoin. Nous y étions en été et la clim est vraiment un plus. Niveau localisation, le logement est excentré mais il y a des lignes de bus juste devant et j'ai personnellement choisi l'option de réserver un parking près de la station de garbatella pour me rapprocher du centre pour les visites de Rome. Il y a un petit supermarché à quelques mètres et j'ai aussi cédé à la facilité de Deliveroo pour des repas. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, il y a un garage souterrain avec emplacement privé, le tout sécurisé. Et enfin, que dire de la gentillesse de Donika, qui parle très bien français par ailleurs. D'une grande douceur et beaucoup de bienveillance, elle se rend disponible si vous rencontrez le moindre soucis. C'est un vrai coup de coeur 😉 Le séjour est passé bien trop vite, je serais bien restée encore. Mes enfants ont eu des étoiles dans les yeux et tout le monde s'est senti chez lui. Même si l'appartement est un peu éloigné du centre, c'est là que je reviendrai à mon prochain séjour sur Rome. Grand merci Donika 🙏🏻🤩 Nous avons eu pas mal de piqûres de moustiques, malgré les moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Je pense que mes enfants ont trop ouvert et fermé la porte pour aller jouer, et que les insectes en ont profité pour rentrer 😅

• Robert (10/5): Perfect accommodation for families with 1-2 children. - It is a clean property located in a quiet neighborhood. The center of Rome can be reached in 30-40 minutes by public transport. Davide and Donika live close to the property and can intervene quickly if anything is needed. The host Donika is a sociable person, always smiling and attentive to details. In the room there is everything necessary for a guest to always feel at home. Thanks for hosting!
