• Katarzyna (10/5): Szczerze polecam! - Klimatyczne mieszkanie, ma swój urok. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta na pieszo. W pobliżu restauracje i sklepy. Czysto, wszystkie sprzęty działały. Pozwolono nam zostawić bagaże wcześniej i udzielono wszelkich informacji o które pytaliśmy. Szczerze polecam
• Tatiana (10/5): Фантастические две ночи в таком красивом доме в самом центре Венеции. - Очень комфортное проживание, есть все необходимое, очень приятно было обнаружить чай, кофе , специи , все что хозяева любезно предоставили. Кровати были удобные, все было более чем достаточно. Очень приятно было ощутить себя в таком красивом доме. Жаль что не были прсудомойки

• Ewa (10/5): Było świetnie. - Lokalizacja była idealna do przemieszczania się na piechotę. Obiekt był bardzo ładny. Nasz opiekun upewniał się w trakcie pobytu, czy wszystko jest porządku. Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń do pobytu.

• Gordon (10/5): Lovely place in he heart of dusodoro - Nice location on a piazza with a number of restaurants nearby. Easy walking to the main attractions and from the train station. The landlady that met us and showed us around was amazing. A real gem. Loud bar downstairs and the sound projected up to the top room. Main bedroom not too bad. Towels could do with a refresh.

• Francisco (10/5): - The apartment was very ample, located over 3 floors of an old refurbished building. You enter through a corridor, go up some stairs and find the first floor with a full bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The next floor has a double room with it's own little bathroom and after another flight of stairs you find a small attic with yet another double room. Overall it was great, although the bars under the apartment could be heard really loudly in the living room. The bedrooms luckily looked at the internal side of the building, so noise was minimal there. Internet connection was good on the first floor but almost null in the other two. The location was great otherwise, relatively close to everything but distant enough that you would not get too many tourists around. The noisy bars downstairs. The stairs were a bit tricky to climb if you have luggage

• Oliwia (9/5): Klimatyczne wnętrza w świetnej lokalizacji - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko oba dworce: autobusowy i pociągowy. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Czyste i zadbane. W kuchni wszystkie potrzebne produkty i akcesoria. Nawet przyprawy, ściereczki i płyn. Środku czystości i cała szafa ręczników, pościeli itd. Działająca bezbłędnie klimatyzacja. Wyjątkowy wystrój. Klimatyczne wnętrze. Mieszkanie na trzech poziomach. Strome schodki ale bardzo urokliwe. Świetny kontakt z osobą przekazującą klucze i na what's up. Bliskość restauracji, sklepów oraz tramwaju wodnego. Dbałość o detale i czystość. Od około 18, 19:00, codziennie hałas z klubu, który znajduje się pod oknami salonu. Ratują sypialnie na piętrach. O poranku zanim posprzątają ulice - szkło, butelki, szklanki przed samym wejściem do mieszkania (efekt sąsiedztwa z klubem muzycznym pod mieszkaniem).

Accueillis par la gentille et délicieuse Carmina😊. Logement typique de Venise sur 4 niveaux, spacieux pour une famille de 5. Recommandé vivement ! Tout correct😍
• Urszula (8/5): Spacious, Central Venetian Apartment with Charming Vintage Flair - The apartment is very big, spaced out on three floors. The location is very central, right on Campo Santa Margherita, with many cafes, restaurants, and bars right outside the apartment. We were met for check-in by a lovely woman, named Carmen, who was super nice and even helped us arrange a porter to take our luggage back to Piazzale Roma for the bus to the airport after check-out. The apartment is very clean, with vintage, Venetian flair and is very well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. The AC is quite powerful & gets cold super fast. The Wifi didn't reach the top floor, but it was quite good in the lower part of the house. Since the apartment is paced out on three floors, it does have a lot of narrow stairs, so people with mobility issues should know this. Everything was fine, but sometimes the restaurants in the square can get a bit rowdy.

And it is inside the old town. The old lady who was waiting me and explained everything to me was super friendly! And the apartment is super clean too! We can leave our luggage until 2pm even after we checkout the apartment! Nothing
• Denis (9/5): Very nice apartment in good area. - Nice apartment right on Campo Santa Margarita. It has all the appliances you need, and everything inside is solid and high quality not cheap IKEA style. Quiet, with very comfy beds. There’s a Conad grocery store around the corner and plenty of eateries nearby. Don’t hesitate to book! Nothing major to note, but it has three floors with pretty steep staircases, which might be uncomfortable for some people
• Anthony (9/5): Excellent affordable apartment where you can enjoy Venice like a local. - Spacious apartment spread over three floors, amazing location on one of Venice’s most appealing campos, very accommodating host, well-equipped for an extended stay. Supermarket and bakery close by, and the apartment stayed warm despite cold December weather. There’s a bar next door that occasionally gets pretty noisy, but the noise comes from the street, not through the building, and doesn’t reach the bedrooms. We liked the traditional decor, but a more comfortable sofa would be a plus.

• Annie (10/5): Comfy, multi-level apartment in central Venice! - Location was central, above a small square, and very spacious. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Very clean and best of all the host was very available via WhatsApp for any questions or needs we had. Can’t wait to come back! Everything was wonderful. No complaints. PS there are stairs in the apartment and no elevator.
• Yung (9/5): A superb Italian-styled home close to most Venice’s attractions - It's a great holiday let, traditional house that made us feel like living as locals. Very responsive host who stayed in touch with us before and throughout our stay. The whole house was well-decorated with a fully-functioned kitchen and two bathrooms. Bedrooms are on different floors that allow a greater privacy for groups. The property is close to the train station, the Ponte dell'Accademia and less than 20 minutes walk to both the San Marco and San Polo districts. We were not entirely sure about the address to find the property, not to the fault of the host but because of the confusing street naming in Venice in general. The host was accessible via a whatsapp call so make sure that you have data on your phone so that you could speak with the host for further instructions.

• Cristina (10/5): Don’t hesitate to book - Easy to get there, about 9 minutes from the car park, good communication with the owner, fantastic location, supermarket and shops 2 minutes away, nice restaurants near the apartment. Comfortable and tradițional house, equipped with everything you might need.

(10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect :-) We were allowed to check in at 13:30, Ms. Carmina was very nice (she speaks basic English, but she spoke Italian with us, because we understand it...) she explained the layout of the house, where we can eat and what to do (and to pay attention to pickpockets 🤭) The house is wonderful, it has really old venetian layout (a narrow, 3 stories high) with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a huge livingroom with antique furniture. The whole Venice is a walkable city, and it took us 12 minute from Piazzale Roma (which was very useful at 5a.m. when we left for the airport...), 30 minutes to San Marco, a huge piazzeta with bars and restaurants exactly at the location. I think it's the first time I give 10 to a location on booking :-D (Especially that the price was very convenient !)
